They were perfectly crispy on the bottom with soft texture on top. The sauce was a bit sweeter than a normal gyoza sauce, but it was pretty good, and one member of our party really liked it. I got the Tonkatsu ramen, and it was better quality than your average American ramen! The chashu was perfect with a slight crisp to it, the noodles were springy, and I enjoyed the addition of the bok choy. It was also the perfect amount of food. I'm actually sad this isn't in my local area. I had a great meal here and would highly recommend.

The chili oil they have though is delicious and improved the taste of the soup a lot.

The sauce was not as thick and it didn't have the traditional spicy taste to it. I had to add some chili oil to make it more flavorful. The egg drop soup was what you would to expect at any Chinese restaurant. Overall, the food was decent and the prices were fair.

The mother and son team cooking and serving are adorable, incredibly sweet and eager to please. I didn't realize that it was set up next to a driving range, which made the scenery about 500x better than what I expected it to be.
