Gave it a second try, and my first experience was definitely due to them being SLAMMED! So happy to say this go round my food was great, coffee was wonderful, staff was so sweet... a solid 5. I adore this coffee shop. We drive through Blanco often, and now we have to stop every time. The coffee, pastries, sandwiches, all so good. Recently it was very cold and we got to hang out by the fireplace. I highly recommend the croissant/cookie. read more

Cute little coffee spot here in Blanco has great ambience from the buffalo head on the wall to the cute little bathroom with a poop smell vent heading outside. The service was prompt since I got here ahead of the rest of town and I'm loving the coffee it is so good the chocolate and strawberry blends well together and it's a perfect amount of sweet. Looks like an old frontier house converted into a coffee shop and real estate office. Got a great view of the hill and it looks like a park down there old school architecture. This thing probably lasted 100 years wooden patio area with some decent chairs and great coffee. read more

06 Jan 2024 Oh, the smell of freshly brewed coffee upon entering! And they have an array of pastries in the display case on your left as you enter. To the right are comfy-looking chairs and small sofas. People had parked it and were enjoying themselves. I was there to snag some pastries to take home. I chose to buy two of the cinnamon streusel small cakes. About $3.50 a slice. Not bad. The young man who rang up the purchase asked where we were from, why are we in town. Nice and friendly. ' Young man'. Damn, I sound old! Anyway, I'm home and ate one of the slices. So fresh and tasty. You know, with the cinnamon crumbles on top. Go there when in Blanco. read more

This location is beautifully curated and decorated. It has classically confortable casual seating inside and out. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem. Often customers vehicles stick so far into the street that they impede traffic. Twice I had hot chocolate. Both times times I watched the clerk make it with one package of Swiss Miss powdered chocolate mix. Both times the chocolate mix was so poorly mixed that at there was a large portion of chocolate powder at the bottom of the cup. It basically tasted like lukewarm water. The coffee is mediocre at best. Their grilled cheese is fantastic but significantly overpriced. read more

Set off the street in a small unassuming old house is a wonderful must stop place if you want a quick breakfast or coffee. Super friendly and fast service. I really enjoyed how they worked around the old house instead of gutting it. There is nothing like old real wood floors. My americano with cream came quickly and was not bitter or too acidic so i didn't feel like i needed any sweetener. read more

Crème brûlée latte: tasty but not a unique flavor. Just tasted like caramel and vanilla. Which is funny because my husband said his Sugar Cookie tastes just like vanilla and caramel. It would be funny if all they had behind the counter is a bottle of vanilla and caramel and that's all they use but label the drinks differently. Service: meh. We ordered our lattes and after I paid they said they were out of sugar cookie but after we asked for refund for drink they were out of they said they could make the syrup it but would be a few minutes. Not sure exactly what was "made." Inside is small or cozy, however you want to frame it. Hard not to be in each other's conversations. No secrets here. Seemed clean and didn't try food options.
