What I really like is that you have an option choice so you don't have to get everything offered, i.e. water, soap, wax. The water pressure hose was so strong it almost knocked me down! For $3 (4 1/2 minutes), all dirt was completely gone. I then used my own chamois to wipe it down and my mini vac when I got home. Left lane was for regular customers and right lane was for members, although I think you can go in any lane. The line was to the street but moved fairly quickly. After payment, you get dashboard wipes and an air freshener. The wash does an ok job, but to make it squeaky clean, park in a self-service spot to do spot clean and vacuum. There were plenty of spots, but it can get busy so you may have to wait a few minutes during busy hours. I recommend bringing your own microfiber towel to clean the outside of your car, which will make the job much easier. I would come here for a wash again if I am in the area.

I sit there no more than 10 minutes when I get the wave that my car is ready. I tip the man get in my car notice my passenger door was wiped but my driver door isn't. How do I know this you might ask? Well my passenger door is shiny af, the driver door is as matte as those setting powders advertise. At this point I'm like whatever, let it slide. I get home & I get off my car I notice water streaks from my door handles down each door. WTF? So disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning. For $35 + tip I rather drive down to Montebello on Beverly & Poplar where they truly excel at washing cars. *Also, I have all weather mats & they didn't even wipe them down, left them dusty on vacuumed.

I also get text messages about getting my next oil change too. They quote you for the service(s) and will require your signature to sign off before commencing. I think the time it takes to get your car serviced here is pretty quick. I drove up and was quickly assisted. They are correct in saying "no appointment necessary" and there is usually one free spot available each time I have come here for my oil change.
