My food was at my door in 10 minutes... crazy! Clearly this speed made me a bit hesitant about the food, but it was actually pretty good for delivery! I had the szechuan string beans and bean curd. They weren't the best, but they were still pretty good! Would def order from here again. read more

Looking from the outside in, I was a bit skeptic. I ordered the Singapore noodles and they tasted amazing! Every order after i haven't been disappointed yet. The portions are decent, prices are low and delivery is quick. read more

My order was ruined then the woman had the nerve to get made at me. Then goes in the back and curses in her language. Not knowing that I know the language read more

Tried them a few times. Their food is okay, but the two-star review is mainly due to their lousy delivery service. I ordered delivery twice and they were over 20 minutes late the first time and 50 minutes late the second. They don't warn that they're running behind or even apologize. There's no need to tolerate such delay and rudeness when there are other equally good and better Chinese restaurants throughout the area. read more

I have never experienced a delivery quite like this. Before the driver even reached my door he yelled YOU GOT MY TIP! When I told him that I ordered through Eat24 and the tip is added there he kept saying my tip my tip. He then threw both the food bag and the paper order at me, the paper landing in my bushes. And walked away mumbling something. I did contact Eat24 to explain what happened they told me they called the restaurant and that I would receive a $10 discount on my final receipt. (Waiting to see if that actually happens) Anyway it's such a shame the food here isn't bad at all but I will def not be ordering from her again. read more

Terrible delivery time (took an hour and 45 minutes) Deliver wrong food Terrible customer service (rude when trying to work it out with them) Will never eat or order delivery from them again read more

It's okay--I've had better, but I've also had worse. I ordered via Foodler, and service was quick. Delivery person was all smiles, if not much for conversation. That's NOT to say he was rude: he just wasn't very talkative. Sometimes, that can be a good thing. "Dinner? Great. Thanks." was all the conversation I was in the mood for, anyway. Food itself--Singapore noodles, this time--wasn't memorable either way, but a word on the beverages: some of what Foodler shows as "20-ounce" beverage selections, once you get into the non-brand-name drinks, can turn out to be 24 ounces. It's nice to get more than you expect, and I'd have given this place 4 stars for that pleasant surprise...if ONLY they'd been a few degrees colder. The two root beers I got had definitely been in a refrigerator at some point, but they were a lot closer to "politely cool" than they were to "refreshingly cold." Overall, not bad if you're in the mood for delivery that's lightning-fast and easy on the wallet, even if it can be hit-or-miss on some nights. read more

The food arrived hot and portioned for a king, not to say that I am a king. That being said I do fancy myself a jester of the royal court, if you catch my drift. The food is prepared in typical Chinese fashion, most likely in a wok with plenty of thick sauce draped upon the chicken ever so supply like a mothers milk upon a child's lips. Everything we ordered was delivered perfectly made and in a jiff. Which is a very good thing for me, as I've always run my family to be a jiff family in terms of peanut butter choice. The General Tso s Chicken big enough for sharing for a real family. Like the kind that used to exist, back when tv was wholesome, cars were American, and Chinese food came by the dozen like eggs in a carton or like bakers who were bad at counting to 13. Would order again any day of the week, probably will tomorrow. I am in the bulking phase of my workout routine and am focusing on cultivating mass currently. This food will provide the calories necessary to fuel a real machine. If I win the competition I am entered in I plan on thanking dragon city directly for their support in my career. Thank you dragon city. Drag, on. read more

Dragon City - General tsos - Chinese Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

I was happy to find a Chinese place who delivers so late in the night cause I was starving but was a bit too lazy to cook. Ordered the Happy family with fried rice. Not the best quality food. Lacked flavor. But was happy to see good amounts of each meat and seafood in there. They were not stingy with it. read more

Absolutely the worst Chinese food in the area. I decided on Chinese after not being able to find a parking spot near my favorite Greek restaurant. Since I was less than satisfied the last couple of times I went to my regular Chinese spot, I decided to give Dragon City a shot. First of all, its in need of a MAJOR renovation but I didn't let this influence my patronage. I ordered General Tso's chicken, take out. When I got it home (about 5 min away) the rice was cold, the broccoli was barely steamed, and the chicken was hard as a brick. I didn't take it back because I didn't feel like the confrontation nor would I trust a replacement. Don't waste your money. read more

They're food is great!! but the rice is probably the best Fried rice I'd ever had. The only issue is that it doesn't last more than one eating. For some reason it is horrible and ries up when you try and store it. I get the fried chicken and plain fried rice almost all the time read more

2 stars for decent food. minus 10 for delivery. My apologies, I should have paid attention to ALL the warnings about delivery guys from this place. I am starving and thought how bad could it be. I saw a big light shining out front, I opened the door and called out , "hi delivery" I was then hit in the eyes with what was basically a military/leo grade searchlight, I ducked my head back inside and said PLEASE turn away/off the light. (we have a well lit level short walkway in a safe neighborhood) He walked up to the door and bam hit me in the eyes again. My arm was trapped in the door with the delivery bag so I endured what was the crazy strongest light ever. I let Eat 24 chat know about it and they were super nice and apologized to me. I will say the delivery driver is about 90 years old, so maybe this is a situation where the restaurant stops sending great great grandpa out to deliver stuff. I am taking aspirin and waiting for my eyes to stop seeing spots before I even see what food is in the bag. I may just make some toast instead at this rate. Also I will add I usually get delivery from Hunan Manor or Mandarin and their delivery guys practically act like family they are so warm and friendly! read more

I'm from NJ and I must say this place reminds me of home, they actually give a crap on how you want your order to be made. Any other place would ignore and screwing up my order and we all know it's not good to be hangry. read more

Been waiting on delivery for over an hour now.. called the restaurant and they said that the driver was on his way but I'm still waiting..

