A+++++ Customer Service!!! One of our cars died after being so good to us and we knew we would be faced with difficulties in getting finance for a new vehicle with the credit issues we had. We did a search for dealerships that could possibly work with us and we came across Driven Auto in Burbank, IL. Not only was their website of the vehicles they had impressive but even more so when we came in. We were impressive with all of their vehicles and it didn't take long to find one of our liking. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by everyone from sales, finance and maintenance, and were asked by everyone if they could get us a beverage. Very impressive! They mad us feel like our credit scores were in the high 800 and we could have any vehicle in their. Now that's customer service and will keep me going right back to them. After a day of having the vehicle, we received a call from Donnie the finance manager who give us even more great news, he got our payments even lower. I am very pleased with my recent experience at the Oak Forest location. They had a very specific vehicle I was looking for with the exact options and color I wanted. I had to do a lot of searching with a big radius, and when I found it at their dealership I was a little unsure of purchasing through them because I had never heard of them. I spoke with Jamal over the phone and he sent me the Carfax ahead of me coming down for a test drive. I really appreciated that because it showed me there was nothing to hide. When I arrived first thing Monday morning they had the car all cleaned up and waiting. We went on the typical test drive around the block, but I wanted to do a more thorough inspection. This is what I really appreciate about Jamal and Driven Auto... they allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic for his review and inspection. That meant a lot and I appreciate that they let me do it. Hands down the best car buying experience. I used to work at a dealership in Glenview and I liked to think we had the best service, but Alex (owner) and Bill were so fantastic. I felt like I was at home buying a car. The nicest people and even the finance guy made me so comfortable and happy. I recently purchased a car from Mike Mustafa. Very impressed with this place. I had been to several dealerships prior and knew what I wanted and the pricing in chicago area.This dealership prices cars quite fair to aggressive because they actually want to move their cars off the lot. Shocking i know! There is NO pressure, bait and switch, non negotiable add on fees, psychotic texts,etc.You get the picture. Mike was very patient, knowledgeable and able to hold a normal human conversation which was a nice change from prior dealers I dealt with. Bill the manager spoke with me bc i didnt love the way the brakes felt and he guaranteed to honor fixing my brakes if my warranty wouldnt cover it (but it did and thank you for that piece of mind, as I am very particular) If i had to make a comparison- this crew is on the service level of howard orloff. My wife and I had been in the market for a GL550 for a few months. We went to a dozen different dealerships, until we found Driven Auto. Ibrahim and his team at Driven Auto made the car buying experience not only informative and honest, but also incredibly easy and painless. My wife and I were given the all star treatment by the entire staff. While test driving the car I noticed a couple issues, upon my return the vehicle was taken into the shop immediately to attempt repair. We found out there was a part needed that would have to be acquired at the dealership. Ibrahim himself went to the dealership the next morning to get all the things necessary to make the repairs and also threw in a new front license plate bracket that I needed, all at no charge. I wanted to wait six months before writing a review so that I would be in a position to evaluate the the car that I purchased. The verdict: I still love it! I just got another compliment on the car today. I traveled from out of state to downtown Chicago, and Ibrahim arranged for someone to pick me up within minutes of my arrival and take me to the dealership. I purchased a nearly new, used car (less than 1,700 miles) at a price that I considered to represent an outstanding value. I really enjoy driving the car and I have had no problems with it. He showed me a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum and I immediately fell in LOVE with the truck! The overall experience was quick and painless. This dealer is scam artist, the finance manager is the biggest scammer ever and the manager is rude and disrespectful, hi sold me Audi2017 with a lemon title defect software. based on Audi expert, this car is worth 5k he sold it to me 22500.00 . Once the car stopped suddenly at highway, I knew then that's Lemon title from Audi dealership Orland Park. He refused to take the car back or reimburse the money. The attorney general is still working on my case and justice will be done. Please be aware from this dealer. Don't buy a car from them you will end up loosing the savings of your hard-work. Got the best price on a tesla. Petr was great to work with and explained everything. Even though I bought it online and already gave them a deposit, they sent extra detail pictures of a few very small rock chips to make sure that I would be happy with the car before coming and getting it. A used car is going to have one or two. They also took me for a test drive when I picked it up and explained everything. This was my first Tesla and they are a bit different. Great dealership. They had the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Low pressure sales, fast and knowledgeable people, and friendly atmosphere. When the car a major problem, the engine went bad, that no one could have seen coming they stood behind that car. They came and got it, replaced the engine and paid for more than half the repair.
