They provide copies of the recipes so you can make the meal again later. The staff here at Sur La Table were wonderful. Made us feel right at home! You do get a 10% off discount for purchasing any merchandise in the store after the class. Plus, they will give you a $10 discount for each individual, if you sign up for another class that day.
