Found a new place for the bf to get a haircut! This place had great reviews and it was close to home. I called before hand and the girl on the phone told me it wasn't as busy so we swung by and it was about a 20 minute wait. During the whole haircut Aryga was really nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was great to conversate with. Anddddddd the haircut turned out really good and it was exactly what he asked for. The haircut was done in about 15 min too! I always come here and they give you good haircuts, at least the owner does. The other lady has problems understanding but maybe that's my fault for not explaining better. Anyway it's well worth coming here and Dave some money on your haircut. But then I'm a guy and things are easier for most guys. The saying you get what you pay for does not apply here. I was there yesterday. Finally!! A hair stylist who listens. I told Gohar what style of haircut I want and she complied. I had many hairstylists in the past that never listened to what I want. This place was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to give it a try. For a men's haircut it is $10.99 I went in on a rainy Wednesday afternoon, so they weren't busy at all. I walked in and received no greeting there was a group of stylist or friends I'm not quite sure they were huddled in a circle having coffee and gossiping (which is fine since they had no clients) except I stood there for five minutes before being acknowledged. When I was it was by an older stylist she was pleasant and made small talk. I asked for a 2 and a half on the sides and back and half an inch off the top with scissors. Other than the punted sign on the window they have no prices displayed anywhere and when I asked for a shampoo I was told it would be an additional $4 so now I'm at $15Now the cut was completely butchered she cut a full inch off the top and left clumps of hair on the back, so bad I went to SportClips so they could fix it and they did. Maybe it was just an off day or maybe they are just bad, I know I will not be returning as I had to essentially get to haircuts to fix their error. **Update*** In regards to your response I will reiterate that I will not recommend nor will I ever return to this establishment. As stated in your response to my revue you have called me a liar and have insinuated that I've made false reviews, I stand by my statements as this is what occurred to me at your place of business, you clearly did not view the correct day in question. I would never make false statements on a business if it was not warranted, I went in for a haircut and the services that were rendered were subpar. I suggest you work on rectifying how you operate your business instead of calling clients liars. read more

I give it a star because the cut was mediocre and I wasn't satisfied. The ladies were friendly but wanted to give me a Bob when I asked for subtle A-line apparently that's just a clean straight Bob for her. I had also asked her to cut my bangs which she hadn't. They cater more towards men than women, only one stylist that "knew" how to cut women's hair was on duty that day. Next time instead of saving a buck go somewhere else where they actually can cut hair. Regret spending that 13 dollars. read more

But after driving out to the salon, I was turned away because they said they couldn't cut "(your) hair type". I've never been turned away from a salon in my life. All I wanted was a cut and fade. I feel really sorry for writing this but I am completely disappointed in my last trip to dream cuts. I just received a haircut a couple minutes ago where I felt the need to point out that there was miscommunication between the stylist and myself. I've had several hair cuts here which is why I keep coming back. Not only do I expect to pay under $15, but I was charged a ridiculous amount for a blow dry which I was not informed a service charge of $20 of. Came in here yesterday because I really needed my hair done before my birthday dinner and I am so glad I did! A few months ago I paid an arm and a leg at another salon for color that I was really unhappy with. They did not listen to what I wanted and did what they thought would look best (I hated it). I found Dream Cuts on yelp and their prices seemed to good to be true because I'm so used to paying ridiculous amounts for a good cut and color especially because I have long hair. They were super attentive, nice, and did a great job! I'm so happy with my hair! Oh and they also do waxing here so I was able to get my hair and eyebrows done all in one place before my dinner. Plus, $115 for cut, color, style, and waxing. That's such great pricing since I'm used to paying $160+ for just a good cut and color. They've also cut my boyfriend's hair in the past, and he always gets the cut he wants. Great service, great prices, and great people! It was more like a nightmare cuts rather than dream cuts. Staff was fine when I called but when I came in, they were rude, didn't explain the procedure, the hair was wasn't included in the price, the hair-dresser had only 2 brushes and I am not sure they were really clean. When she washed my hair, she tried to brush them but because they use very cheap shampoos and conditioners, it didn't work, she couldn't brush it and was ripping off my hair, saying "I don't understand, I just put the conditioner", then she cut the hair (thanks God I needed only trimming) and it wasn't even; of course the drying wasn't included either, so I walked off with wet hair, I wouldn't mind paying but the service is really bad here. Might fir for simple men't cut but even then, i'd think twice. read more
