It's 3 stories tall with several oddball roof pitches. Not the easiest of projects to estimate or complete. Our house needed to be painted five years ago- so it required a lot of extra prep work. The house siding itself needed much patching and priming-plus two decks, other doors and a wood garage door. My color scheme was a little different and a bit complicated (cream windows, dark base, darker vertical trim and belly band, front door another color, other doors and decking). Jose and his team always arrived early and stayed late and worked on a Saturday too. I went for the more expensive SW Paint which was well worth it, even with the extra costs E&A were very competitive on price. I got Mario and his team so I can only speak for their work which was outstanding. Given these guys had to paint a 3600 sq ft home they were done in 2 weeks. Yes there were a few issues (its a large home it was expected) that had to be sorted but Mario was always available and got the issues fixed straight away.
