I have been going to Dream Tips for about 3 years and they always do a fabulous job for my mom and me. They are very friendly, always try to please and take their time with you. They do take walk-ins but appointments are best since you are on their schedule and it keeps you from making the drive and not being able to be serviced. Absolutely loved my experience. Very nice ladies and finally a place with a lot of gel colors and their organized. They have the prices listed but do only take cash or check- no cards. They are open till 7pm. I love that they take their time and do not rush. This is my favorite nail shop in the area, and I always recommend them. Mrs. Tina the owner remembers every face and is always so kind. She is always sure to ask me how my husband and daughter are doing, even if it's been a year since I've been there! I used to live less than a mile away so I was there every 2 weeks. Now that I've moved a little bit further away I don't go in as much. They only take checks and/or cash, which is another reason I don't go in as much as I used too. I used to always have cash when I was waiting tables, but since I'm not doing that anymore, I never have cash. If they took debit/credit cards I would still be there every 2 weeks! This nail shop not only has the sweetest ladies working in it, but they also have the widest variety of shellac colors that I have ever seen. Today I wanted a specific color by OPI called Cosmo With A Twist. Any other nail shop that I have been too does not have this color, when I have asked, so I specifically came to Dream Tips because it's my favorite Halloween/October color! As soon as me and my friend walked in, they smiled, asked what we wanted and they got started. Everyone was so sweet and they did such a good job on both my pedicure and my dip manicure. I'm not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but my feet felt like they were in heaven and she helped me work the chair (my preggo self was being a ditz, ha). I was really hoping to like Dream Tips since it's located just around the corner from my house and it's one of the cheaper places in town ($25 for a pedicure, which is usually all I get). Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow,! My feet soaked in the tub for about 35 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. The decor is extremely outdated, and my massage chair didn't work on certain settings. The pedicure itself was nice though, the pedicurist did a very thorough job and I was happy with the results. They do not take credit cards though- cash and check only, which in my opinion is very inconvenient. Overall, I will likely not be back. Although satisfied with the finished product, the service was very slow. read more

I love going to dream tips. Tina, the owner, is so genuine and sweet and she really tries to get to know all of her clients. Kim, her niece, is also amazing at every service. I am happy to give them my business whenever i can and am always happy with the results. They have a full stock of shellac polish and gel polishes and keep new colors in stock of regular polish as well. The pedicures are also great. I've been to Dream Tips 4 times and enjoyed every bit of getting my nails and feet done. Yesterday July the 11th I went to Dream tips about 915 am and we (me my mom and sister) walked in and said good morning no one opened there mouth. The look on the two ladies face was like I don't want to be here today. The owner was not there but I noticed the last time we visited the same ladies (older slim worker and the one with glasses) have an attitude. I understand we all have bad days but my goodness. When the owner is there she is cheerful talkative she gives great customer service at all times but not those 2 ladies. My aunt went Thursday July 9th at 545 and was turned around because they had 3 people at the time and she only needed a repair ONLY...DREAM TIPS HAVE LOST 4 CUSTOMERS AND WE ARE TELLING EVERYONE WHO GETS THEIR NAILS DONE. I read the other review on here and thought I'd try them out. So upset that I spent money on this pedicure! I will say that the woman who gave me the pedicure did not speed through it, and she did take her time, and the whole thing was very relaxing and nice... but the actual pedicure looks awful - for 30 something $$ I could've done a better job at home. The big toe looks beautiful but all the other toes look like a mess - unevenly painted, paint on the sides, etc. I will say that they did have an incredible array of polish colors. The customer service has a lot to be desired. I recently purchased a $60 gift certificate for a relative's birthday. She went by there after work and arrived at 6:25 pm to obtain a gel manicure and pedicure. She was told to come back Monday since they close at 7:00 pm. She explained that she needed it that day to look nice for her birthday and had already checked the time they closed. She wasn't told that they quit taking customers an hour before closing time, and that I may want a refund. She was told they don't give refunds so she was stuck with no services at all. I think that's horrible customer service and I can see that they don't need my business in the future! read more
