Very responsive and reasonably priced work. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

Had called a plumber to fix leak issue. They did a half ass job and was charged for them to weld off a pipe. Which they did poorly. I had to consistently call in order to receive notes from plumber for my insurance company. When leak STARTED AGAIN. the plumber came and looked at the leak and said nothing is wrong. Told me to add the silicone to my tub and asked him if he could do it and he told me he Didn't have time. OVER THE SAME ISSUE. I offered to pay in the moment and was told not to worry about it since nothing was wrong and the plumber directly told me it was under warranty. I recieved an invoice for 150 and when I called I was told to not worry about it. And they would look into why I was sent that. I didn't hear anything after. NOW A YEAR LATER. THEY WANT 150 more than the 500 dollars I paid for the wack job that was done in my bathroom. They are scammers and will be looking to report them. read more

I had a fantastic experience using Collins Pacific to replace my HVAC unit. I got quotes from three companies, and Collins Pacific was the best one. Plus, Joe worked with my HOA's property management company quickly and efficiently to get them the documents they required to allow the company to do the work. Joe was my primary contact, and he was friendly, answered all my questions, and communicated with me clearly every step of the way. The day of the job went smoothly, and Joe came back to check the seal and again with the city inspector to approve the work. I feel that Joe and his team really took care of me, and I can't recommend them enough. I will be going back to them for all my future HVAC needs. read more

My go-to when I need a plumber is Troy Collins Pacific Plumbing. I have been extremely happy with their service and the quality of their work since 1994 when I first came across them. They are quick to respond and prioritize need in a fair and just manner. Today I called about a hot water heater problem at about 9:30 AM. It was fixed, new hot water heater in place correct diagnosis of problem and done before 1 PM. Now that is Phenomenal Service. We're talking driving all the way up to Cardiff too! Thank you Troy Collins Pacific Plumbing! K. Gabrielson read more

Quick and accurate service. The team replied to our inquiry and we were scheduled the following morning. Fair pricing comparing 5 other places that replied. Most companies replied, "call me & we'll come out and tell you the cost after we see it" rather than giving details on the price on a very straight up and simple job. In a climate where it feels like business try to do whatever they can get away with, it was a huge relief to see people doing honest and accurate work. read more

Tech Joe said he could service our ac unit in an hour. Joe came out at least a dozen times some times for 4-6 hours at a time. It was weird. The unit was working but not as well as it used to be by the time he left nothing was working, 2/4 units were leaking and he said the board was fried. He ordered a new one, weeks later came out to fix it, that board was defective, ordered a new one still more issues. Everything wrong was something else happening. He was in the attic, all over the house still nothing works. It now works less than it had been before he was here. I would think at this point that we would have heard from his boss or management. Nothing. I do not recommend this company at all. Joe was nice but at some point you need to just say I need to ask for additional help. read more

I'll tell you about my experience. Draw your own conclusions. Mine are reflected in the one star rating. I manage apartment buildings. My handyman happens to be a licensed plumber. There was a major plumbing problem with one of my units while I was traveling during August 2022. My handyman essentially served as my eyes and ears as he navigated the problem, bringing in Collins, his regular employer at that time, owing to the size, scale and equipment needs of the job. Job was eventually successfully resolved. Cut to October 2023, we received a Collins invoice for the first time, 14 months later, coupled with some not so subtle threats of collection action if we did not pay up promptly. I explained that that was the first we had seen their invoice and of course we were never contacted prior to 10/2023 to be alerted that payment was even overdue. We are in fact scrupulously prompt payers. Details were somewhat sketchy to me owing to the 14 month lag and the fact that I wasn't onsite during the project to begin with. When I consulted my handyman as to the legitimacy of the charges, he pointed out 2.5 hours billed for the services of former colleague whose task it was, we are told, to verify or to try again to penetrate a drain line my handyman had already deemed impassable. Ok. I can understand a second opinion, but 2.5 hours worth, at $105 per hour, after your own skilled plumber has deemed the line impassable? This along with the 14 month billing lag leave me a bit dubious. In the interest of full disclosure, my handyman parted ways less than amicably with Collins. With that said, the handyman is as honest a tradesman as I have ever worked with. Made my case Collins and they were as unmoved as I am unhappy at the questionable $262.50 charge demanded 14 months after the fact. Okay. I agreed to pay the invoice as written but while I'm not convinced I will most assuredly not be fooled again. Approach Collins with caution. read more

