I was advised to go back to Eagle because if it was a transmission issue, they'd want to resolve such. I brought my Ford Escape in, was told to wait one day, and then 3 days later didn't hear anything from them. My car was fully functioning but they abducted my car for 3 days to "diagnose" nothing. I came to get my car back and they told me there was an "unknown electrical fault that would cost more than my car is worth to find" .... I took it to a simple mechanic who found my transmission wouldn't go into high gear because there was a coolant reservoir leak. It was plainly visible for anyone to find. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after being referred by Discount Tire, since my front tires were wearing unevenly due to misalignment. I waited for two hours, only to be told that they didn't perform the alignment and instead claimed my car needed new struts and additional costly repairs. After getting a second opinion, I was told that my vehicle does NOT need new struts. This experience felt dishonest and extremely misleading. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted and to feel like you're being upsold on unnecessary repairs.
