AYCE sushi - salmon avocado hand rolls and a rainbow roll.
    Ronaelle P.

We have now stopped here a few times for AYCE (all you can eat) lunch sushi. Price is $16-$17 per person. This is an amazing deal!! Place has a pleasant setting, great service and delicious sushi. Is it the very best sushi I have ever had? No But for AYCE, it is the best! Fresh and delicious and you can start with miso soup or seaweed salad. This is our favorite stop when we find ourselves in Conroe. This is well worth your time and money when looking for a healthy and reasonable lunch place.

California roll, and Philadelphia roll. Very large pieces. I asked for oyster sauce on the side.

Just happened to find this place whenever I jumped on Yelp. I love sushi, and I will say this was pretty fresh. I really enjoyed the avocado salad dressing, it reminded me of Yum Yum sauce. Our waitress was a sweetheart! Very patient with us Also, do not over order, as they want to charge you for what they eat. Not your normal, but just be sure to order slow. The sushi rolls are larger than you think.

    Sushi rolls galore.

This place is a hidden gem for now. They just open about 8 months ago & I doubt anyone knows it's an amazing place because the whole shopping center is pretty new. Restaurant was super clean. Restrooms could've been better. I was happily surprised to see how big it actually was. There was a whole other section by the sushi bar. Our server was fast, knowledgeable and super sweet and nice. My husband's eyes are always too big for his stomach and he kept saying that he would finish everything he ordered. It didn't happen y'all. She kindly told us that they do charge for any leftovers here. 50 cents to a dollar per piece of sushi. It's very understandable and honestly not a bad up charge to be able to also take it home. They have two different AYCE options, regular or deluxe. Not much of a price difference so we opted for deluxe since it also came with a drink of your choice. Sushi rolls were huge. Some we ordered were good, some were mediocre. The sashimi was fresh tasting and delicious. Highly recommend the "akuma" roll and the "black dragon" roll. My parents loved the hibachi option and my kids enjoyed the fried rice. Do not recommend the roll with cream and the jalapeño popper. It was just too much cream cheese. The fried Oreos here with ice cream were delicious. My husband wanted the fried cheesecake but our server warned that it was a pretty hefty slice so he didn't order. We had a great time here and ate so good. We will definitely be coming back!

Today after work, I came here to have dinner. I like to have sushi and sashimi for dinner, so I went to Oishi Sushi. The food was alright, and the waitress was very nice. The restaurant did not have that many customers because its location is in a hidden area.

Great AYCE experience. Lunch was great. Service was on point and the inside of Oishi Sushi was very nice. I really enjoyed the large booth seating and how clean this restaurant was. The sushi was extremely fresh and tasty with lots of options. If you still looking for Nemo, Oishi Sushi has found him so go get some tasty sushi. 5 stars.

    Good strategy well balanced plate.

Really like this place and have been twice this week. The sushi and service is really good. I am giving it a 4 because the hibachi steak and shrimp is just okay and not up to standard like a Japanese Steak House. So here is my advice. Get the gyoza, miso soup and even a garden salad while you wait for your sushi which is fresh made. All items are delivered to your table. Get one of the specialty rolls which are deep fried and pretty filling. Get a normal roll or two or a roll and a few pieces of assorted sushi. This last time I ate 3 specialty rolls and I wasn't as happy as I was with the previous strategy. If you go for lunch there isn't a dessert but if you go for dinner maybe save room for fried Oreos, fried cheese cake or greenies ice cream. The price is right $17 for lunch and $27 for dinner which has a expanded menu. Of course with taxes, tips and drinks it will be a bit more.

All you can eat for 29.99. Excellent presentation.

The best sushi. I've had in a long time. All everything we got was fresh with great sized portions and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Let me just say this first! Please try the clear soup, I did at the end of our meal and it was amazing. Had 3 bowls. 1. Ambiance was very clean and a nice lighting 2. Service was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and friendly and patient with us for being our first time. 3. Price was very decently priced 4. Food, we had mixed feelings. - appetizers were very good. We got potstickers that only came fried but good - eggs rolls were really good 5. Sushi on the other hand was very disappointing. - I'm not big on cream cheese in rolls. But we both felt the they put way too much cream cheese in the rolls, it was almost overpowering from the roll. - the (crunch) or bead topping was also too much and was in everything and almost every roll. - I got a hand roll with spicy tuna and the spicy tuna part had so much crunch inside of it. Killed the taste

The entire menu is delicious whatever you order you won't be disappointed. Shoutout to Mika (Not sure how it's spelled) she is amazing, super friendly and servicial she's been our server multiple times and we always have an awesome experience!

