The doctors here turned her away for being "too unhealthy." We got an ER evaluation the next day, where the doctors involved also concurred with her need for rehab, and when we sent that evaluation to Lancaster Rehab, they now claimed she was "too healthy" --ONE DAY after claiming the opposite-- and rejected her once more. Luckily there are other rehabs around that are more willing to uphold their responsibility and duty to care for those who need them most. But I would stay as far away from here as possible -- they do not want to help you!

We gave them a birth plan and they followed it completely. We had another nurse in couplet care named Binika who was outstanding and stayed 30 minutes past her shift due to an emotional situation. She was outstanding as well. Overall, the visiting hours and down time hours were perfect. Gave us time to recover and try to get some rest. Lactation support was amazing. They were very helpful with my wife and she was very appreciative of the staff for assisting her with this. My wife and I are grateful for their services and the safe delivery of our baby. Would definitely recommend Women's and Babies Hospital! The food was okay, but the peanut butter pie was stellar! The day of birth meal for the mom is between crab cakes, steak or lobster. My wife said it was delicious and the best meal she had there! Dad's don't complain about it to your wife, but that couch is rough

I did not need an episiotomy and they kept on trying to get me to do it, the baby was not in distress the shoulders were not stuck and I did not want an episiotomy. They charge you an arm and a leg for bad service. The doctor I had was not able to answer any of my questions. I do not reccommend womens and babies at all. I am going to stick with the womens place for any future births I have.I also wanted to add when they did the induction they inserted the needle so it sits in my arm painfully and because of that I could not sleep when they offered to reinsert it I agreed and the second time was just as painful. They wanted to run expensive tests on me and my child I refused.

However, after an MRI with contrast was done. I was scheduled for immediate surgery. My labrum was nearly completely torn, my ball and socket crushed. What was supposed to be a 2-hour surgery, took nearly 5 hours to complete. I now have developed countless complications 5 years later based on the delay in care from this so-called Dr who doesn't even specialize in my area of care. I truly believe if the color of my skin was lighter, my treatment would have been better. Please, folks do your research before letting a "Dr" treat you! God will hold this person personally accountable for how he handled my file. Ps. I have countless pieces of supporting evidence for my case.

My appointment with Dr. Becker was rushed and the injury was misdiagnosed. He wasted my time taking an X-ray of my back which was NOT the problem. A few days later I called his office and pleaded to have him order an MRI and he refused. I went to another physician at LOG. I described the pain, and he ordered a MRI without hesitation. MRI shows a small tear in the region of the insertion of the gluteus minmus. I am now on the road to recovery NO thanks to Dr. Becker.

I reached out directly to Brian Hartz about my poor experience, but received no response whatsoever. In the end, I got far better results from working with a trainer at my local gym--at no additional unexpected cost--while Hartz simply left me with an unwarranted bill. It's disappointing because I had heard positive things about Hartz initially. However, after sharing my experience with friends, several told me they avoid the place entirely, describing it as feeling more like a "factory" than personalized care. I would not recommend Hartz Physical Therapy based on this experience--potential patients deserve clear communication and actual treatment for their money
