Such a great find in downtown Tucson. It's a nice big spot with high ceilings and a lot seating. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. She gave us some taste testers which helped us narrow down our beers. I got the flagship hazy IPA, which was as delicious. read more

Pueblo Vida fits the profile of the type of brewery everyone loved to make fun of in the 2010s: Bland interior, a menu full of IPAs, and full of millennials. I give them a pass because I like India Pale Ales and all things bitter. And I appreciate their dedication to having distinct varieties: Hazy, West Coast, and if you're lucky, one that's wacky and unfiltered. The descriptions make it easier for intermediate hop fans to distinguish between Citra, Cascade, etc. These are not entry-level brews. The rest of the menu is pretty sparse. There's seltzer, and it's mid. One Stout, one Porter, one Pilsner, and so on. I will often find something I like here, and I will gladly dub it the best place in town to sit somewhere peaceful and pound a couple hoppy beers. But there's just not enough going on for me to really recommend it to the average person. read more

A small brewery with big flavors! They have tons of IPAs to choose from. My favorites were the Hazy of course. I enjoyed them so much I had to grab some to go for Cali! The beertender was super helpful and did not hesitate to let me try some. Lots of people hanging out and playing games while enjoying a cold one. Great spot! read more

I like this place because their beers are delicious. It's not a large bar and while it has two TVs and one that wasn't working on the side, it's not really a sports bar. If you looking for that there are better places like The Playground around the corner. But it is a great place to sit with a small group of friends and talk. You can even get beer in cans to go. Service is great but you do have to go to the bar to order. They don't have any food here, so don't come on an empty stomach, but sometimes there is a food cart. Parking is gonna be street or paid parking lot. It is in the heart of downtown so that is to be expected. I heard that they show MLS games and was one of the very few in town that did, but on the day I came there were watching March Madness. I did ask the bartender if they have apple TV that shows MLS season pass but he didn't really know and said if they did it would be on the TV around the corner which looked like it wasn't working. So I'm still not sure. Would be nice if I can find a single bar in this town decided to soccer. I doing think this is the one. read more

This place is good. I am not a beer connoisseur like my fiancé but it's good. I had 2 options--1 sour and 1 hard seltzer. The seltzer was definitely my favorite. My fiancé enjoyed their fresh hops Stata Logistics and the hazy IPA Sunday Morning Beers. Would recommend trying it out! read more

Pueblo Vida is such a local gem. Located in the heart of downtown in a renovated brick building, this is my go to spot for hazy IPAs (and not to mention a very good Hefeweizen). They expanded a few years back and have a variety of seating albeit all indoors. They curate nice events (painting and yoga etc). They have tbs but only turn them on for the wildcats. read more

Mondays all pints are $5! I've been here a couple of times and if you are on their email list, serve, they actually have quite a few events that they host and specials each month. Make sure to check their website for upcoming beer releases. The staff is friendly and there is a decent amount of seating. The last time I came here, it was a little weird because it smelled like urine in the corner at a table we were sitting at, so maybe opt for a table in the middle or at the bar. Otherwise, great place if you like IPAs, and they also have a great beer that they created for the professional soccer team, which is delicious! read more

We visited in February after some hiking in Saguaro NP and some nice cold beer always tastes great after that. The beer was very tasty and prices for small pours were great, so we were able to try several of their beers. The staff were very nice as well and it's a chill, quiet taproom, which we loved. This is such a relaxing place to visit and we really enjoyed stopping in. read more

Steve and I recently tried a beer from Pueblo Vida Brewing in Tuscon. The beer that we had was the Coyote's Revenge 2 : Vengeance. Quite a title for a beer of ypu ask me. This beer was a New England IPA that was solid. It had a citusy, creamy and sweet flavor which was pretty good. It was very smooth as it went down with this hazy looking beer. Glad to have tried this brewery as it was on my list and eager to explore more of Tuscon's craft beer scene to get a lay of the land and pick up general beer styles that may be popular there if there are any. It may be a part of the IPA popularity but only further investigation would reveal this to me. read more

