I happened to be near Dave's shop (which I'd never noticed before) and decided to pull in and ask for help. Dave came out right away, asked me to back up the car, and within minutes had the old screws out and the new plate installed. He didn't even charge me--or accept a tip. (Seriously, thank you, Dave!) You're a stand-up guy, Dave. I truly appreciate your kindness--and you've just gained a new customer.

They did a lot and spent a long time making sure everything was perfect. The entire car was clear bra'd, so they had to remove most of the clear bra in order to be able to blend all the panels correctly. Tim forwarded me pictures of a few stages during the process and let me tell you, they do their craft meticulously. From the taping of the car panels to paint blending to disassembly/reassembly, as good as a new car from the factory. And they do their paintwork right, from using slow reducers for paintwork during the hot summertime to baking the car. The paintjob is probably the thing I'm most impressed with, given the clarity and depth of the paint without a single visible blemish or overspray. I believe one of the painters there has been doing this for more than 20 years, and it shows. Tim in particular was excellent. Thorough, honest communication and always happy and available to chat by phone or text. He alone would be reason enough to bring your car to this shop. But the key phrase here is trustworthiness, which everyone I interacted with at this business exemplified. The only caveat is that, as with anything in life, it takes time to do good work. So if you need your car in and out and don't care so much about perfection, another generic body shop may suit you better. This repair shop will definitely take the time it needs to do the work properly and won't cut corners just for faster turnover. So after pretty much a month from the time I dropped off my car at Karosserie to pickup again at Euro Coachwork, I have my car back in mint condition. Definitely come check out this place for bodywork should the unfortunate situation ever arise. They have certainly earned my business and I think you'd be lucky to have them earn yours too.

After doing my due diligence, I decided to try Peppy's Automotive. I am so glad I did. I have had hit or miss services from mechanics in the past and needed to find one I could depend on for quality work and nice customer service. I found these qualities in Joe and the young lady working behind the desk. Let me add that my car is an old car and parts are hard to find for it. But Joe found the parts needed and my car is now in tip top shape. All due to Joe's crew's hard work. The bill for the work was so reasonable and truthful. I am truly happy and grateful to them and would recommend them to everyone. A job well done. Thanks Joe and crew.
