Can I get an oil change at another place? Yes. Will I go to another place? No. This staff at this…read morelocation has always provided great service, and do a great job. I came in on a Saturday, and they were not to busy, and I was out in about 30 minutes are so. I really appreciate the gentleman, that helped, as he showed me the air filter, and said, "it still looks good". So how many times have you ever taken your car for an oil change, and they always tell you, "You should replace it". Well, every time I take my car to Jiffy Lube, they are honest. Because of COVID, this location makes you stay in your vehicle, and I am fine with that, and for someone in the healthcare industry, I really appreciate it. Thank you again.

But all three people that were working when I was there all needed more training, it was clear non of them knew what they were doing. I took by car for a oil change/inspection, after awhile she came in and expressed that they were having trouble getting the filter cap off, she said they had 3 people trying..... they ended up telling me that I had to go back to the people that screwed it on too tight and have them take it off.... Basically they already emptied my oil and now could not fix it. They said they filled it with 3quarts so I could make it straight to a mechanic. They also took an extremely long time with the inspection after telling me they could not do the oil change, way longer than any inspection I've ever had. I went to a amazing mechanic that I have gone too before and he got the cap off immediately!! Jiffy lube broke the cap trying to take it off so I had to replace that too. Bottom line, they're not training people like they should. I will never return and would never recommend anyone else to go here!

Today was a Monday and it was slower but they still had a steady stream of cars in the short time I was there. If you just need an oil change, they come in tell you the out the door price for the different classes of oil they have and they don't try to upsell you. They changed the oil, checked tire pressure, topped off the fluids on my Civic in like 7 minutes. They have 2 bays and only one other car was being worked on at the time I arrived. 2 more came after me. My Husband drives this car a lot and tends to push it. So I opted for the high end synthetic. Tarik came in and promptly settled the bill, did not try to upsell me on an air filter. They only do that when it is warranted. Even with the top of the line oil it was like 25% less than 5 minute oil change. They also effortlessly fixed the dash warnings and reset them. Something that 5 minute oil change and Jiffy in the Austin area where I usually go often have no clue how to do. Pro Quick Lube is a family owned business where they care and treat you the way they would like to be treated. They are seasoned professionals and know what they are doing. They do it all day long. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles here from now on. I know I can trust Pro Quick Lube to do an excellent job, reset the dash and not overcharge me as well as have me in and out in short order. Can't recommend them highly enough. THIS IS NOT SOME CORPORATE OWNED OIL CHANGE JOINT where they try to upsell you on as many things as they can, using kids just barely out of autoshop class. These are highly skilled professionals who do an honest job, for fair price and care about their workmanship. I live in the Austin area and come up to Dallas every couple of weeks on business and I will be exclusively coming to Pro Quick Lube for their Honesty, Workmanship and Fair Price. This is the best oil change experience I've had and I've been to a few in multiple states in my time. Can't say enough good things about them, they are a GEM! Was so refreshing not to be upsold, I installed that air filter myself not too long ago and I know it is good, so do they. They deliver a quick honest oil change with a selection different grades of oil from budget to high end, tire air pressure check, fluids top off, a nice smelling comfortable waiting room with drinking water, a restroom, TV and honest professionals serving you. I'll be back again and again.

My last oil change cost me $87.00 because they busted a wire a while pulling the air filter, then they couldn't start the car. Their mechanic tried to tell me the whole fuse and relay box needed to be changed (it had absolutely nothing to do with the wire). I found what they had done while I waited for the tow truck. The wire was jammed under the air filter cover. Paid the $55 tow fee and sent him away. Asked them to fix the wire and they stripped the battery terminal bolts. I asked the manager to replace or pay for the tow truck or even refund the oil change. Refused and sent me off. Not without telling me that 4 customers walked off while his mechanics were troubleshooting my car, AND TO GO F**K MYSELF!!!! I am attaching their bad job and busted terminal.

No shop in town would fix it for liability reasons, so I had to bring it back for them. First, they denied that it was their responsibility and then the bait switch came... they would be happy to fix it but I would have to pay for an oil change because removing the plug drains all the oil. Then they put conventional oil in it, a vehicle that had previously always been filled with synthetic!! I brought the new mistake up to the manager, and he again argued with me that I was lying about ever bringing my vehicle there. Did I mention they also charged me full price of $80? I also had to pay for the part. These people are either incompetent or they are scam artists. Buyer beware.

2016 Audi A8L - Air Strut Replacement…read more I've been using this location for over 2 years now. A year ago I had my passenger side air strut replaced due to it leaking. I had no issues with communication, service and the timely repair in this visit. This year I came in for remotely the same type of repair and it was nothing but frustration, unprofessionalism and something I'm having to find solution for myself currently. The communication from the front desk to the mechanics is very bad. I reported an issue with my driver side air strut this most recent visit. Failure to communicate this to the mechanic caused this issue to be prolonged and not be solved until 2 months later. Because they replaced the passenger side again and didn't assess the driver side. Even though I told them the driver side was the one broken for sure (physically could hear air leaking from the driver side strut). Both very well could've needed to be replaced but the failure to communicate that cost me over a month without my car that could have been avoided. Not only that, the day I came back to receive my car I was told there were no more air suspension fault codes showing. The moment I got in my car and turned it on there was a fault code. I was also told the car was realigned by the front desk. I talked directly with the mechanic who worked on my car and he said they did not do an alignment. This location is a place I've used often for any services on my two vehicles. If this is the level of service they are operating at then I will taking my vehicles elsewhere. Not because of the mechanics, but because the communication, unprofessionalism and the experience I just had with a replacement of two air struts and a compressor that took over 2 months to resolve. In which is still not solved due to the air suspension fault code still on. After research, my car will need an active level ride control reset from the dealership. The mechanic mentioned this directly to me when I came in addressing the still existing code. He explained this to the front desk and the front desk failed to mention it to me. Because of this I've driven my car two days and now my tires are chewed up because of this. Improper ride level and no alignment after strut replacement are main causes of this. I'm expected to be responsible for the fix. I had to go into the bay and find out from the mechanic myself to get these answers.
