My first thought was that I was being sent to a cut rate "cookie cutter" chiropractor with a catchy name. I could not have been more wrong. Instead I met caring, considerate and extremely knowledgeable chiropractors and an experienced staff of people who genuinely care about their patients. These chiropractors work with your body to manipulate your joints. They don't force anything. They are not aggressive in their approach, but they do not string you along through endless appointments either. They know that to manipulate the body, they must ask, not tell. They truly understand the dynamics of body motion and the physiology of joint manipulation. From day 1 I was told that since I had an open lawsuit that was waiting for a funds wouldn't be an issue and that I could treat and then money come out of whatever funds would come from it. Fast forward months of treatment and PT, I get pulled to the side to be told that they NO LONGER are willing to wait and demanded payment after racking up thousands in charges. Offered to run my insurance and I would still have to pay out of pocket when from day 1 that wasn't discussed and waiting for the lawsuit to finish would be okay. I stopped going because I couldn't afford the out of pocket even with the insurance which wasn't even part of what I was told, and even my legal team had advised me to stop going and that it was a very unusual and not a good situation as that's not how most places treat patients. Then, after they realized their mistake they tried to bill my health insurance after they messed up trying to scam me. My health insurance denied it because it was then too late after the claims period. They THEN made a claim against my case to repaid after racking up all these charges and me not going for almost a year because of how they treated me. So that money is gone now. My neck and back have gone back to feeling bad because I had to stop going from their bad practices and all do that process was lost, as well as all of the money they made in their claim. DO NOT GET TREATED HERE if you have a pending suit. I am highly disappointed and hurt by their actions. Talk about adding insult to literal injury.
