He took the time to listen to my concerns, was professional throughout our conversation, and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. While my initial visit had a few minor issues, Shawn addressed them promptly and demonstrated excellent customer service. I really appreciate a business owner who stands behind his work, takes feedback seriously, and is committed to making things right. The wax and polish finish looked great, communication was excellent, and the level of professionalism after the service left a lasting positive impression. Because of how Shawn handled everything, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again for future interior and exterior detailing, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a detailer who truly values customer satisfaction. ********************************* Service Requested: 3.5/5 Quality: 4/5 Value: 3/5 I rated 3.5 for Service Requested because my scheduled appointment started late, and I wasn't notified until I reached out myself. Strongly encouraged to use their app to schedule your appointment, the process is straightforward. If you are not sure which one to select can text your questions via Yelp. I rated 3.5 for Quality because there's still some room for improvement. There was still water dripping from the passenger-side mirror after the service, and both side mirrors had some wax residue left behind. These were minor issues, but worth mentioning. ^*^ I rated 3 for Value because I feel the wax and polish package is on the expensive side for what I received. Overall, Shawn is very responsive, communicates well, and is a hardworking professional. The final wax and polish finish looks great, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I just wish there were a discount or more competitive pricing. I would definitely have Shawn back for a regular interior and exterior wash next time.

They communicated with me every step of the way, letting me know about any recommendations or enhancements that would benefit our vehicles before doing any additional work. They detailed my wife's Tesla Model 3 and my Tesla Model Y, and both cars look absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was second to none, and it's clear they take pride in the quality of their work. We've tried several other car wash and detailing services, but RideSpree stands out above the rest. Their level of care, communication, and craftsmanship is unmatched. I highly recommend RideSpree to anyone looking for top-quality service, and they will definitely be the first call we make for our next car wash.

After some research and reading through reviews I decided to go with Unrivaled. I'm glad I did and I found my new go-to detailer. Great communication and easy setting up a conveinient appointment time. From the start, William was a pro. Very nice guy, cordial, friendly, knowledgable and informative. He clearly knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do...step by step and his attention to the little details was impressive. I pointed out a few little paint blemishes and he was able to buff them out and restore my black BMW to a nearly brand new, showroom look. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the job he did, taking his time to get everything looking top notch. You can tell he really enjoys his work. Definitely give him a shot if you are looking for an "Unrivaled" mobile detailer - you won't be disappointed.

I paid $300 for an interior detail and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the result…read more I understand no detail is going to be absolutely perfect, but my issue wasn't a few small spots being missed. There were multiple areas of the interior that appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The car was detailed inside a garage, which he later explained made it difficult to see everything. He did bring and use his own strong detailing light. I can understand how the lighting could have caused some of the spray/residue left on the controls and other surfaces to be overlooked. That really wasn't my biggest issue, though. My main problem was finding so many areas that seemed to have been completely untouched. After the detail, I found a significant amount of crumbs and debris alongside and underneath the passenger seat and in the seat rails. When I extended the seat, there were still crumbs in the areas that became exposed. The storage compartment at the bottom of the passenger door had not been cleaned. I also have a small removable quarter holder near the cup holders, and it apparently wasn't lifted because there was still dirt underneath it. One of the bigger issues was the storage compartment underneath the center armrest. It didn't appear to have been cleaned, but somehow water had gotten inside. When I tried wiping the water up myself, I realized it had mixed with the dirt already in the compartment and turned into gunk. I ended up having to clean each of the small individual crevices myself. There were also milk stains underneath one of my floor mats. The top of the mat had been cleaned, but underneath it had not. There was also product/spray residue left behind on the climate controls, iDrive controls, and other surfaces. Again, I could understand some residue being difficult to see in the garage. What I had a much harder time understanding were entire compartments, underneath removable items, underneath the mat, and areas around and underneath the seats not being cleaned. I ended up going through the interior myself afterward. One side of the towel he gave me was literally black by the time I finished cleaning the areas that had been missed. What makes this especially disappointing is the price. I normally pay around $190-$215 for interior details and have received more thorough work. I paid $300 expecting the higher price to come with a more meticulous job, and instead I spent my own time finishing a substantial amount of the cleaning. I contacted him privately before leaving this review and sent photos of the issues. To his credit, he was apologetic and offered to come back and redo the missed areas, along with an exterior wash, wax, clay bar, rims, and tires at no additional charge. I do appreciate that he offered to try to make things right, which is why I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 but I can't trust someone with the exterior when the interior was treated this way. However, after seeing how much of the interior had been missed, I simply wasn't comfortable having additional work done on the car. Since I had already cleaned the missed areas myself, I asked whether we could instead work something out on the $300 I paid. A partial refund was not offered. I'm including photos because I think they show the condition of the vehicle after the service better than I can describe it. For $300, this was nowhere near the level of interior detail I expected.
