First of I want to say I'm so happy with my lashes. I was referred here by a coworker and was a bit nervous and excited to try it. I had never had my lashes permed and it's always something I had been wanting to try. After hearing about how great Amy was to my coworker I booked my appointment. Not only have I continued to go back to her for my eyelashes but I keep convincing my friends about it. This place is clean, always so accommodating and the work should speak for its self. My lashes have not been damaged and they last for a solid 6 weeks before I start to have my new ones grow in. read more

Had the Pamper Me special at DreamSpa today, full pedicure with hot rock massage by Cindy. Wonderful work, and very relaxing time. After the manicure, Faith did a custom nail painting of a Texas flag for me. Amazing work, recommend her highly! read more

I absolutely loved this place! Zen did an amazing job with my SNS dip powder nails!! They look very natural and not bulky or thick at all. I have been there twice and was more than happy both times!!! read more

First time here, Anstasia and Amanda were lovely! The prices are fair and the services were better than expected. I highly recommend!

(To preface, I really hate to post this, especially since the owner seems so sweet and clearly works very hard. But they need constructive feedback on what happened this morning so it doesn't happen again with another customer.) I'm very disappointed in this place. I wanted to like it - it has a good location, good parking, lots of space, reasonable prices (particularly for lash services), and most of the employees I've encountered have been great - but they need to work on their communication around scheduling issues. I had my first appointment with them two weeks ago where I spent close to $300 after tips - there were a few bumps during that appointment, but overall it was a good experience. Fast forward to today, I had a CONFIRMED appointment at 10am, they sent me two confirmation emails and I built my day around it, and they turned me away once I arrived because the associate who was going to do my lashes was not available. Then the front desk receptionist proceeds to tell me that she "left me three voicemails," which DID NOT HAPPEN (see photos for evidence), and that I should call for lash appointments in the future instead of booking online because it's such a popular service. WOW, thanks for the helpful advice that I will never use because I'm never coming back here again. Here's my advice for Dream Spa: 1) If people booking lash appointments online is a problem for you, don't offer that option. Put something on your website that says "for lash appointments, please call as those cannot be booked online," or something else to that effect. 2) If something comes up and you have to cancel or reschedule someone's appointment, be sure to achieve TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION WITH THEM on the subject. If that is not possible, at the very least you MUST have it somewhere in writing that the appointment was cancelled - email, text, whatever. LEAVING A VOICEMAIL is also acceptable. What's not acceptable is just calling someone who probably doesn't have your number saved as a contact three times and leaving it at that. Y'all have both my email address and phone number, so there was genuinely no excuse for this. I ignore phone calls from numbers I don't recognize all the time, I think a lot of people do, and I'm certainly not going to call back if there was no voicemail left. Here's my advice for patrons: 1) Call to confirm your appointment even if they sent you multiple email confirmations because they still might not honor it. Also, to conclude, I am sorry that I'm not going to make my 12:15 "rescheduled" appointment. Be more respectful of your customers' time and they will be respectful of yours. read more

I have been getting my lashes and nails done by Amy for the last year since moving to Austin- each and every time I'm floored by her work and attention to detail. She always makes sure to go above and beyond in everything she does and is 10/10 in lashes, nails and eyebrows. It's nice to have a one stop shop for all of these services. I'm constantly getting compliments on her work and I'm incredibly thankful to have found someone with this level of talent. I'm honestly pretty picky so for me to be happy with every service I've received is saying a lot. Since Dream Spa opened, Amanda and Yen have also done my nails and have done an equally amazing job. It's clear this Spa is filled with quality ladies who know their stuff! The pictures of their work alone speak for themselves. An added bonus is this salon is absolutely stunning inside and has a very large selection of high quality products AND craft cocktails. They do not cut any corners and go above and beyond to make sure they get it right! Can't recommend Dream Spa enough! read more

After searching for a nail salon when my previous one was sold, I finally found Dream Spa. Heaven! The lady who did my nails did a fantastic job and they looked spectacular. As I watched interactions around the spa and it was clear customer service was a priority. They spoke of the best items to help a client amongst themselves before presenting options. They took care to talk with their customers and ensure they were happy with the end result. I'm super happy I found them and can't wait to go back. read more

I got my lashes and eyebrows done by Amy and was super happy with the results. Will be coming back!

I've been to Dream Spa twice and had a great experience! I've had my nails done by another Amy and Amanda. My nails looked great and they couldn't be any nicer. I highly recommend! read more

LOVE this spa. They offer so many services including lash extensions, waxing, threading, facials, spa services, and obviously mani/pedis. I came for the pedi (my husband got a pedi too and had rave reviews) and eyebrow threading and had an awesome experience. This spa SCREAMS luxury. Everything is beautiful and clean. The pedicure tools were sanitized and opened in front of me. Cindy was my nail tech and she was amazing. Since moving to Austin, I've been going all over trying to find my go-to place and I'm so happy I've finally found it! Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone! read more

Alex gave a wonderful Volcano pedicure. Very relaxing and peaceful with a marvelous result -- soft and lovely feet.

