We arrived before the lunch rush, so we were seated immediately and started ordering soup dumplings, rice rolls and a variety of other delicious dim-sum options. We ate our faces off. I wanted to keep going but hit maximum capacity and waddled out of there very fat and happy. Everything was wonderful-including the service. The entrance is very unassuming and honestly could be easy to miss - it's overshadowed by the large BBQ place next doors but I do like how it's a hole in the wall type of spot. Inside, The Pho 2 doesn't have that much seating. When I went, there weren't that many people so it was easy to get seated and the food came out super quick. I decided to order the flank pho and the size of the bowl was HUGE. They give you a lot of soup - and a decent amount of meat and noodles. On the side, it also comes with your classic bean sprouts, mint, and lime. Flavor wise it packed a punch and they had your classic sauces on the side - as well as chili oil that they have too. Their menu is very small so you know the kitchen doesn't overcomplicate making food - which I love when it comes to restaurant efficiency. For my fix of pho, I'll be back to have some more!

The shashuka came with grilled ciabatta, perfect for dipping into the sunny side eggs and tomato sauce. My sister loved that the poached eggs and smoked salmon of the Nova Benny came on top of a crispy potato latke. The pancakes were fluffy and the lemon ricotta and lemon zest elevated their flavor.
