I waited for two hours, only to be told that they didn't perform the alignment and instead claimed my car needed new struts and additional costly repairs. After getting a second opinion, I was told that my vehicle does NOT need new struts. This experience felt dishonest and extremely misleading. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted and to feel like you're being upsold on unnecessary repairs. As a customer, I expected transparency and basic service--neither of which I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location. No, instead, I called CB and asked if they could help me fix some alignment issues on my Tesla Model 3 Performance (doom impending!) JAMES (bless this guy, the best) picks up from CB, told me I should take my car to Tesla (honestly), and he explained why & what's going on. With the information James gave me, I was able to safely research my problem and it was not related to the tires I just had put on, but the cameras need to recalibrate. I called Eagle Transmission & Automotive and spoke to a pleasant, professional gentleman who assured me the car could be assessed as a walk-in, but it may take longer. I confirmed they had Wi-Fi for work purposes and provided an approximate arrival time to be courteous. When I arrived, the same or a different person advised that he would need to keep the car overnight without performing any diagnostics. I advised that I was unable to do that. After saying thank you and leaving, as I proceeded out the door, I commented, "I wish I had been told that over the phone." He followed me out the door and replied, "No need to be rude." I remarked, "Sorry," and he replied, "No, you're not. I said, "No, I'm not," and I was then invited not to come back. If I could give a zero, I would. I told the person on the phone I was visiting that the car's symptoms were the same as those described over the phone, which gave him ample opportunity to tell me the car would be needed overnight. I would have understood this and could have avoided wasting his and my time. In addition, if what is typically a simple remark incites anger, hurt feelings, or any other negative emotion, then this is a business I wouldn't recommend. Maybe their service is top-notch. The mechanics may be the best in Mansfield, the value may be superb, but I can't speak to that because of one's emotional dysregulation. I moved from Texas, have many family members throughout the Tarrant County area, and will delight in sharing this over-the-top experience, which I found almost comical. It was there 2 weeks and he kept saying they were putting it back together and I would be notified when I can pick it up. I was charged 612.00 and had to pay this before they would release my car to be towed. My car was there 2 weeks and now it has grease and some other substance stuck on it. They didn't have the decency to try to put it back together and put it back where they got it from. On top of that I wasn't even notified that they weren't putting it back together.

Paid this shop to rebuild transmission for 2007 Toyota Tundra on October 18, 2022. Within a month…read morebegan having issues with the trans not operating properly and making weird noises. Called Joe after this didn't improve and he had truck towed back to the shop for inspection. I was also worried it was leaking as there was "oil" in my driveway. He informed that I had an oil leak and that the trans was fine and that I had to pay him back for the towing which I did. It was true that I had an oil leak but the trans never stopped acting strange and started giving me more issues recently (end of April 2023). It finally got the point where it would not go in reverse and would not shift into upper gears. On Saturday May 13th and friend of mine crawled under the truck and saw a very large leak ocuring around the entire trans oil pan. We then checked the bolts for tightness and none of them were more than hand tight. We took it to Kwik Kar to get fluid put in the transmission because we figured it was low. The following Monday, the 14th, we took it back to Joe. He agreed there were issues with it and that it was leaking but refused to honor his warranty and repair the truck properly. I will be suing him in court. I want me entire $4730.56 paid to him refunded to me immediately.