I went to two other places before this brewery and this one was by far the best. The stout was super smooth and great if you like dark beers. The Hef was also smooth and had a nice vanilla aftertaste to it. This is definitely a great spot to sit and have a beer with a few friends. The ambience is nice and clean (doesn't smell like old/stale bar) and the beer is fresh and tasty. The bartenders were very nice and let me try as many beers as I wanted before making my final choice. I am definitely going to be coming back! read more

My son in law introduced me to Pueblo Vida by dropping me off at the door saying "you are going to love this place - it's totally you". Well he was spot on right! I left with some delicious beers served by the most friendly bartenders, a VERY cool tshirt and having enjoyed a great brewery in a cool brick building with a killer vibe! Fast forward to the next time I was in town and I went back two more times and now own more cool tshirts to remind me of the experience. I can't wait to return! read more

It has been a few years since we've stopped here and I don't know as it is one of my favorite breweries. The atmosphere is perfect for a brewery and the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Pueblo offers a variety of beer styles making it a good stop for groups with varied palettes. We took a friend for her first visit and she was definitely impressed with the beers. I was super happy to finally visit this new to me brewery in downtown Tucson which had several tasty highly rated beers. They have a great selection of IPAs, hazy IPAs, pales and sours. They offer flights or small pours allowing you to try several. I like that they allow you buy individual mix and match cans of their offerings and not forcing you to settle on fill 4 packs. This brewery was probably my favorite in terms of beer in Tucson. The sours were really nice (+1 for the Prickly Pear Lemonade sour) and the Order Up coffee stout was also quite good. Was nearby and decided to stop by and I am glad I did. They have been in business for over eight years at the same location (very much a part of the community). I had flights of their beers. Really liked the Clara Vida Super Light, Kintsugi, and Porter. They have multiple taps with lots of IPAs. Rotating beers (multiple types per month). Check out the walls for a ongoing galley of cans released (over 200). Service was friendly and attentive (thanks Liz and Leah). Sadly, no foods, but have snacks. Food can be brought in. I visited this place on a Saturday at 4:30pm. It was already hustling, but there were seats available both at the bar and at the long tall social tables. I had a Hef (5.4 ABV) and my friend had the dark Hecate lager (6.3 ABV) The Hef is one of the best hefeweizens in Tucson, full-bodied with a banana-clove finish. The Hecate was good, but lacked body. The place is small. It is dog-friendly, as three pooches were in the front when we came in. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't serve food, but you can purchase flavored popcorn for $5. There are outlets at the bar for phones or other electronics. Some of the other flagship beers were not available when we visited, but I will definitely be back on my next Tucson pubcrawl. I want to try their Blood Orange Syzygy Pale Ale next, which is also available in 16-ounce cans. This place also does Tuesday night tap infusions. Pueblo Vida is within a few blocks of Ten55 and Thunder Canyon brewpubs and well worth a visit. I will be back! read more

Decided to stop by and try a beer after passing by many times. And boy am I glad I did! The aesthetic of the place is very cozy and the staff was very friendly. There were so many good beers to choose from, but I settled on the Key Lime Pie Shortcut. I must say a major complaint I normally have at breweries is that the sours just don't encompass the flavor I would expect, but this one actually tasted like a key lime pie! I came here yesterday to study, one of the best brewery atmospheres downtown by far. I had their weekly special of a "Peaches n' Cream sour" with soy milk. ONE OF THE BEST BEERS I'VE EVER HAD. Do yourself a favor and check this place out next time you're downtown. Drink local! read more

We did some remote work here for a couple of hours and I also got a chocolate chip muffin. It was from there one day old section, thus it was 50% off unfortunately it was pretty dry, but I will have to try more of their bakery items to see if maybe it was maybe just that one. Parking is tough as it's street parking, but also close to campus so much of the street parking demands a permit. It's not impossible though. I'll definitely be back!
