Mean while everyone else that checks in after me, gets taken back while I sit and wait! The amount of times I have left my appointments before being seen just because I was going to be late for some other event scheduled is crazy. This place sucks!

She is thorough and patient...never hurries you through your Appt and is amazing on the portal. She has helped me with every single issue I've brought her way. The same goes for Dr. Telford-Wren. She is both my kids' pediatrician and has been immensely helpful. Now for the incredible office staff. Let me tell you...these ladies are so sweet, so funny and so helpful. The amount of times I've laughed with them after an appointment is worth a couple stars by itself. They always help me out when I call and have really put in overtime on some of my family's referrals and appointments. I think it's unfair that they have one single review, and that it's so terrible. I wanted to take a moment and say something nice about this, even though the more people that go, the less chance I have to get the quick appointments :)

The head doctor, DR. wren will not treat or allow his doctor's to treat any pain problem's, and they will not give you any advice on the matter. All in all doctor wren is a very bad doctor in my eye's and my faimly's, cause they also treated with him to and had very bad out come's. he has a god complex and his treatment's are out dated and could be deadly if you would treat with him. I suggest you find another medical group and not use these doctor's because of him. It is a shame because there are good doctor's there but he will step on their feet and over rule their treatment plan's whenever he feel's like it.

At first, I was prescribed a birth control that worked very well for me, unfortunately I was not informed of the consequences of continued use, which are disrupted hormones and cessation of my period. My current provider showed no concern about my lack of period, despite my uncomfortable and obvious symptoms proven by lab work. My provider was eager to refer me to expensive out of office treatments, even for a simple question like what could cause a high blood pressure number! She seems more worried about if your labs fit into a "normal" threshold than she does about finding the route of the problem. She even said my ovaries looked normal on the ultra sound, until I had to remind her that they couldn't find my left one! Dr. Rachel Marrero seems more stimulant addicted than ever, and she couldn't give a f*ck about anything that isn't her check. I do want to give a special shout out to Miguel at front desk.
