I have had quite a few bad experiences from nearby salons, so resorted to doing my own mani/pedi's. Visiting my family for Christmas I finally tried LC Nails and cannot wait to go back the next time I come home! LC is so clean (use hospital grade cleaning products), the polish selection is wonderful, while you're getting your pedicure done in the massage chairs, they'll do your manicure too (talk about relaxation), the ladies are SO nice and a joy to talk to. I made an appointment for my sister and I and we got right in, the pedicure spas were ready as we walked in. They are busy, so I'd make an appointment, although I there were some walk ins while we were there!! Mani/ pedi was $35 each, the quality is great, they are so careful when painting and won't let you leave until your nails are perfectly dry!

If you're seeking a super dramatic change that requires a lot of bleaching, it's super great that she genuinely cares about your hair and isn't just trying to get you in and out. She is very meticulous and works magic with mixing colors! Not to mention, she is a complete pleasure to talk to over several hours of work. She's super super nice and so sweet, but will honestly tell you like it is; just listen to her! Be patient, and if she offers two options, just pick the one that she recommends - you won't regret it! If you're super sensitive about your hair or are worried because you have "ethnic" hair like me, see Nikki, she'll make you feel comfortable just in her confidence and sweet, down-to-Earth vibe!

I felt scammed which is so disappointing. When I called they said dip would cost $45. I drove…read morestraight there and was in 10 minutes after this call. After they did my nails it was suddenly $60?! Apparently they "redid" the menu so it should've been $50, which I wish they honored the price they told me, and then they charged me extra for removing what was previously on my nails and shaping? I wish I knew, because $45 nails jumping to $60 is insane. They gave me a gift certificate as part of a promotion, and because my nails looked good I planned to return to give them one more try, even though the price upset me. But exactly one week later FOUR of my nails chipped?? With dip that lasts 2-3 weeks? I started getting dip around 5-6 years ago and have never had four nails chip in one week. Very upset.

I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

Unrelated to the services or folks at the front desk--I found it a bit frustrating that, during both times I've visited, other guests were taking phone calls in the relaxation room.