This nail salon was sooo relaxing and clean. They did a great job with my pedicure. Can't wait to come back and try out float tank and sauna! read more

I've gotten a pedicure, dip nails, and lash extensions here and have already made appointments to go back. The technicians are all very friendly, service is quick even when it's busy, and they do a really great job especially for the price. Amy did my lashes and I love them! Very natural but voluminous and beautiful. I will be back for a refill at some point but 2 weeks later my lashes are still perfect. I'm very impressed so far with their quality and cost. read more

I have come for the last 2-3 years and I LOVE this place. They do a thorough job and all of the employees are very nice. I've gotten pedicures and manicures with polish or shellac, and they always come out looking great. While I haven't had their spa or waxing treatments, I cannot recommend this place enough for nail services! read more

I came in with acrylic/tips and I have very thin natural nails. They were very careful when removing the acrylic to not damage my natural nails. I had gel just put on my natural nail and again they were very detail oriented in making sure the polish was smooth and not on my skin or cuticle. A beautiful manicure. My only complaint is I'm not confident in the sanitization of some of the tools. It looks like the cuticle trimmers went from person to person as well as some other tools, I have seen better practices elsewhere when it come to sterilizing/sanitizing nail tools. read more

Found my new nail place. Had an incredibly relaxing pedicure just now. I went for the pamper me pedicure and Faith was amazing. I got a basic manicure which was extremely reasonable but after that pedicure now I wish I had gone for a more elaborate manicure too! I'm so happy with the service and quality. It's a well ventilated, cute place and very reasonably priced. read more

Dream Spa - SNS nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

This review is nothing to do with the work or outcome of my nails! I think they came out beautifully and Amy the nail tech is an awesome nail artist when it comes to her work. This would of a whole different review, if I wouldn't of figured out the real pricing of how much this specific set should of cost me.This is a review on the payment process and how much they charged me for this set.( aka first picture) I came in with a full set already (aka the second picture) It's been been two weeks and they were getting way too long. So, I wanted a new set with dipping powder and shorter length. We sat down they were very nice, apparently my mom is a frequent customer. I originally wanted the same design but with a white fill and again a shorter length. Then I felt a little unusual, because my nail tech/ receptionist Amanda started to ask questions about my old set like "where did I get them done" "by who?", "how long did it take?" and those are valid questions, but the last question was "How much did you pay for them?". That's when I thought it was very shady an inappropriate question to ask...solely because of what she said after. I told her the price I paid. Which was $60, and reasonable for a NEW FULL SET OF NAILS that length with design. Her reply" oh, that's how much we charge here." (Mind you they didn't take off my old set they just overlaid and started working on this "new" set. Amy herself even said that they don't do refills for dip, only acrylic and my old set was not acrylic in the first place so I don't understand why they did that. At first I was like okay I've been here before when they first opened, hence "the %15 off" written on the brochure. And I only paid 40 bucks last time...So as you can see from the brochure it's 45-55 for a full set of pink and white color set. ( which I didn't know...) so I'm thinking to myself where did $60 come from?? They only refiled them to make them short, but that's part of the nail process IF I WAS GETTING A REFILL. I asked for a whole new set!!! What should of been done is they should taken off my old set and started a new set then I would of been like okay $60 bucks makes sense, because it's $10 to take off your old set. BUT they didn't take of my old set so there wasn't a $10 charge for that. Then I'm thinking Amy said it's been slow lately, so because it's slow they overcharged me?? I get it business is slow and y'all need the money, but that gives you no right to charge me $60 for a full set refill of dipping power it should of been $45-50 because of the length LIKE THE PRICING CLEARLY STATES. I work in the customer service industry and I understand the hardships workers go through at times, but to take advantage of a girl just because she was charged more at another salon than what you offer is absurd. There is no justification for that! I WOULD NEVER OVERCHARGE a customer who came into my restaurant. Everyone should be aware of overcharged nail sets and now I know NEVER to disclose payment, because they will just charge you the same thing and not explain those charges to you. If I could I would give it 0 stars, if this was a different situation this and if I wasn't overcharged I would of given it 5 starts. read more

You can always trust a place that can do amazing white nail polish application. I have been coming to see Amy and her team ever since they were on Riverside. The nails cannot be beat. They continue to provide strong foot massages, and amazing nail service (natural and manicurist choice) as well. I've had my brows microbladed there and a full set of lashes so I can't rave enough. Super Clean, extremely friendly, great polish selection and good pricing. A wonderful experience every time. Can't beat it.

I've been getting lash extensions for years now and I've always gone to friends or people who work from home. So incredibly glad I changed it up and went to this salon. Yen is absolutely amazing and I'm in love with my full set and fills that I've received. 10/10 definitely recommend! read more

Terrible pedicure service, the nail tech who did my pedicure kept putting the metal cuticle pusher back into the same jar with nail brushes, and she would take it and use it when she needed again. Aren't you supposed to sterilize between clients!!! I chose a detox pedicure, but it wasn't a detox for pulling impurities from the bottom of the feet...Instead it was a grainy rub paste she rub on my legs and put hot towels over. However, on the next step of the pedicure she used the dirty water from the foot basin to rinse my legs and feet. GROSS! That water has dead skin cells, and the chemical cuticle remover! What's so hard about turning the water back on and using CLEAN water!?! I feel that defeated the whole purpose of 'Detox', I didn't enjoy the service they provided and not to mention the 'dreaded' foot and leg massage they hate to use enough energy for. She literally just touch my legs with minimal pressure, which gave me more anxiety than anything, I should have asked her to stop. read more

I usually don't write reviews but today was the first time I took my best friend to get her nails done for her birthday and my nail technician was so sweet! I got a pedicure and she was so gentle and caring the whole time. Her name was Tammy and I honestly want to go back here bc I've never had a nail technician that is so tedious and actually cares about how I'm doing. Can't wait to come back for my next pedicure appointment with Tammy and maybe she could do my nails too. She seems highly skilled, Shes the first person I've trusted with my nails. Highly recommend you won't regret it, her interpersonal skills are amazing! I can't wait too see her again read more