It's a little place on the corner and it looks like of shady, but the food is fantastic. Even if you're one of those people who eats until they're stuffed, you'll have enough for lunch the next day. The fried rice is actually fried and not just soaked in soy sauce. I've only ordered for them three times, but every time has been great. read more

Meh. Szechuan Chicken was bland, Crab Rangoons were fried wontons with a pea size amount of filing, and the Egg Rolls were almost all cabbage. Just meh all around, sadly. read more

Delivery service is TERRIBLE! Drivers are extremely rude! Won't ever order from here again.

These guys are my local "go to" chinese delivery place. The food is pretty good and the delivery times have always been reasonable.... and I have definitely never had an issue with the delivery driver. read more

Terrible. I've order from Eat24 on multiple occasions. I really tried to give this place a chance, because out of all the mediocre Chinese in the area it was a little less mediocre. Not great, the fried rice is decent. The worst part about this place is the delivery guy. He's so rude, constantly asks for a tip as soon as you open the door, doesn't want to come up the elevator, complains. The last time I was so annoyed I said no on the tip, & he literally dropped the food on the ground. Eat24 reimbursed me, but when I called the restaurant they of course were more rude. I always tip for service, but this place doesn't deserve your money. I recommend golden house they have better food and service. read more

Seriously the crab rangoons were more like fried pieces of dough with nothing in the middle ... & the fried rice had no flavor.. Very dissatisfied & won't be back again read more

best chinese in the area. The other places near downtown silver spring are bland or overly seasoned with garlic. General tso is crispy. Delivery prompt. read more

I was a bit skeptic about ordering delivery from here but was pleasantly surprised at how well the food tasted. The Mongollian chicken was wonderful, the General Tso Shrimp was spicy and good too. The egg rolls are pretty good, the fried rice is pretty good for delivery. I will probably order from here again considering they deliver and the prices are about average. They do give you more than enough food for the price you are paying so if you are hungry or want to feed a few people, or even plan on lwftovers for a few days, this is your go to place! I have eaten at plenty of chinese restaurants and I honestly cannot say this place is not good. I highly recommend it! read more

Decent place, convenient for a night delivery that's pretty much the best thing.

Convenient location near work is a plus and fast service as well; ten minutes or less. Food is solid and avoid the Shrimp with lobster sauce as it is very bad. I normally go the subs like cheese and steak or cheeseburger, which are good. read more

I usually enjoy this place because the food sometimes tend to be good but recently I had a bad experience and I refuse to keep giving business to such an un professional place, I waited around 2 hours for a food when I live 2 miles away, every Time i called to see where it was for one dish the man would pick up and say 5 mins, every 15 mins was 5 mins, I was so hungry too I called to cancel the order and he was like okay, like he didn't care at all, very disappointed. read more

Dragon city in Silver Spring MD 0 stars ..the delivery man was rude and didn't want to give me my change. When I told him I didn't want to give him one because he was being rude he called me a stupid birch and threw my change at me. When I called the restaurant they said they would speak with him I've had several bad experiences with this restaurant and don't not plan on spending a dime there ever again ..they dont deserve any business from anyone. read more

Simply my go-to Chinese place. Love it, love it love it! The price is a bit steep but it's worth it. The customer service is good. The young man who answers is very nice (he's busy) but nice. Get the chocolate mousse cakes! Hits the spot after a great meal. read more

We LOVE Dragon City!! They are very well priced. They have the fastest delivery in town. Their food is ALWAYS delicious with generous helpings. Their staff is very friendly. With our last order to our office they gave us a beautiful Asian calendar! Simply the best!! read more

I used to order regularly and pay in cash. Last night I ordered via Foodler and paid with a credit card. I tipped in cash and several hours later received an email from Foodler stating the restaurant had added a tip to my credit card. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. read more

Ordered carry-out many times here. They offer really good chinese food and super fast delivery. The food is fresh and well cooked. The Spring Rolls are must have, they are delicious and not greasy. The sweet sour chicken are also very nice. Friendly people. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered from Dragon City via the GrubHub app and although my friend left a tip, on the receipt it showed "cash tip" and the delivery driver demanded a cash tip. Once I told him sorry, we don't have cash make a claim from your company he got upset, yelled, crumbled up the receipt paper, and stormed out. I reported him to the restaurant and they didn't seem to car so I reported it to GrubHub and got a refund. The food was not the best, it was yellow rice which in my opinion is not the best type of fried rice. The chicken was a little slimy and had a weird texture. The beef was ok and so was the shrimp. Would never order from here again. Much better restaurants with better service in the area. read more

I ordered from dragon city the sesame shrimp which was disgusting! Wasn't want I wanted at all. I could not find a shrimp in the whole dish. It was just a huge blob of dough. I called and told them I was not eating it and that I couldn't find any shrimp an doughy. He guys could of cared less. He wouldn't even give me a credit! He told me that the shrimp was inside the dough. Still looking for the shrimp! Will not order from there again! read more
