We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning. She greeted us upon check-in, covered what we're there for and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She also got us to add an extra service which we usually skip. However she presented to us the product, educated us on the "pros" and we went for it! We also informed them if they can get everything done at a specific time since we had our little human with us. She didn't promise but she said they'll try their very best and to contact me asap! The installers did just that. Lexi called us about 20 mins earlier than said time. Not only did they complete the job much earlier than we anticipated, their work was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the results when we saw the windows and windshield as well as a small PPF area that I wanted done, in person! Today, I stopped by to purchase a small 6x6 inch of protective film I needed. After saying he needed to "ask the owner", he came back and said it would be $25. While I was happy to pay something, we're talking about what is literally a piece of leftover scrap PPF film. I had $10 but was so offended, I just left and ordered it on Amazon for $9. Sucks when you try to support local businesses since I live just a couple blocks away but you're met with this type of sales attitude.

So much glue used it was oozing inside on the pillar; furthermore, they left bits of the old glue in my AC vents. For over 3 months the chemical smell was(and still is) terrible to the point I would use my other car, and still it ruined the interior leather smell of my car. The careless installer scratched my dash board, which was very disappointing. They tried to make good but ultimately made it worse when the owner hired an unqualified person to fix it; who spray painted my dash and made the problem larger and more noticeable. Poor quality windshield too, with a big generic rubber surround that doesn't fit like oem, and the corners don't seal against the body. Definitely not 5star service.

Unfortunately, the sensors somehow malfunctioned after the wrap. They tried to recalibrate the system, but since they didn't have the proper equipment, they recommended for me to take it to the dealer.
