Frozen Mocha w/ almond milk and champarado (hot chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, with the masa from tamales. So good.

Found Le Muse online and just wanted to try something different as we are visiting Austin. Service was great, music was awesome, and coffee and food was awesome! Wish we lived in the area but will be back.

Really cute place!

Looking for freshly made and handcrafted coffees and teas? This is the only place that has it. They do everything right that the rest of the places do wrong which is an incredible coffee and tea. This is not your typical Starbucks with hours old coffee and tons of syrups. You can even call in and order your coffee so it's ready when you get there. He makes it fresh every hour. I asked for an iced mocha type coffee and told him to do what he wanted with it. He surprised me with a lavender mocha coffee! I had no idea that was even a thing and it was incredible! You can tell it's fresh. The teas are all loose leaf and fresh with even fresh fruit. He even has incredible moist coffee cake. I won't be going anywhere else. Sure, we have a coffee place on Merced but I've often gotten strange tasting coffees. They're rushed there so not a lot of care goes into their coffees. Le Muse is different in that aspect. Love is put into this coffee and you can taste it. You can tell he works for you and wants to make you happy. The trailer is cute to boot too and there's even a playscape in the back for kids. Lots of room to even bring your own folding chairs to relax if you have a larger party. You won't get bitter or acidic tasting coffee here. Some local places and trailers seem to thing bitter and burnt coffee is what flavorful coffee is supposed to be like but it isn't. They know how to do it here and he will always tell you he listens to his customers.

Best decision we made here in dripping springs for coffee and breakfast! Very personable owner, and the coffee was AMAZING. Best thing I liked is this I could drink the coffee as soon as he handed it to me. I told him what I liked at Starbucks or at home and he made it perfectly, not too sweet and not too bitter! Definitely will be going back next time we are staying in dripping springs! Breakfast tacos were the bomb, and cinnamon roll made with all natural ingredients from a near by farm were just icing on the cake!

It was 100% full I couldnt drink it fast enough lol. It was the passion fruit green tea!!! Before we go back to Austin I am ordering 3!

Of course I always get 50% sugar they always ask you how what's the level of sugar you want. I also get very little ice, I want the real flavor of it instead of it being drowned with a bunch of ice. Today I got the best boba because I felt that the Bobo was absolutely delicious it was so flavorful when you bite into it is really really good you get hooked on this for sure. Also they have very nice decorations and very trendy and popular place off 620. They have several types of flavors also that you will enjoy as well anything on the menu is really good I recommend all of them because I pretty much tried all of the flavors they have. Put the mango is by far the best boba mango I've ever had. People here are really nice and you can actually meet people when you're out and about chatting about the area and they of course have a lot of people moving to Lakeway from India. So that being said I definitely recommend this location if you want one of the best bobas. The flavors are so rich chewy Pearl's so delicious!! They do use real fruit purees So it's a very natural flavor which I will always will come here for full over load of perfect Bobas!! Come try it!

But let me start from the beginning, upon arriving you noticed that this place has plenty of parking and entering the building you can see the menus along the wall and a good amount of space for seating. Going back to the menu, you see a vast array of choices to choose from. Once you choose what you will like you approach the counter and the staff are more than helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The overall experience was great. At the counter you see other options, from macarons of different flavors and other items. The drink I chose was the "Taro Coconut Smoothie" and I tried it at other places but here was equally delicious actually this is my favorite. I also chose the "Tiramisu", it was incredibly delicious not too sweet but just right. Overall this place checks off all the marks for being on your go to place for Boba tea. From the moment you walk in till you leave you'll have a wonderful experience.

Not the best tapioca boba. But the smoothies are really good…read more For me, good boba consistency should be chewy, gummy, soft (not like gelatin). Again, maybe I can speak from experience, as I was drinking boba tea in the early 2000's when I studied in Thailand, when those types of drinks were considered to be "too weird" 20+ years ago. Best example of Boba is Y Bubble. Crazy-authentic. And no, I'm not getting paid by them... they just so happen to have the best Boba in SA. But, you have to drive to Love Oak to get it. This place had a nice atmosphere though. Very chill. The shop keeper has the old-school direct communication and attitude, which is just fine. Maybe steer clear of the tapioca here, if that's your thing. Can't go wrong with the smoothies.

The Boneless Combo ($14.99) comes with a box of boneless chicken and a box of fries and is worth it. I chose the housemade special sauce but didn't really like it. The fries were okay too. I would still give it another try with a different flavor. The Galaxy Kumquat Fresh Fruit Tea ($6.50) with lychee jelly ($0.75) we got at half ice and 75% sweet which was perfect for the evening. On a hotter day I would go full ice. The lychee jelly paired really well with the fruit tea and made for a nice refreshing drink with dinner. The Ube Matcha Milk Tea ($7.25) with crystal boba ($0.75) I ordered with no ice since I was saving it for the next day and it was still pretty full. I did 75% sweet which was perfect for this drink. You can't choose your milk so I'm not sure what they use. By the time it was delivered the two layers were already mixed so it looked more like a straight ube milk tea, and I didn't really taste the matcha either. Still really delicious though and the crystal boba added a nice chewy texture.

All of my orders have been through the usual delivery apps, so I can only speak to the drinks and delivery experience, but they've been consistently good. The menu is extensive, with milk teas, fruit drinks, smoothies, milk foams, and plenty of seasonal concoctions. We tend to keep things simple. My usual is an XL iced Earl Grey, no milk or sugar. It's strong, tastes fresh, and is good on its own. At $5.54 before tax, I'm happy with what I'm getting. My husband's usual is a large Earl Grey milk tea with aloe vera and black pearls, which runs about $5.84. Their milk foam Earl Grey is also really nice, and both the black pearls and aloe vera have been consistently good. Orders arrive quickly and fresh, and they get our customizations right most of the time. There's been the occasional mistake over the years, but nothing that's put us off ordering. One thing I'd appreciate is a lower sweetness option between no sugar and 30%. Sometimes you want just a little sweetness, and something around 10-15% would be awesome. I've also been pulled in by the seasonal merchandise, from the little birthday boba bottles to the Harry Potter ornaments. The tumbler I bought felt a little cheap, but that's just my opinion. We're not boba connoisseurs. We just want a good afternoon tea, and we've been pretty happy with this place.