I had an emergency with sewer water backing up into my bathtub back in November 2022. It was absolutely disgusting. Based on other good reviews, I called Collins Pacific Plumbing and they scheduled a technician visit for that afternoon. Jose Rivera came by. He snaked the outside drain and provided the camera visual of the condition of my main drain to the street. He was incredibly patient, informative, respectful with me. He was VERY diligent with the work. It's been 3 months since his visit and we have not had the issue resurface (pun intended). A friend asked for a plumber recommendation to day which reminded me to write this SUPER deserving review for Jose, who is nothing short of a SUPERSTAR. THANK YOU JOSE!!! And sorry it took me this long to write the review that I said I would about you! read more

We called Aaron of Collins Pacific Plumbing and we were very happy with his work. We had had a few other plumbing companies come out to evaluate the work, and he was the only one to suggest consolidating our two jobs by digging one hole! He sent an estimate that turned out to be exactly right and completed the work seamlessly. He sent photos of the completed work. We plan to use Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs we have! We used Collins 2 years ago when we needed a toilet replaced. 2 years later we had a minor issue with the water level. Tech came out and was able to adjust water quickly and easily. The bill seemed high for a simple repair but Aaron (service manager) worked with me to reach an equitable solution. Companies that listen and work with you are invaluable to me. I had Collins Pacific Plumbing replace the toilet flanges and angle stops for two toilets. I also asked the tech to change the fill and flush valves on one of toilets since they were old and the toilet is mounted under the counter so you really need to remove the tank to get to the valves. It makes sense to replace the valves at same time you do the flange. Of course the plumber only replaced the fill valve. When I asked about the flush valve he said I wasn't clear that I asked for that to be replaced. The next day the toilet kept running water after a flush and they came back and there was an issue with the flush valve gasket dislodging. The toilet cover is hard to remove since it's jammed under the counter but there were able to take it out. Collins wanted to charge me $120 to replace the gasket which is cost about $2 at Home Depot. If Collins had done the job right to begin with, I wouldn't have this lingering issue. Collins wasn't cheap to begin with but less expensive than the bigger plumbing companies. Although at least the bigger companies do a better job based on my past experiences. I replaced the flush valve gasket myself but the black rubber tank to toilet gasket also needs to be replaced but requires the tank to be removed which is a bigger hassle so will wait on that. I could probably do that myself, but then there would not be any purpose to ask a plumber. If there are any issues in the future, I will NOT use or recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing. read more

Mike did an amazing job! Collins Pacific always responds quickly and are very efficient. Highly recommend

Update: Justin from Five Star Plumbing suggested I call his drain guy "Anthony Carlson", you can find them both listed on Yelp. Anthony looked at our toilet and said that right away he noticed the mineral deposits on the inside of the toilet. It was plugging up the jet hole that pushed water into the toilet at every flush. He scraped it away and my toilet is now flushing. It was a simple and affordable fix. He also gave us tips on how to prevent the issue from recurring. That same day, Collins Pacific Plumbing sent me a Yelp message stating they wanted to send someone out to fix my toilet again. I told them it was fixed by another plumber and there was no leak or any other issue with my toilet as their plumber had fear mongered and charged us $245 for a wax ring replacement and $86.40 to auger my toilet. He lied on the invoice stating that he was able to get the toilet flushing on its own but not consistently. Then he suggested we replace the toilet for an additional $350.The Collins plumber also wanted to do a "walk around" and went into our garage. It was odd and made us feel uncomfortable because the toilet is in the bathroom why does he need to see our garage?? I asked them for a refund and now I get no response. They are a scam. Stay away. Any seasoned plumber would know the easy fix, so the plumber knew exactly what he was doing to make the most money he could from the clueless customers that we were. Call Anthony Carlson for drain issues and Justin for plumbing. These guys are honest. read more
