    Cronuts!
    Ignacio S.

This place is a gem! Fantastic donuts, foods, and service! You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu, but you must have the brisket and egg kolaches. They are pure heaven!

This is our favorite donut shop. In addition to donuts, they have fruit & savory kolaches, biscuit's sandwiches, donut sandwiches and my personal favorite, the cronuts which are out of this world. My husband had the brisket kolache which did not disappoint. The food is fresh and they will fill donuts to order. They also gave donuts that are like art with Bert, Ernie and Cookie Monster. Expect to stand in line. The counter staff is slow but that's because they are friendly, take the time to know their customers and make sure you get what you want.

Brisket kolache, original glazed and the fritter the size of your head.

My daughter and I got to hit this wonderful joint up once more before taking off to college. Dang I love this place. The original glaze is unreal and the apple fritter is a monster that will beat any other donut shop hands down. Service was awesome as usual. Made me a fresh pot of decaf while I was there and got the brisket kolache, original glazed and the fritter. If there is one donut shop to hit in Texas, this is it. See you again around winter break when my daughter is back in town!

Stopped in randomly on a holiday week. The place was buzzing but the staff worked quickly and friendly to help each patron place the order. After about a 5 min wait we ordered our delicious dozen donuts to go. We would for sure stop by main st donut again!

    9 3/4" Donut Twist

Arrived on Father's Day 2021 at about noon! Ordered two Donut Twists and one Bavarian Cream Filled "Donut"! OMG!! The Donut Twist was 9 3/4" long and in one word it was BIG! I'm used to HEB Grocery Donut Twists which I now classify as miniature. The Main Street Donut Twist was fluffy, slight icing and absolutely delicious! Cost $1.83 per huge Donut Twist! Very nice on the price! I was very impressed. Furthermore the two young ladies provided Outstanding Customer Service. When I get a teenager at a fast food restaurant it's usually one with an attitude. And not a good attitude! Not so here! As a past Culinary expert I value highly Customer Service. I've always said "if you have lousy food and great Customer Service, people will come back"! But if you have great Food and lousy Customer Service, people will never return. It's refreshing to see both in any establishment. This establishment has BOTH. If you happen to visit Blanco, Texas, stop by this Gem of a Donut Place My qualifications as an Expert and Experienced Food and Service Critic; I have a BS in Management and have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. Well besides the fact that The owners are super sweet fun and awesome to get to know, this place is perfect for your breakfast/brunch needs! Even though I don't eat sugar, they've been kind enough to make me a egg cheese and sausage sandwich! But before I quit sugar and carbs, I loved the chocolate covered donut, it was perfect! They have apple fritters that I know the guys at work love, and then they have creative things like brisket Kolaches but even more creative is the awesome donut sandwiches! Can't decide what you want... just give it a shot Try what you normally would get and give something else a shot, you never know you may find a new favorite

    So good!

I'm going to say it! Best fritter I have EVER had and I've tried one in almost 50 states. We happened upon this cute place on accident and pulled right over. Got there around 9 and all the donuts were almost gone but they had fresh fritters in the back. Hot and warm and when you bit into it, it dissolved in my mouth. A apple chunk in every bite! It was delicious! Sad I don't live next to this place!

Sausage and cheese kolache with a HIUGE cinnamon roll

Outstanding fresh baked pastries and kolaches, and great friendly service. Fresh, house made kolaches with a variety of savory and sweet fillings (LOTS of filling, too - no skimpy little amounts). Huge fresh cinnamon rolls. Simply awesome food and great service. Four stars - definitely worth stopping here, but I'm not sure I'd drive 20 miles out of my way for it (my own criteria for five stars). If you are in Blanco, you should definitely stop here.

Great little local shop. Nice grab and go breakfast! Would definitely stop in again. Didn't expect some of the fancier coffee offerings.

Very friendly but the breakfast sandwiches and donuts were sooooooo good. Very fresh tasting and the eggs were just right.

The selection here isn't very large, but the donuts are pretty and the apple fritter is most definitely the best I've ever had.

Flash forward and wife and I were headed towards our next free (BS) oil change in Boerne. El Agave #2 is obviously the second off shoot of the original in JC. Converted gas station complete with drive thru window. We walk into the usual almost neon signs and Mexico made dining booths. VAPE SHOP NEXT DOOR! Honestly, I've got to promote the iced tea. Even took one togo. Because, that was what I would recommend out of our dining experience. Chips were akin to stale thinner wheat thins. Worst chips in recent memory. Who cares about all the salsas offered when there isn't a vessel for delivery. She had a Taco Salad and I had the combo plate of SA famous Puffy Taco and Enchilada. BTW, no tomato component on the rice. Carrots and peas. Rice, deplorable. Beans, OK. I asked for a Sour Cream sauce on my enchilada only to get cheese. Filling correct; they opted to just leave the sauce off completely. Didn't even eat half of the food. Never stopping here again.
