Came down here for a brewery tour of Tucson and made our way to Corbett (not the Pickle Ball court ) Very small inviting space that myself and S/O loved saddling up to the bar with. Bartender Rene? Master of her Craft. From her love of the product, to her knowledge of all things beer, it made the entirety of the visit well worth its weight in gold and we will 100% make our way back. Hire more people like Rene and this business will take off exponentially. 12/10 would visit again! read more

Ok, I came on a Sunday afternoon before 5 pm and microbrews were $3.25/pint. Lots to choose from on tap. They will let you try a sip before buying. Super friendly staff too! Some inside seating, a pool table, plenty of spots at the bar and a large courtyard in the back with a stage and several picnic tables. There was awesome live music from Ted's 305 band and it was a beautiful afternoon. Bonus, even if you come after $5 the pints are only $5. I will be back. P.S. I don't think they do food, aside from some snacks? Not sure. I don't know their policy on bringing outside food. read more

Such an underrated brewery near the Ave! First off, where do you find a place that has free pool, foosball and other table games? Here you do! They also have monthly beer specials, which only cost $3! With prices going up everywhere, it's su ch a treat to get a tasty beer for an affordable price. I like their Mexican Lager and they have a stout that looks more like a lager! It blows my mind and is one of my favs! Usually not too crowded whenever I've gone here with my partner and they are not affiliated with The Corbett restaurant, FYI. Service is usually pretty quick since not too many guests and staff are friendly. They used to host free comedy nights but not sure they still do that. Otherwise, great place to chill. One bathroom so just be aware for your bladder's sake :) read more

I initially thought Corbett was a brand-new startup brewery! It's off the beaten path, on a lightly traveled road behind most 4th ave attractions. Signage is not the most conspicuous, and the hours are quite limited. It is rough around the edges at first glance. But ultimately, the beer is solid and accessible. They're not so much about masterful blends of hops, but about really smacking you in the face with flavors. The white stout--the first brew I tried because of its uniqueness--really did hit the coffee and marshmallow notes. And the guava sour? It delivers. Pints are only like 5 bucks, there's usually entertainment (like live bands, or comedy), and some weekends they've got a food truck out back. When it all comes together, you can really spend a bit of time here and have fun. If you find yourself strutting through the same stretch of 4th ave & Congress, take a few steps out of the way and give Corbett a chance. It really deserves more popularity! read more

Comfy, Great Beer and Staff We happened to be in the area and stopped in to check out Corbett Brewing. Warning, parking is on the street and it is metered. Not sure if there are exempt days or times. There is a parking lot across the street from the brewery, but if you park there, chances are very good you'll be towed. You'll find a pool table and some comfy seating right when you enter. The bar has plenty of taps with good beers and also serves cocktails. It was an early afternoon and we were the only people there and our bartender spent some time with us talking about the history of Corbett and took us on a tour of the facility which is really large. The front room which has the bar, leads into an open courtyard with patio seating. That courtyard has a doorway into yet another building that houses their brewery and will be built out in the future. Corbett regularly has live music in their courtyard. I really enjoyed the Corbett White Stout and Corbett Dark Ale. Stop in, have a brew and relax. read more

My friend and I had planned on attending the winter arts festival last Saturday, but were turned around by a guard because of our dogs. The "no pets allowed!" was passed last year and I failed to read the website. Never one to give up, I suggested a pub crawl. Tucson has so many good breweries and they all have a specialty. This one should not be missed. It's only a block away from another brewery off 6th Street and a half mile north of Congress Avenue downtown. We got here shortly after noon. The music was blasting so we went straight to the patio with our two dogs. There were seven beers on tap.I had a pumpkin ale and a hefeweizen; my friend had a porter and the IPA. We liked them all! Our beer server was also friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor patio has comfy wicker seats and plenty of room. Luckily the loud music was just inside. Our dogs could relax in the shade. A water bowl was already there for canine guests. We left an hour later. The inside had nine people in it. It looks like this place has perfected its beer as I had no issue with any that I tried. I will be back. I only docked a star for the very loud inside music. read more

Dirty silverware and watery salsa added to my "Rocky Point" shrimp tacos which made them a soggy mess that required me to eat with silverware. I should have sent them back but I didnt feel like being a Karen and I wondered if I had missed on the menu that salsa would be a part of these tacos. Lot's of potential here, and a great foundation to build it from. The beer selection is small, but they will give you samples of whatever you ask for....I love the nostalgic vibe of the building, and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. The patio out back is nice and comfy....and I hear there are upgrades coming soon for a bit more entertainment out there! read more

Quite a fantastic venue to have this be a stop along the way for the Tucson Beer Crawl 2020. I really enjoyed myself at this location. This review is solely for the venue alone and not the beer. It appears there is additional space under construction located near the restrooms. With that being said, it's a great space to enjoy yourself outside with friends. Ample seating, a stage for live music, and lots of space for moving, dancing, and shaking, who ever you prefer. read more

Stopped in to give this place a try and saw they needed some love on yelp. I was welcomed promptly and given the rundown on what they have available: a pale ale, an Amber, and an IPA, in addition to other Tucson offerings like dragoon. I had a hard time choosing, but I decided on the pale ale which was true to form, and has a little malt. The Amber was sweet. The IPA was the least remarkable but still good. Corbett has plenty of potential. One of the bartenders is super fun (the other not so much... you know who I'm talking about). Possibly the place is too spacious for the amount of people they're pulling in at the moment [10pm Saturday night]. Possibly the lights aren't quite dim enough. This place really shouldn't be ranked right now. It should have a reserve stars until properly up and running. They've got the bones. They've got the location and they've got a cute back patio for music. They even have weird kid furniture which I'm not too sure about? Anyway, the one bathroom wasn't fun. The bar was cute enough. They had Jamison and a gin and a vodka or two. Honestly, I was hoping for more beer choices FROM them. They did have other local beers which was cool but their own beer seemed low in the selling department. On that note, 10 stars for the bartender! She was super friendly, fast and easy going. Last note, they have one tv for games. I'm excited to see this place grow and mature but for now it's still pretty new and still getting off the ground. Support local! Support them. read more

Stopped here after a dog bath at Rosie barket. Very nice brewery with a limited sprout bar. First time here so I Had the 6 flight taster. 'ridin the rail' - very nice and easy drink. I can drink this one all day. 'stone face pale ale' - not to my taste but I'm particular. 'hop back Amber' - good stouter amber. 'Corbett IPA' - very good and crisp IPA. 'winter Amber' - good heavier Amber with astout finish. 'zero point porter' - nice lighter porter with good choice finish. Live bands play on weekends and big plans to expand which I can't wait to see. read more

While I hoped they would deliver some high end brews the reality was their beers were sub-par. I tried 2 styles on my first visit...neither was interesting...hardly drinkable...so I didn't! Hope they can get their brewing act together but the first visit didn't indicate the brewer had any talent above an average at best homebrewer trying to get something going.
