After I sent the quote request, Zeek responded me within 10 minutes. Asked about my address and the faulty timer's picture. And then after the review he said he would come in an hour to do the free estimate, what a prompt response! After he came here, checked both the sprinkler time and manifold, he concluded that I had both bad solenoid and timer. He offered a very decent price, and also he already got parts in his truck so I let him replace my 20-year old timer with a new, smart timer, which can be remotely controlled from our cellphone. And he replaced the bad solenoid for free. It was a very professional diagnosis and fix, now all my sprinkler stations work like a charm! Don't hire this guy! He replaced a broken pipe and replaced the drip line with a different sprinkler head on 8/2. On 8/18 that sprinkler head blew out, see photo. I text the photo to him and asked him to repair. He texted back that he would call me later, he never did. I reached out to him 9 more times, he finally responded 8 days later. I hired Zeke to adjust and fix any & all broken sprinklers front and back of my property along with replacing a leaking valve. I made the mistake of taking his completion phone call (received confirmation of all work complete and in running working condition) and had my wife pay him without actually seeing the overall work done. There were still a 4-5 broken sprinklers and around 5-10 sprinklers still not spraying correctly. The leaky valve was replaced but the valve right next to it started leaking the same. He left about 6 broken sprinkler heads in my rear planter that said we're replaced, which I couldn't tell where the new ones were installed due to the incorrect adjustments in both front/back yard. We had two sprinkler zones not coming on and one valve which was leaking and needing to be replaced. Zeek came out less than twelve hours after I called. Because I had sections of grass in my backyard which were brown, I was planning on having the entire system gone through and all of the sprinklers replaced. Zeek, however pointed out that the placement of the sprinklers was good, water pressure was fine, but simply need to clear out some of the grass which is obstructing the spray. I was prepared to pay a lot of money to have everything replaced if need be, but Zeek was honest, informative and efficient in the repairs he did make. My husband and I had been struggling with or sprinkler system not working unless we ran around propping them up in a frenzy. As funny as it was to watch we needed them to work consistently. Zeke is AWESOME!! My family and I am just soooo happy that we called him. We recently got the remodel done for our house and the general contractors did a horrible job with the sprinkler system.