I think this location was just alright I don't see myself going out of my way due to quality of sushi but again you get what you pay for. We came for the aye lunch which is about $16-17 a person. We tried the gyoza which was my favorite part of the meal those are pretty solid. Miso soup was okay a little on the sweet side but not bad. Now, the rolls weren't terrible just not my favorite the spicy tuna didn't have much spice and I just felt it was kinda meh. I agree with others that it seems there are some things lacking and its the same things on repeat (shrimp, crab, tuna,). It is a new spot so maybe they are just working out the kinks and will improve overtime. The location is nice and the restaurant itself is really nice.

Akuma roll is very good Firestone is also yummy Dynamite is good but too much stuff on top (it's the one with the fried crumbles)

I loved it. Tasted like the sonic lemon cream slushie. I drank the whole thing and it was worth the money for sure. We shared a gyoza appetizer, and it was great. They were perfectly crispy on the bottom with soft texture on top. The sauce was a bit sweeter than a normal gyoza sauce, but it was pretty good, and one member of our party really liked it. I got the Tonkatsu ramen, and it was better quality than your average American ramen! The chashu was perfect with a slight crisp to it, the noodles were springy, and I enjoyed the addition of the bok choy. It was also the perfect amount of food. I'm actually sad this isn't in my local area. I had a great meal here and would highly recommend.

It does come with a sauce which helps, but I wish the chicken itself was also seasoned. As for entree I ordered the spare rib ramen. Again, the fried spare ribs lacked seasoning, but the fry was well done. The ramen was very light, almost too light in my opinion for a true ramen broth. The chili oil they have though is delicious and improved the taste of the soup a lot.

We ordered several pieces of nigiri, all on the fattier side, and they were absolutely delicious -- super fresh and flavorful. The quality of the fish definitely stood out. We also tried two maki rolls: the Truffle and the Crazy roll. I wasn't a huge fan of either. The truffle flavor completely overpowered the rest of the roll, and while the Crazy roll was good, it wasn't anything spectacular. Our waiter was very nice and attentive throughout the entire meal, which made the experience even better. Overall, it's definitely a solid sushi spot, especially for nigiri. The restaurant looked small on the outside however inside, it was spacious & well decorated. They don't validate parking unfortunately. I ordered a lot for the table since it was happy hour all Sunday. Least favorite items: -salted edamame (it looked like it got snowed on) -wagyu maki, everyone at the table said it tasted like a California roll with beef for $24, couldn't finish that -hot water...because it was served in that kind of pot, it was lukewarm. -engawa, my favorite nigiri of all time but it was too chewy -lobster ramen, I think it needs hondashi, lack of some type of seasoning Favorite: -truffle salmon, simple & good -Lion King maki, MUST GET// everyone's fav -crunch maki, can't go wrong I wished there were more vegetarian dishes than just avocado rolls. There's so many ingredients at sushi restaurants to accommodate vegetarians. The staff were very nice, especially the hostess. I would recommend the temaki over nigiri's for next time!

Due to our large party of 9, we were seated at two tables separated by a low wall which was a good spot for purses, hats, etc. One table was new to the KBBQ experience. They really enjoyed it. The owner came by and helped with cooking, offering tips on the best way to handle meats on the grill. The equipment is better than what we've used. The griddle is a grate, allowing more of the foods to be in contact with the heat. (We're used to see the round grill with a solid surface and slits/openings on the perimeter.) The tongs are sturdy. The bbq exhaust is not fixed - it moves up/down so that it doesn't restrict maneuvering items on the grill. All these things, thoughtful in design for the best experience. Every spot on our table was covered with meats, side items. The food is very good. LA Galbi, Bulgogi (both Hawaiian and regular), Rib Eye Steak, Hawaiian Samgyepsal (pork), and plenty of sushi. If you like eggs, try the fluffy egg. Fried rice is always good choice. White rice works too if you want to savor the flavor of the marinated meats. The pricing is simple. No different levels for the types of meats. Service is top notch. There was always someone checking in. Everyone on staff is friendly. It was a great experience to share with the family. Side note: they have cute headbands with characters you can wear during your dining experience. Fun little thing for our group
