Norbert messaged me right away letting me know Rudy would be calling me. Sure enough, Rudy called me within an hour and was over same day to provide me the estimate. Rudy spent a lot of time with me letting me know what was possible on our steep slope and listening to all my concerns. He quoted me a great price for all the work and put the agreement in writing via text. Rudy and his team came back to following week to do the job and left everything ever better than I expected. They cleaned the hillside (steep slope), trimmed all my overgrown trees, fixed our sprinklers and did an amazing job cleaning everything up. I have never had a landscape company clean up as well as they did. I will definitely be calling them for my next landscape job which will include adding more plants to the hillside.

He kept his word on when he was would arrive to do the quote as well as when he was able to start the job and the expectation on when he should be done. He explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave us the option to repair or replace and assured us that if any problems should arise after he had completed the job all we needed to do was call him and he would come back. Tony was very professional and we felt confident in selecting him to replace 8 main sprinkler valves and then test all of them to ensure that everything was working just the same as before without having to reprogram the timer for the sprinklers. The value to me was that I couldn't fix the problem on my own. Peace of mind is what I got and that was worth the price tag. Does Tony cut corners and produce sub standard work, absolutely not. The second time he said he had reversed his route and would be there later and never showed. It took multiple messages each time to get a response. If there is a reason he does not want our business I would expect the courtesy of a message rather than no shows. I wanted so badly to leave him a good review because his work was so good and very reasonably priced, and he is such a nice man, but the lack of communication and lack of reliability are a problem for me.
