To my pleasant surprise, I received a personal call from Louie--the same technician who expertly diagnosed and repaired my HVAC heater back in December 2025 after another company had failed to identify the problem correctly. Even though it was after 5:00 p.m., Louie came out with a positive attitude, quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, and had it running properly again in no time. They charged her an unbelievably high amount and then proceeded to charge her credit card twice to get thousands more than they quoted her when they didn't even complete the job. They completely took advantage of someone who was disabled and paralyzed. Now she has to dispute this with her credit card company. It is not a reputable company to deal with. They will rip you off. In addition, they never gave her a printed invoice detailing the work that they did. They left the bathroom completely a mess. They didn't even seal the toilet and they left with the work unfinished. She had to call another plumber to fix the toilet and complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
