After some research and reading through reviews I decided to go with Unrivaled. I'm glad I did and I found my new go-to detailer. Great communication and easy setting up a conveinient appointment time. From the start, William was a pro. Very nice guy, cordial, friendly, knowledgable and informative. He clearly knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do...step by step and his attention to the little details was impressive. I pointed out a few little paint blemishes and he was able to buff them out and restore my black BMW to a nearly brand new, showroom look. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the job he did, taking his time to get everything looking top notch. You can tell he really enjoys his work. Definitely give him a shot if you are looking for an "Unrivaled" mobile detailer - you won't be disappointed.

I would also like to add that every single time we talk he teaches about cleaning products to use that won't cause damage to the car or leave buildup residue which has been really helping with the cleanliness and longevity of not just the exterior but the interior leather dashboard and separate components. There are so many options available with Nicks Auto Detail detailing from deep cleaning detailing and ceramic coating your vehicle all the way to a monthly cleaning program to help maintain your cars. Mason was super responsive over Yelp and text, with good check-ins ahead of his arrival and flexible. You don't need much to bring him over as his car has everything including a generator to keep it really self-sufficient and contained to work on wherever your car is. I had him over in the morning for the bronze package ($150) and that included a great exterior wash/wax plus vaccum of my interior. Very punctual. He did the proper job in asking of any need to knows before he started and even offered to remove some of my old decals if I wanted his help. Overall very efficient and highly pleased with his work. Would recommend for anyone looking for this type of service!

Mason is nice, easy to talk to, and schedule with. I got a Gold Package detail along with trim…read morerestoration, engine bay detail, and water spot removal on my Miata, totaling $585. The detail itself was a bit disappointing as I think there was a lack of high attention to details. For example, the wheels still had caked brake dust on the front next to the bolts, the inner rims behind the wheel faces were not cleaned, the exhaust tip was not cleaned to its full length (only the most visible portion), sticker residue was not removed from the exterior side of the rear window, and the plastic trim restoration material was not applied deeply enough to the trim behind the hood, which is visible when standing at the driver side door. These are just a couple examples. In addition, for the water spot removal on ppf and paint, Mason had also asked to do a spot test on the ppf before scheduling the detail. When it came time to, he only did a visual inspection and verbally mentioned that he had researched the technique and would be able to do it. Later during the detail, he was unable to significantly remediate the water spots, and refunded me the $50 for the water spot removal. This could have been avoided if he just spot tested like he had suggested originally. When it came time to pay, he did not provide an invoice or receipt, but suggested that I screenshot the Venmo payment as receipt. In addition, when quoting the differences between the packages he offers, there was unintended written overlap between the packages. For a $500+ service, I find it to be a bit too unprofessional. I really like Mason as a person, but as a business offering a service, the detail received felt a bit amateur. I will be shopping around for other detailing services. I hope Mr. Lai's mobile detailing can consider this feedback to improve the service.

I recently hired Flawless for a full detail, and I'll start by saying the quality of the work was…read moregreat. The car came out looking really good, and it's clear they take pride in the actual detailing. That said, I had a frustrating experience with pricing that I think needs to be called out. When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.
