I often have experienced going to a shop for some small repair only to be bamboozled into some huge expensive repair that was not even needed. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW AWESOME THIS PLACE IS! We brought our car in for a front end alignment. They found an issue with my rear brakes and came and took us to the vehicle and showed us the problem and explained the best way to fix it, and the cheapest I might add. In no time they replaced the worn out parts, aligned the front end and even changed the oil. My wife is planning a road trip soon and didn't want to take the chance with the problems at hand. SERVICE PRO IS AWESOME. SERVICE PRO IS AWESOME I can't say this enough. Their building is nice and clean. The shop is clean of clutter and debris, and the restrooms are very nice. The staff is the BEST. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help the customer. It's been my work ethic that You either help the customer directly or you help someone who does. It's nice to see SERVICE PRO has the exact same work ethic. This is what separates the "average" shop to an AMAZING SHOP. Where do I start. This is a very professional, friendly place to have your auto in for service. The owner and his staff are very polite and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the front door. I stop by late one day around about 4:00 PM on a Wednesday for a diagnostic on my truck. Before the shop closed (very impressive) I received a call back regarding the problem. They order the part ( Fuel Pump Module Assembly for a Chevy Avalanche 1500)) that evening. I received a phone call back the next day around 1:30 PM informing me the work has been completed. I was very satisfied with the communication and service. I will be returning again. I found this place on whim when I was driving around looking to get my oil changed on my truck. When I walked in not only was the place neat and clean but the people at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. I paid way less then expected for my oil change and they even rotated my tires free of charge. So, I just recently had to get my oil changed again and to my surprise I got the same excellent customer service and the guy that was working on my vehicle found a nail in my tire. He took it over to discount tires and got it repaired. I've already recommended this place to a couple of people in my area and they said the same thing. The service is excellent and they are not out to cheat you out of any extra money like some service places I've gone to. Stopped in and talked to Isaac about my sons car Monday 1/09/17. Discused the problem with him and asked him for some ball park price if certian things were problem. Went back in Wednesday told him to pick car up as it was not running. They picked up car within an hour. Next morning Isaac called me turned out problem was worse than i had thought or hoped and would need engine replaced. They located me another engine with far fewer miles than the one in vehicle. Picked the car up Saturday 1/14/17. The car runs great, engine sounds like new, and with their warranty i am very confident i got my money worth. I delt and talked with both Bruce and Issac during this transaction. You could not ask for any one to be more friendly and curteous than these two gentleman plus the fact they no their business. Initially, I was referred to Service Pros by Discount Tire, a company I have come to love and trust. It was because of the trust I have with Discount Tire that I was willing to give Service Pros a chance. The first service performed was replacement of struts, returned shortly thereafter for replacement of my rear brakes and most recently for an oil change. Bruce, Bearded Bobby (crazy, but in a good way and extremely funny) and the rest of the service pros crew are unmatched in the personalized service that they provided to me and my family. I am new to the area and I googled the best auto centers in the area and Service Pros Auto Center popped up first. I looked at the picture and noticed it looked like a well ran business. When I first pulled up I was greeted by a humorous man and he led me to the right person to talk to. They were kind and made me feel comfortable there. I do not know much about cars but they were able to explain the issues and were patient with me. They offered me a ride back to my place which was a great service to have. As I was leaving, a man gave me a card that said I could do a survey to get 10% off. Before I even did the survey he gave me the 10% off. Which saved me around $70.00. I stopped in as the shop was closing to ask about fixing my passenger side mirror on my car after wasting a whole day with another shop down the road in mansfield that gave me the run-around with lies and trying to get more money out of me for whatever reason. Bobby greeted me, I asked him about fixing the passenger side mirror, he said yes with confidence,so i came back the next day,Bobby got right on it and within 45 min to an hour the service pro mechanic was driving my car up to the door with a smile handing me my keys. I always go to get my oil change and as always I feel so comfortable and secure trusting my car is in great hands and I don't feel pressured to have to spend alot of money. These guys are great ! I pulled up needing some air in a tire and Jose offered to help me out immediately. He got all my tires set to factory specs then asked if I needed anything else. Well, it was time for an oil change and he pulled it right in. The entire staff is focused on 100% customer satisfaction. I need my brakes looked at and will certainly go back and see them about service. I am in a high service industry and appreciate when I get really taken care of. Service Pros is all about customer service. Get in to see them if you need a little work done on your car. They have a great waiting area to hang out in while they are working on your car. II am a disable Veteran and yes I could of driven to their location in Arlington TX. from Venus TX. in Johnson County, but they came and picked up My SUV, and they worked on Replacing all Struts/Shocks and all brakes and of course a wheel alignment, and was returned back in front of my garage door. I would recommend Service Pro Auto Center Of Arlington TX. For any and as I see they will do work on any automotive issues... Sorry for them other customers that were not happy with them but I gave Service Pros 5 Stars for customer Service and all that was done on getting the work done Right and on Time and Pricing just right, and getting a Military Discount was a Plus... I had a great experience with Bruce, Isaac and the team at Service Pro. I had called earlier in the day regarding replacing headlight bulbs on my vehicle. I was able to get in before their closing hours and they had my vehicle ready to go within an hour. I found the establishment to be, new, clean, well kept, very nice waiting area, clean fresh restrooms, and complimentary bottled water. I typically take my car to the Lexus dealership to service my vehicle; as I am a customer who is very particular about who I allow under the hood of my car. I had an issue where I needed to change a flat tire, but didn't have the necessary tools, and suffering from a damaged rotator cuff. I don't have AAA so I searched on-line for a company I could call who might offer assistance. I got hold of Service Pros Auto Center on Cooper Street in Arlington. They sent someone out to assist me (who was extremely courteous and helpful), changed my spare tire so that I could take my car in to get a replacement tire. The spare tire needed air, so the Service Pros rep even followed me to a nearby service station to make sure I got there OK to inflate the spare tire. EXCELLENT service all the way around! read more

Amazing service! Bobby and Bruce are friendly and knowledgeable without pushing your hand into anything. Most shops I have been to treat me like I know nothing because I'm female, but I never got that impression from them and offered me better service than my dealership I have been taking my car to religiously. We had some serious car problems for my daughter's car, and were given great service and help regarding just what did or did not need to get taken care of. We immediately sensed that they cared about us and our situation, and were honest and sincere in communicating to us, and stating that they were known for their results in service. I was having trouble with my Jeep and the brakes. I only had a 2 hr window. I was referred to service pro's. I could not have been happier with my experience. Isaac Moya immediately welcomed me and was straightforward. I had my car in the shop within 5 minutes. The wait was short and relaxing (They have very comfortable chairs). Within 15-20 minutes Isaac had a diagnosis and estimate planned. It was late in the day and I had to return to work, Isaac even offered to pick up my car to have the work started the following day! 5/5 would do business again. read more
