Visited Dragoon Brewery on a quiet Tuesday night and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the beers were on point. It was calm and comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind and actually chat while enjoying some well-crafted brews.

I had the Amber beer. I'm new to beer in general so I can't rate it professionally but I enjoyed it! I also tried blood orange wheat and that was sooo good! I also went on a line dancing night and it was so much fun!! I wish the dance area was bigger and the music was a little louder but other than that the place has good lighting and nice vibes. I also want to shout out the bartender Stout! He was so friendly!! He was so patient while we figured out what we wanted and he was very welcoming the whole time!! I hope to have him pour my beer again!!

One of my administrative assistants was celebrating a milestone birthday and invited her peeps to join her for a Friday happy hour. It turns out her nephew is one of the co-owners! It's a bit hard to find -- there is a long 100 meter driveway that takes you to the (large) recessed warehouse/taproom behind the businesses (Ace & Arby's) that line W. Grant Rd (see pics). Inside, the taproom is cozily lit, with wood and iron tables and chandeliers and tall ceilings (to accommodate the gigantic fermentation towers on the other side of the taproom which can be seen via strategically placed windows). The co-owner, Tristan, was all too happy to give a few of us a private tour of the brewery, a tour that ended up lasting almost an hour and filled with fascinating details about the origins of the brewery and the entire mechanics and science of craft brewing. Dragoon sells kegs and cases to many of the major local establishments - from Club Congress to Costco. I lean towards hefeweizen and sours and while they currently don't have either on tap, the "Farmhouse" (blue corn and agave) was delicious. Their tap menu typically offers 10-12 beers (see pic), all brewed on premises in their fermenting tanks that range from 30 - 90 barrels each (see pic). Prices are super reasonable too, with 16 oz pours around $6-7 and 10 oz pours averaging $4. They offer flights as well. If you're a westsider you surely know about this place and now I do too! Parking is easy in their large private lot and swag - from t-shirts to mugs - is some of the coolest I've seen (I forgot to photograph)!

Decided to drop in while my car was being serviced in the area and I'm glad I did. A low-key environment, with great service and friendly staff, where you can enjoy a wide selection of tasty locally brewed beer.

Brewery is situated off Grant road in an industrial complex but once inside it's all about the beer. The offerings to go are right near the front with a descriptive sign letting you know what is available & at what price. At the other end is a very large chalkboard with all of their brews listed in detail. Food trucks are often parked outside as the brewery serves no food inside. One of the employees named Stout has handled my orders almost every time & he's easily engaging & informed about their products. They rotate seasonal brews through the taps & often revive limited editions from time to time (Palomino IPA). Of the many craft brewers in Tucson this one is certainly on my fave's list.

Tucson has some great breweries and Dragoon was an okay stop on our weekend tour. + nice space with lots of seating + tucked away in an industrial area + flights + IPAs for days - not a lot of sours or styles of brews - food truck bailed the day we went - 1 dude working and he was a bit curt - locals definitely received better treatment than out of towners

Always exemplary food, ice cold beer and micheladas! Service in only moments and almost never a long wait. The tables are always plentiful with inside dining tables or the patio option with umbrellas.

Always a favorite for its variety and consistency of beers. Great bar staff and true, low key brewery atmosphere. Variety of seating providing the ability to gather and hear your groups conversation. Some favorites are the IPA, Pilsner, Kölsch and Golden Ale.

First off, fan of Dragoon. But became a bigger fan after a recent experience. Here's the TLDR version. 1. Bought a keg of Refraction. 2. Realized the original kegging date was close to 60 days prior. 3. Called Dragoon. They offered to refund the purchase. I accepted. 4. Drank refunded beer. 5. Drove back to Tucson to return keg shell. 6. Stout, Dragoon's manager, heard my story and offered to buy me a beer. I declined, so he comped me a special 4-pack of Palomino IPA Now that the sequence of above events portrays me as someone who just accepts free beer (guilty!), the least I can do is write a deserving 5-star review for Dragoon's beer, service, and outstanding staff. Would highly recommend the beer, but the people behind the beer make Dragoon all the more easy to support. Thanks guys!

We needed a little more time to choose the right beer. My partner wanted a pilsner, but unfortunately they didn't have one available at the time, so we went with their famous Barrio Blonde. I've had Barrio Blonde on many occasions at other places, but this one tasted unusually bitter and a bit flat. It seemed like the beer may have gotten warm at some point and was later cooled again, affecting the flavor. We were hungry, so we ordered the patty melt. The burger was good, with a flavorful patty and perfectly toasted bread. The bathrooms were also very clean, which is always appreciated. Overall, service was friendly and attentive, but the beer quality this visit was disappointing.

The bartender was very busy but was friendly and working it behind the bar to get everyones orders in and out as fast as possible. I love the beer flight so I can try a little bit of everything. Great patio and inside is actually bigger than expected with lots of room in the back and there's a TV inside with board games, too. I tried the carne asada taco, burger with fries and nachos and they all were great. I especially loved how crispy the fries are and how the nacho chips stayed crunchy and never got soggy, plus the flavor was good. Nice little place to stop by for some drinks and food!

It seems a bit of an oversight to not have enough wings for a big night like that, especially since it was advertised as a special. I ended up ordering the guacamole and chips, and was disappointed when I received a tiny portion of guacamole which seemed ridiculous for $9. (I was not able to take a picture but I'm sure you can find one.) As soon as the game was over a DJ came out with a good set but it was way too loud considering he was two feet away and it was 8pm. We decided to leave after that.

I came for an event and immediately realized this is the kind of spot where every visit probably reveals something you missed the last time. The space is wildly eclectic in a way that feels intentional, not chaotic. You look up, you look around, you look again. There's a whole back area you wouldn't even know exists unless you wander, complete with its own seating and energy. Turns out they host yoga back there, plus a rotating lineup of events that actually feel community-driven instead of forced. Then there's the food situation. A Thai street food truck parked on site serving absolute flavor bombs. I had a curry tofu Thai taco--something I've never seen, let alone eaten--and it brought legit spice and depth. One of those "wait, why is this so good?" moments. Inside, the details keep stacking. A vending machine filled with mini purses, bath salts, and handmade artisan goods? Unhinged (affectionately). Swag everywhere. Walls that give you something new to look at every few seconds. And if that wasn't enough, they partner with Anello, which happens to be my favorite pizza in the city--so yes, that alone earns points. What really sealed it for me was how inclusive the menu is. A full non-alcoholic selection, vegan cookies and non-vegan options, so no one feels like an afterthought. Service was solid, friendly, and matched the laid-back but intentional vibe of the place. Honestly, I'm shocked it took me this long to make it to Crooked Tooth--but now that I have, I get it. This isn't just a brewery. It's a choose-your-own-adventure kind of space, and I'm already looking forward to the next chapter.
