I loved Rivera, but the 3 stars is for their billing dept…read more To keep it short, they put me on a payment plan, but didn't send me any bills. I would call on the phone to pay it, but after I missed a month, sent me to collections without any sort of notice through the mail or by phone. Again, I loved the staff and my time there, but take this into consideration when choosing Rivera as your physical therapy.

Oh. My. Lord. I…read morewent to Dr. Hubb's because I had read great reviews online and had just moved to the area and needed a new chiropractor. I wish I would have done more research. Dr. Hubb is extremely unprofessional and almost childlike. When I spoke to him, he was extremely dismissive and rude. His work was also sub par. I feel that I'm even more out of alignment than I was BEFORE I arrived. He also gave off a very creepy aura. I felt extremely unsafe around him. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!!

I was seeking therapy for PTSD and found this practice on the web. After the initial consultation,…read moreI returned to the office to review my options and see what the recommend treatment plan was. The total cost was $7200.00 for treatment (out of pocket insurance does not cover any cost) and I had to decide on the spot, that day if I wanted the services or not. When asked if I could have time to think about it first, I was told no. I was promised that 6 months of therapy was like 7 years of psychiatric therapy. Out of desperation I elected to take the therapy offered. Over the next 3 months of weekly appointments, I was given over 25 different supplements; some I only took for two or three weeks. I laid on a table and had different little bottles placed on my chest. After 10 minutes, I was given a list of what supplements to take and then put on a machine that swayed me from side to side. Only four actual appointments addressed the different traumas I had experienced throughout my life, and I was asked to put my hands in weird positions, then asked to embrace the moment of trauma, not how to release it, feel better, stop obsessing over it or strategies to decrease my depression/PTSD. I put my trust in the doctor, and it was an absolute failure. I called the office and told them I was not coming in anymore, expressed my reasons why and was refunded $1900. I do not recommend this practice. It was a waste of time and money.
