Consistency is important. I can go to any Taco Bell across Central Texas and get the same quality in my order. While other taco places may serve more flavorful food, I have also had wildly varying quantity and quality between locations. I'm giving this Taco Bell a four stars because I have definitely been to worse locations. The food is always good and hot, the only thing is that the staff seems miserable most of the time. You have those chipper people every now and again, but most of the time people seem pissed to be working. One thing that I hate is that Taco Bell make you specifically say how many sauces you want now... Used to not be like that and it's kind of frustrating. I'm never really sure how much I want in all honesty lol. One thing I will highly recommend is their potatoes, and their nacho box for sure... A typical Taco Bell. The good: the food was made correctly and tasted decent. Lobby is clean. The bad: No one at front counter and we were ignored as we waited for someone to take our order. We were told to use kiosk but when we had a question about them (how to get a senior discount), again, no one was there. We had to go find someone to help. When someone came they seemed annoyed that we were asking them for help. This non-personal approach to customer service seems to be becoming a habit at several of the Taco Bell establishments we have been to lately; a bad habit that needs to stop. I have a passion for Taco Belle. I'll admit it - I love the food. So much is prepared ahead of time in an industrial manner that it almost NEVER varies. What varies is the service. I have been burned WAY too many times at this location. Yeah, you know the pain: when you order something and find out they blew the order miles away. They have a great screen at the order and I really ensured they had it right. But when the items weren't there that my kids ordered when they were digging in, that burned my tamale. Long wait for someone to take our order when we were only ones in restaurant. The person taking our order mumbled and spoke a form of english. He then asked for a name to be called when order was ready. When order was ready they called our number? The place was a dirty mess. It looked as though it hadn't had a good cleaning in quite sometime. It looks as though no one that works there could care less about their job or the restaurant. Like "Sir, our guacamole is still frozen would you like some free cinnamon twists?" Not if you gonna put them on my burrito... How about trying to eat a taco salad with a spork? You order the most expensive item on the menu; and they don't have real utensils. They did offer me a plastic knife once; I guess I was supposed to stab the lettuce. October 2018 was the last time I tried this Taco Bell, got sicker than a dog. Jump to Feb 11, 2020, the family wanted Taco Bell for supper. I ordered online and dropped by to pick up my order. Although not certain, I believe I was served a healthy portion of food poison. Only two of us ate items with refried beans and both of us were sick for 24 hours. The other two individuals not eating refried beans never experienced the love of the porcelain throne. This was the same Taco Bell I got sick in October 2018 and my first visit to a Taco Bell since that time. Needless to say, not at this location and maybe never at another location. read more

I wouldn't usually review a place like Taco Bell, (fast food places I mean), but I felt I had to. First off the bad, only thing is the music playing. It's like R&B old school soul. Not my first choice of music, (guessing by the area, I'm guessing not many customers first choice). Other than that, nothing else bad. My wife stopped by to pick up dinner the other night, and explicitly ordered tostadas and a bean burrito with no sauce on them due to a severe allergy. She got the food home and, fortunately, double checked it before she ate. All 4 tostadas had hot sauce on them, and the bean burrito had all beef, no beans, and hotsauce. She was unable to eat any of it. On top of that, they forgot to put my daughter's nachos in the order. That would not have prompted me to write a review, as my expectations when it comes to this place are pretty low. The kicker is, when my wife called to complain, the "manager" started yelling at her (I could hear the phone from across the room) and then hung up on her. This used to be my go to fast food spot in dripping. I can understand places being short handed, which I assume was the case tonight as I sat in line for 25 plus minutes. Nothing was said about the wait during ordering. Instead a sluggish voice, noticeably unhappy about whatever the situation was, greeted me. No excuse or apology was given at the window. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but this place is in need of help. Seemingly constantly understaffed, there seems to always be a long wait and long drive through line. The employees who are there do seem to be trying, but they are overwhelmed. After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for a bean taco and a slushy for my kid, I received only the taco and was told I could pull into the parking lot and wait another 10-15 minutes for the slushy because they were too understaffed to make it then. I said I had to leave (cars were honking behind me) and I was not offered a refund for the slushy I had already paid for. I know the struggles small town businesses face, but this one desperately needs attention and fixing asap. read more

Even though it's a Taco Bell and the food is generic, I would go back there time and time again. What made it was there service, a nice man at the register went out of his way to greet his customers. He walked around giving kids mints, and thanking them for eating there. He helped me when I had my hands full, and the food was pretty good for a Taco Bell. The very small list of employees stationed there arrived late (as I witnessed) and I wasn't able to place an order at all due to my work shift starting at 7:30. Really? I tried to give Taco Bell another chance, and they blew it AGAIN! I went inside this time with my family... here's when walking into the Taco Bell they have the new system where you can order it on this computer thing which of course that's a 2019 thing and all the employees ignore you no matter what. So one of the employees is hurting us and asking us all what cups you want like what's ones are you ordering we're not even finished with our order yet and we're trying to look through this menu on this computer and all they're worried about is what size are Qatar and pushing us out the door. So as were waiting and filling up our drinks I look in the back because it's an open kitchen there's lettuce and everything else all over the ground there's an employee employee eating food right in front of us with her gloves on and then she proceeds to use the same gloves to make food.
