I should've taken the negative views seriously about this auto shop, I wanted give it a shot and thought I'd be lucky, but just like the previous customers said " HORRIBLE!" Today around noon, I brought my car there to do a wheel alignment, no appointment needed, and the price was about same with other shops, I was thinking it's pretty good. It took about an hour to get it done, so I went back to the shop, when I was paying, the owner(?) in the office, told me, there're two bolts on the back, are pretty rusted, they couldn't loosen it to do the back wheels alignment, but the price I paid $110.77 is for 4 wheels alignment. They should tell me when they couldn't do the back wheel alignment before, but they didn't. When I drove my car back home, I was suspicious, so I checked the front tire rods, and found out they used welder or something else to loose the outer and the inner nuts, because they were too tight, they damaged the inner rods threads , and on the right side, one boot clamp is missing! Really poor service and unprofessional! My and the previous customers suggestion , never never go to this shop! I know something about cars, if you don't, you wouldn't even know what they'd done to your car! Wonder if there's some agency could help get the money due to this kinds of suck service. So now I just pray that my car will last for a while. read more

I recommend you do not bring your car here unless you want poor quality parts put in your car and want to replace what they did and pay me for it. This place is awful beware don't waste your time. This is regarding the new ownership/management: I asked before and after my inspection can you please let me know if an oil change is needed. The new owner advised me if his mechanic did not say anything then I'm fine. The NEXT day I had to rush back over to the shop before closing because my oil alert on my car was on. I was nearly out of oil, even though I asked right before paying did I need a change. My mother just went to another mechanic for a second opinion regarding her car that has been back and for to this to same shop for weeks , and new mechanics are now insinuating that there a is new problem dueTHIS shops sloppy services. They are expensive and lack quality. Please take heed and do your research before spending your money at this location. Horrible! They don't communicate properly and the fat guy at the desk is a complete liar! Very unprofessional. Since the older guy sold the business to these new people that place has went down dramatically. I would never take any of my cars there again. Quality, being straightforward and great work left when the original owner sold the business to the Asian's! Quality Diagnostic sucks now. Car owners beware! These new owners are only in the business for the money! I choose quality diagnostics for a "Complete wheel alignment" in August of 2022 as we've had work done on our vehicles in the past and they came recommended by our mechanic. The heavyset man at the desk told me he would call when the work was complete. Within 30 minutes he called me and said "your car is done". When I got back to the shop the man has my receipt and print out of the "alignment" waiting for me. The man then asked me was my car in an accident? I told him no, not that I am aware of. I purchased the car about 2 years prior and as far as I know there wasn't any reported accidents. He then told me my subframe was cracked on both sides. He proceeded to tell me it would be an expensive fix and he knew where to get the part and blah blah blah. I told him I would speak with my husband and make the decision on the repairs. Of course I paid for the alignment not fully understanding what I paid for wasn't completed accurately. I was just mentally overwhelmed with the idea that my car was being driven around not knowing that I could've been in a major accident. I just wanted to park my car and start on the repair. Due to the make and model of my vehicle the part was indeed expensive and hard to come by. When I finally got the parts needed and the vehicle repaired. My mechanic informed me I would still need to get the wheel alignment since it wasn't completed. So, I called Quality Diagnostics to ask them why was I charged for a complete wheel alignment" if my vehicle wasn't in the condition needed for a complete wheel alignment? The man stated it was too long ago and he doesn't have a record of the alignment. I then asked him about my customer account. Wouldn't that sort of problem be notated on my account stating I came in for an alignment and this issue was discovered. He told me it wasn't. I would need to bring my print out of the alignment in so he could see that the alignment wasn't completed correctly. So, I have my husband follow up at the shop with the print out of the incomplete alignment. As expected, he changes his story and now says It wasn't completed but because the sensors were already on my tires so they charged me. I call BS! If the components that assist in keeping the tire's aligned is damaged to that extent, why continue to perform an alignment that could potentially make the problem worse???? This is completely unacceptable and predatory on people who aren't familiar with this line of work. While this may not happen to everyone, it happens to some. If you're looking for an honest mechanic you won't find them here. The previous owner was awesome and you could trust his work. These new owners have no moral compass ‍ read more

I brought my cars there for three years never had issue's until my Audi was worked on and past admissions and i put 2200 bucks in it just for it to catch on fire the same day i got it back. When i told the owner bob he said it's not my problem and i can't give you no money back. Now im gonna sue him. Bob and the rest of the guys here are hard working, down to earth, and will tell it to you straight. I've done business with them and routinely brought in my first car ( a 1995 Subaru Legacy) for just about everything. Sadly, my car died, so I upgraded, but will still come in for routine checks, oil changes, and inspections instead of the big dealerships. read more

Hahahahaha, it takes these guys three months to swap a motor on a Crown Vic (which is a day job). Then they can't figure out that the moisture on the ground is actually oil, so they'll keep a customer's car for three months and then let 'em go on down the road with a ridiculous oil leak because they're too mouth-breathingly dumb to realize what's going on. Or they just can't be assed to actually do any kind of quality diagnostics. If you have a choice between getting your car repaired at QD or setting yourself on fire, pour that gas and strike that match. It'll be less painful that way. read more

The WORST service I have ever experienced with an auto mechanic. They had my car for a whole month and still could not figure out the problem. They would never call to update me on the progress. I had to keep calling them and Bob would always give the run-around. I finally had it, and got my car back, unfixed. He even wanted me to pay for it! read more
