We only had a one week window from the day we closed until our movers were scheduled to arrive because our short term lease was up, which was really stressful. We needed over 3k sq foot of flooring installed and Nabil and his team did an amazing job. Not only were they able to get all the flooring installed but also all of the last minute requests that I came up with, such as, painting the entire interior of the house, installing new electrical outlets, hanging TVs etc. Nabil was very patient with me and was fair on pricing. After such a great experience we decided to hire Nabil again to remodel our master bathroom and build me a one of a kind detached home office. Once again he and his team exceeded my expectations and accommodated all of my changes and additions along the way. By the end, he completely renovated the entire master suite and he even built a gorgeous deck off the side of my office. Due to Covid related impacts to the global supply chain we encountered many challenges when it came to sourcing materials. Nabil and Shannon were there to help us navigate, pivot and find alternatives at every obstacle. Were there snags and unexpected delays along the way? Sure, but they were due to the manufacturing/sourcing delays and without Nabil's help it would have been far worse. Some of the delays actually ended up being a blessing in disguise because Nabil helped us find alternative products that we ended up loving even more than our original choices! I have worked with many contractors throughout my life and when you find someone that you can trust to do things right, with high quality workmanship and pride in what they do, it's worth every penny. I sleep well knowing everything was done to code and it looks amazing.

This rating should be more of a 4.5/5. Took the 0.5 off for the con listed below. All in all, I was…read morevery happy with the work and the turnaround time and would recommend them to friends/family. Pros: -Harry, the project manager, is VERY responsive, answering texts and suggesting materials whenever you have questions. He really does put you at ease. -Timelines: one of the biggest fears with renovations is how long it takes to get done and when problems cause delays. Harry and crew were very honest about the timeline for completion, who was doing what when, etc. They finished at exactly their quoted 3 week target date. -If there were any issues as mentioned in the cons section, they were immediately rectified and without argument. -They're cost effective and will do add-on projects for a reasonable price. Cons: -Some of the crew working on the project were a little less experienced than others. In my instance, the grout for one bathroom was inconsistent in color, so they had to spend a half day to redo it. You can tell they have other projects planned throughout the week, so they don't spend all their time focused on your house. If they did, they could probably shave more time off the project to be done faster.

My experience with Kaminskiy Design has been great!…read more We are doing updates on our house and started with the most painful (to me anyway) - the kitchen.  While I desperately wanted a new kitchen, I was not looking forward to dealing with the hassle and scope of the project.  We reached out to KDR on their website, they answered within minutes.  The Sales and Design team had really great ideas about how to increase our cabinet and counter-space, totally things I never would have thought of or envisioned. The final product turned out so much better than we imagined. They listened to every concern I had along the way and actually addressed it, very professional and friendly.  We will be working with them again.

We provided detailed evidence demonstrating that the "waterproof system" installed by Kaminskiy quickly failed and was the direct cause of extensive water damage over three years. As a result of the CSLB ruling, Kaminskiy was required to reimburse us for the necessary repairs. Our situation has been fully resolved, and our deck is now solid and, as proven by recent heavy rains, completely dry. We extend our sincere thanks to the CSLB for their assistance during this difficult time. We also highly recommend Optimal Waterproofing for their excellent work in effectively fixing all the mistakes made by Kaminskiy.

We redesigned our whole living room and office area and it was a big remodel project. As with any construction team, communication is the key ingredient for a quality finished product. Solomon was always responsive to our calls, texts, and visited the site regularly. If we asked for him to come on site to resolve an issue - he was there for us. While it did take longer to complete than estimated, the budget was spot on. Again, it is beautifully done, and we highly recommend using Solomon and his team for any remodel you may have planned.

Solomon and his team were very transparent every step of the process. It started with the quote, where Solomon will actually breakdown every part of the work that needs to be done. We've done a few projects around the house, and I hated how contractors just threw out numbers and you didn't know what exactly they're charging you for. Next was the Demo - the crew showed up on time, done in a day, and they were professional every step of the way. Tarp, protected the furniture, carpet, and hardwood floors. Build - the lead was Hailey, and he was, by far, THE BEST. He'd listen to our concerns on how we wanted everything to look, and he was so patient with us when we changed our mind on tile, color of the grout, etc. Touch up - not only did Hailey come, but Solomon continued to visit the worksite to make sure everything was progressing according to plan. The project started and ended on time. Unheard of when you have remodel projects around the house. We loved the work Solomon Moss Tiling did, and the craftsmanship of Hailey and the entire team. Can't recommend them enough. Pictures are of before and after.
