Good people and good practice. Always enjoyed talking to Ed and liked his approach to chiropractic.read more

Been here three times now for chiropractic adjustments. I've had chronic back/shoulder pain now…read morefor several years. Massage and physical therapy did not provide lasting relief. I've never had any experience with this sort of treatment so went into it with an open mind and a yearning for relief. Dr Mary was quite thorough in her intial appointment, asking me questions about my medical history, what I tried, what worked, what hasn't etc. I appreciated that she took the time to really listen. After talking she went straight to work on me, doing adjustments with her hands and with the table, moving it up and down. I will say that she has a way of talking to you to get you at ease and when the neck adjustment was made I was totally off guard, which was a good thing because it wasn't pleasant. However, with that being said I have notice some positive changes in my neck movement, although I do still have the cracks and snaps. She has been very mindful of her pressure and always asks if I'm ok. In all other than the intial appointment you're pretty much in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Only time will tell if this treatment will 'cure" what ails me but I think it's a good start. Some things to note: They have several locations, offer medical massage (check with your insurance first), and the adjustments are covered by my insurance as a specialist copay. Also do book several appointments in advance if you're not flexible on times and be prepared to commit to ongoing adjustments. This isn't a one visit fix.

My daughter was casted April 3rd 2017. We were billed for the casting and a shoe that fell apart…read moreless then a week into having it on. I sewed the boot myself to fix it. At her next appointment I took my bill in and paid for the casting portion. The billing office came out collected her boot and told me they would take the additional amount for the boot off the bill. The billing office staff did this at the checkout desk with the casting therapist present. My bill at that point was paid in full. A week later I got an EOB from my insurance for a second casting boot and other charges for casting date of March 30th. She did not get a cast that day. I called LOG and they said she got casted and they would be sending me the bill soon. I argued with the woman and asked her to go read the chart. They called me and left a voicemail they saw she did not get casted and would take care of the insurance payment coming to them for the incorrect billing. No apologies. Not one. Now here I am tonight going through the mail and I get a THIRD bill from them. I called and left a voicemail (not nice trust me at this point I am ready to report LOG to anyone I possibly can.). They changed the codes, changed my payments (mind you I paid it in full on April 18th) and listed it as insurance payment and sent me yet another balance. This is unreal. Who has time to deal with this??!! Apparently your billing staff has absolutely no clue what they are doing and here I am spending HOURS dealing with their errors. On April 18th I was at your check out desk for 50 minutes!! And will I get an apology? Likely not. So incredibly furious and so angry that they think my time is so disposable and invaluable. Never would I recommend anyone to go there. You can have great care but if you're treated this badly and your billing gets this messed up the care doesn't matter!

READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO!! I got called about my appointment that was set on the wrong date. I…read moresaid that I thought it was a different date in which I was told it was not. I was not upset about that I was upset that the lady on the phone was disrespectful off the start of the call she instantly was getting sassy about the appointment. I simply told her I did not know if they took my insurance and I was going to ask her to see if they did before she rudely interrupted me and told me they are going to take me off the list. I told her before she hung up that I was not done talking and she asked me to repeat myself in which I told her that I will not repeat myself and I will be going elsewhere. It's really unfortunate that I won't be getting the care for my knee that I need. I really hope the staff takes more care into the people they are helping because this is unfortunate.

Lebanon Office - Seems they know how to make an appointment, and charge you for an appointment…read more Only issue is the Dr. Starks seems to not understand how to actually show up for the appointment! First appointment of the day and I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time. No one comes in, explains the delay, nothing. I finally walk out and ask what is going on and am told "I don't know what to tell you. I can reschedule you for another day if you want." No thank you, reimburse my co-pay and I will do someplace else that actually understands the patients time is just as important as the Doctors.

After reading the other reviews I think there should be more than one Yelp listing for this…read moreestablishment, as it seems that the reviews are for the family doctor's office. However also housed in this building under the same name is a physical therapy office as well as a lab. My review is for the physical therapy office, which I've been to several times now. When I was first contacted by them after my family doctor made my referral there was a misunderstanding concerning my insurance coverage. According to my insurance they were covered with a $40 copay and even listed on the website. However the practice insisted they contacted my insurance and they were considered out of network, thus requiring me to pay for my visits at $300-$500 a piece. Which at the recommended treatment of 2 visits were week adds up to alot of money! After much going back and forth and finally a conference call with my insurance company and them we were able to get it squared away. I'm so glad I pursued this on my own and pushed things along and didn't get discouraged. Missy was who I dealt with at their office was great. She even called me to apologize again for the misinformation she was given. I don't fault her at all. After that initial insurance issue I never had issue again. At my first visit I was seen by Steven who reviewed and verified my issues and devised a treatment plan. Some aspects were hands on and he was very professional and always asked first if he could touch me, which I thought was very respectful. My visits since than have been with a number of therapists, all very friendly, although some a bit chatty. One thing they have in common is they all check in with me and keep checking on comfort and pain level. If you are offered tens treatment and heat - go for it. It's the best part of physical therapy. It's too early to tell if it's working, but I have learned some valuable tips to ease my problem, and a way to position myself that I am mindful of every day. If all else fails at least I'll be more aware of bad posture when using the computer. They do fill up quickly so it's best to book out a few weeks in advance to get the times you want if you are having ongoing treatment. In regards to cleaning they are very proactive and clean everything - even the seat you sit on, and insist on hand sanitizer upon check in, as well as temperature checks and covid questions.
