The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

I plugged the hard drive to the SATA to USB drive, plugged the USB to my computer, and made it my secondary drive. All my data showed up! My recommendation: if all else fails and you have to go there, watch out for the owner Brian or Ryan. Don't let him fool you into purchasing over priced services you don't need.
