So glad we found this company. Our office had a main line stoppage and we called several companies that were not able to squeeze us in. Drain Mob makes a main line problem priority and came within 3 hours of our call. Joey showed up during the appointment window. He was able to clear the line within 1/2 an hour and the fee was more than reasonable. He suggested at some point we may want to jet wash our pipes but definitely not a hard sell. We decided to do it and it took about another 45 minutes. I was really impressed with Joey and Drain mob, he was able to clearly explain the issue and able to resolve the issue quickly. As a busy Realtor, Investor, & Landlord...having dependable service companies when you have a crisis or need is paramount. I have used various companies in the past for drainage clearing and drainage video, but none have impressed me as much as DrainMob. My client just purchased their first home and the seller failed to disclose some recent sewer line issues. When they called their Home Warranty company, they came out to snake the sewer line. Unfortunately they could not clear the line stating there were too many roots and that they would not cover it since it was an existing problem. Then to make things worse, they said someone would have to dig up the line and replace the piping which could run $3,500. I immediately called DrainMob and Joey came out to camera the sewer line. The video showed there was definitely roots but their powerful jetting took care of the blockage and they recommended an honest solution so those roots don't cause ongoing issues. I wanted my client to have a great experience so I covered to cost and the savings was about $2,000 better than the other quote. I spoke a couple times with one of the owner's, Jacob, and he was incredibly professional and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DrainMob for all your drainage needs. We had company come out and snake our wastewater 2" cast iron pipes recently. They said they were in bad shape and highly recommended Billy from Drain Mob. Called him and he came out same day and used his camera to diagnose our problem. He said he could use a special machine to clean out all the build up inside the pipes (51 years worth) He gave us a good price and came back today. He and two of his men stayed for almost 10 hours and they did a wonderful job! We were afraid we would have to replace the pipes, but he said they are in good shape now. What a relief! Maybe these guys are great for super easy, straight-forward clogs, but they did not help us. After an hour or two working to unclog our bathroom sink, he told us to call a plumber. But he graciously cut our pipe so the "next guy" would be able to have an easier time fixing it. I live in a neighborhood with notoriously old/deteriorating pipes, so I get that we weren't an easy case, but this review is just to let you know that if you have similar old San Diego cast iron pipes, maybe you want to call someone who is better equipped to handle them, rather than getting charged $95 for nothing. read more

These guys are fair, honest, hard working, and competent. Last year, I used them to clear a patio drain that was clogged up with a gnarly mass of roots that had infiltrated our drainage pipes. We had to dig up a planter and jack hammer out some of the cement patio in order to fix the problem. They not only fixed the issue, but did a good job matching the cement work to the rest of the patio. Drain Mob did a good job and charged a fair price for their work. This time out, I had a clogged suction line from our pool to the filter which needed attention. They met my pool service guy and they hydro-flushed the line to clear what they could and locate the source of the problem. It was some distance away, beneath the pool equipment, and is going to require replacing some of our pool lines, several valves, and an actuator. So, I am probably going to have a pool contractor do the actual replacement work on the lines and equipment. But, they helped to establish what repairs actually need to be done, and then went and cleared another clogged drain on the patio. They were out here for probably 3 hours and charged $450, and I believe it was worth it to have these professionals help me with my problem. (Joey was our technician today.) I have unfortunately had to work with a few drain specialists over the 25 years we have lived in this home, and the guys from Drain Mob do a great job. They are the only ones I would call for a drain issue. read more

Pricing is always more than fair, but the service that the techs provided each time they've come out has been outstanding. I gave them a call and they were able to come out the same day. From the moment I called them to when Jesse left I felt absolutely comfortable with them.
