Quaint and cute little donut shop in town. Has a drive thru if you haven't gotten dressed yet to go inside, always a nice perk. There's two tables inside, so for the the most part you'll just drop in and pop out after you get your goodies. Great selection of donuts and kolaches. Everything tasted great, they might be the only show in town but they still deliver! read more

picking up a box of assorted donuts from drippin donuts is a special treat when i'm in the area. i usually just let them choose what to pack the box with. i have never actually been inside either, not sure if you can go inside! lol! i've always gone through the drivethru. donuts are always fresh and tasty. service has always been fast and friendly. read more

While we were in town for a wedding, my husband absolutely insisted that we find a place to get some kolaches - a staple from his time living in Texas. We ordered a sausage and cheese one and a jalapeño, sausage and cheese kolache. They were OK although I was a little thrown off by the sweet taste to the bread. It kind of reminded me of a Kings Hawaiian roll. Maybe it's some thing you have to grow up with to truly appreciate it but I wasn't blown away. Also, the service was a little cold and indifferent which probably didn't help matters. We didn't try the donuts, but they didn't look all that appetizing either. read more

Only donut shop in dripping that I am aware of and they bust butt! I enjoy their donuts and kolaches, sandwiches aren't bad either! Drive thru is crazy on weekends and will have you sitting a while, but otherwise always good! read more

Numerous trips to the local doughnut shop over the years. Always well pleased. The apple fritters are top shelf. Full flavored without being over baked. One is enough for two. Regular glazed and cake doughnuts are credible and tasty. Kolaches are ok. The breading is excellent, the sausages are so so. Staff is always cheerful, and they always offer to warm something up for you. Coffee is good in a pinch. read more

A cute little donut store on 290. The store offers a drive thru as well. We went on a Sunday mid morning and the place was busy but the line was moving fast. We tried the donuts as well as kolaches. The donuts were delicious - fresh, soft, and just the right amount of sweet. They had a few different fillings for jelly donuts as well. The kolaches were good - they make for a nice snack. Saw this donut shop while driving and went back for breakfast. The donuts were SO good! The Old Fashioned was our favorite. Their croissant sandwiches were pretty good but definitely go for the donuts. They have a drive through, which is cool or you can go inside. Highly recommend! read more

Don't even want to give one star but you can't do less than that. Unprofessional service, only half of what I needed to order was available, I was rushed to place my order, yes I know they are busy but I wasn't even allowed to finish saying what I wanted to order before being asked and interrupted with "what else?" literally as I listed each item for my order. To put the icing on the donut... I get home and Reed finds this piece of plastic in a donut he was about to eat. Thank you for an awesome experience Drippin Donuts but I will NOT be coming back to your establishment again. I pray you guys figure out a better system soon read more

This is a great local place in Dripping Springs, and even though they're the only go to for donuts, they are excellent! We haven't tried everything there, but the donuts are outstanding, especially the old fashioned, glazed, and chocolate. The kolaches are okay, but the bread to meat ratio is a bit high. I recommend sticking to the donuts. Highly recommend! read more

New donut place in Drippin! New donut place in Drippin! Alright, so we celebrate the small things out here in the country. Its not like were gonna get a Krispy Kreme anytime soon. I found out that they were open last Saturday when I arrived to what was left of a dozen glazed when I got to work. I had already eaten breakfast so I decided I would just split one with a coworker. 5 donuts later.... So we went a tad overboard. Its a big store where I work; but we managed to polish off 4 dozen in three hours. The glazed are awesome, chocolate ,creme filled, blueberry and frosted blueberry, and cake. The comments ranged from WAY better than Round Rock and Krispy Kreme; to just as good as. I made my Yelp grand entrance a few days after writing this review. The Kolaches are good as well as every donut I've tasted. The staff was friendly even with all of Hays County either hitting the drive thru window or waiting at the counter. A worthy breakfast spot in our neck of the woods. Ol Rooster tore that donut hole an new one! read more

Went in the morning to get my iced latte and breakfast sandwich and I ran into the most rude obnoxious employee there. He is heavy light hair and facial hair. I will avoid this dunkin for a few weeks and hope he no longer works there and try again. Before this never had a problem . read more

We're from St. Louis where donuts are taken seriously. Since this spot is the only game in DS we decided to check it out for our Sunday morning sweet breakfast ritual. The whole place has a humble - no frills vibe, but will blow your mind with the quality. We bought a bakers dozen featuring one of almost everything and without dissent, all 3 children, the spouse and I concur that these donuts are as good or better than any donut we've tried all around the world. You may also be surprised by how inexpensive they are, the place is great, with great & friendly service and it's a great value! read more

Fritter Fix. I'm not a regular doughnut guy. Not because I don't like 'em, but because sugar is my worst enemy in the battle of unnecessary weight gain. But today I had the undeniable urge for an Apple Fritter and stopped in a place I drive by everyday on the way to work. I was not disappointed. I was so Fritterized I had to make a pot of coffee, and I don't regularly drink coffee either. What happened to me today? Can a person survive on Fritters and coffee? I'm curious now. All of these people complaining about waiting, but not the actual product are the worst type of Yelp reviewers and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to review. Leave...don't wait, but don't give a local restaurant one star because you had to wait or feel rushed. Drippin Donuts is delicious and we try to go every weekend to support local businesses and eat their yummy food! read more

Love the doughnuts and have been going here for a couple years. I've tried most items on the menu and I've been pretty happy with most of it. The breakfast burrito was probably my least favorite but that's because I'm a fan of the breakfast taco places around dripping. Can't go wrong with a dozen glazed. read more

Disappointed in the service. They open quite early, at 5:00 AM. I have asked them to get an order of 48 donuts ready so I can pick up by 6:15. This order was for my daughter's birthday, and she needs to leave for school by 7:00 AM. I figured that would be enough time so I can go past and collect the order. By 6:30 the order was not ready yet and it took another 15 minutes to get the order ready - I was only able to leave the store at 6:45. The poor lady behind the counter could not keep up. She told me she just didn't have time to get it ready. I reckon it's time to get more staff or it's time for a competitor to help fill the demand. read more

After ordering he gave us a number and told us to seat ourselves. After figuring out where we wanted to sit we went to the water station and grabbed some water. The bacon jam was sweet but not overly sweet and gave the burger a sweet and savory flavor. The pickles added texture to the burger. It was a really good burger. I ordered my burger with a side of kettle chips which were nice and crispy. Overall it was a great place to visit. The service was good, the atmosphere was spacious, nice and bright, and the food was fresh and delicious.

We ended up taking home several bottles- their Sola Stella, Terra Verde, & Sicilian olive oils as well as their Traditional Balsamic and Bourbon Balsamic. After the tasting we enjoyed a light lunch at their bistro, which was delightful. Farm to table, fresh food paired with a bottle of Chardonnay made for the perfect end to our experience.
