Dr. Leber spent lots of time asking questions and then gave me a detailed but understandable explanation of what was going on with my muscles and joints. After my first visit, my pain was down by half. After a couple of visits, my pain and swelling were significantly diminished. This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I am so thankful that I was referred to him!

I just called and cancelled a second time in a row. Part because I'm dealing with my autoimmune flare ups and not feeling well enough but mostly because I do not want my personal issue broadcasted to other people. I would like a different therapist at a different location who can respect my need for privacy and not humiliate me in front of people in the waiting room and talking loudly about my condition while we were in the room. I went to this group for seeking therapy for vertigo (vestibular therapy). Had no clue that such a therapy even existed!! Luke Atkins was my therapist. He was extremely professional, pleasant, patient and caring. His initial evaluation of my condition was meticulous. He explained each process to me in a simple and in a rationale manner. As a result, I was able to comprehend why certain things were done. I am currently a very happy person, symptomless and well versed in how to deal with my vertigo if it returns. The Dr and Anesthesiologist were great at explaining everything and laying out all options. They were friendly and kind to the doula as well! We gave them a birth plan and they followed it completely. We had another nurse in couplet care named Binika who was outstanding and stayed 30 minutes past her shift due to an emotional situation. She was outstanding as well. Overall, the visiting hours and down time hours were perfect. Gave us time to recover and try to get some rest. Lactation support was amazing. They were very helpful with my wife and she was very appreciative of the staff for assisting her with this. My wife and I are grateful for their services and the safe delivery of our baby. Would definitely recommend Women's and Babies Hospital! The food was okay, but the peanut butter pie was stellar! The day of birth meal for the mom is between crab cakes, steak or lobster. I did not need an episiotomy and they kept on trying to get me to do it, the baby was not in distress the shoulders were not stuck and I did not want an episiotomy. They charge you an arm and a leg for bad service. The doctor I had was not able to answer any of my questions. I do not reccommend womens and babies at all. I am going to stick with the womens place for any future births I have.I also wanted to add when they did the induction they inserted the needle so it sits in my arm painfully and because of that I could not sleep when they offered to reinsert it I agreed and the second time was just as painful. They wanted to run expensive tests on me and my child I refused.

Extremely disappointed with Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster urgent care. I was in immense pain…read moreafter hours and attempted to use their orthopedic urgent care because my regular orthopedic provider does not offer walk-ins. I was denied service because I was already under the care of my own orthopedic provider(who again, does not have a walk in urgent care). If this is their policy, it should be clearly stated on the urgent care website. Patients should know beforehand that they will not be seen if they are already established with an orthopedic provider at another practice. I was trying to avoid an unnecessary ER visit because I genuinely did not feel my situation warranted one, but I was left with no other option. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially when I was actively seeking appropriate care.
