Really good Ramen spot. First time I came here a few months ago, I got the Ultra Pho with ramen noodles. Good amount of meat, perfectly cooked ramen, consistent and well seasoned broth and a nice little kick to it. I was quite impressed. The shrimp tempura is really good too. The last few times I came here, they didn't have any short rib available so I had to settle for the Dragon Bowl Pho which is good but I really like the touch of that short rib. Still good however. If you ask for it spicy, they give you a cup of this sweet chili sauce that adds a nice sweet heat to it. Service is decent. If you call ahead of time, they're usually pretty good about having your food done in the amount of time. I've never sat in, we always get our food to go, so I can't rate dining in service. read more

My wife and I were genuinely looking forward to trying this place as a family we were excited, hopeful, and hungry but instead, we left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. We stood in front of the register for 30 minutes, waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge us. The woman working there walked past us over and over again without so much as a glance. When we finally tried to speak up and place our order, she bluntly told us to "wait" and then walked away like. After all that waiting, we ended up walking out not just disappointed, but incredibly frustrated. I honestly hope no one else has to experience what we did. Maybe next time the service will be better, but after this, I'm not sure we'll even come back. read more

great food, great service, great setting. what more can you ask for....except a location in Willis!

Came here for the first time with my family. Ordered the Dragon Bowl Pho, Ultra Pho, Kimchi Fries, Potstickers, Chicken and Steak Gogo Noodles. The pho bowls don't taste anything like the traditional pho, but they are good in their own way. The Dragon Bowl Pho is $13, but I'd highly recommend the Ultra Pho which is $18 because there is waaay more meat and the one huge short-rib was so tender and flavorful. The Gogo Noodles are very tasty as well. The Kimchi fries are good too, but messy. Nothing special about the Potstickers. The dishes are served to you in little takeout containers which at first, looked like such a small portion for what we paid for, buuuut each bowl was packed with noodles making each main dish very fulfilling. They don't have all the condiments you would have at a Pho restaurant, but they have a spice level which can pack a punch. We will definitely be back to try other dishes if we're ever in the Conroe area again. The staff are all very friendly and fast. The female staff in the front recommended a lot of our delicious dishes. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but it was still pretty cool seeing all these Dragonball theme and it was pretty funny the way they named their dishes. We didn't get a chance to get any special drinks because we were so stuffed. The cashier area where you order your food and they'll deliver it to you. The cashier area is really small, but they have a lot of tables and chairs to dine on in another part of the building which appears to be a bar and stage area. There are a lot of street parking. read more

Food was absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere was wonderful and I recommend any Dragon Ball fan to visit!

Good food, friendly staff, good service. A variety of noodles, meats, condiments and heat levels for your bowls. A great place for Dragon Ball Z fans. Tucked away in a small niche in downtown Conroe. Very limited seating, but they will seat you in the adjacent room of the bar next door as long there are no minors in your group. read more

So every 90's anime nerd has been secretly hoping that Kamè somehow bought a restaurant and themed it so that they could live out their nostalgia in real life. Well, it's happened. Craziest of all, in Conroe Texas?!? The Nitty Gritty Ok, so the decor of this restaurant is the thing dreams are made of. From the wall art, to the menu, to the old fashioned gum ball machine with... you guessed it... Dragon Balls! I loved every minute. What was even better was my girlfriends face as she looked around, finally meeting my over accentuated grin and asked the question that opened the door for me to gush like a 16 year old nerd, "What the hell is this?" The staff was amazing, the Pho was amazing, my Freza cup was (overpriced) amazing! And the wait was not long at all. I want to make sure I note that. The line was long (because it should be as long as Shenron's tail), but the wait wasn't nearly as long as one of Goku's training sessions with Kamè. Sorry, had to nerd out. I will absolutely drag my girlfriend back! read more

Dragon Bowl C never disappoints. Every time I order their Angkor Noodles to go, I think man, I need to order these more often. Delicious, fresh, packaged with everything you need (except a bib!) to enjoy them to go, and the portion size is large. I get them with Ramen noodles and beef broth and minimal spice because I'm a heat wimp. So good! read more

This place was soooo good! I'm in town for work and was looking for dinner one evening. I see the name Dragon Bowl C. I laugh and say to myself they gotta be playing on Dragon Ball Z. So I check it out. After seeing some pics, I make my way over there. I figured the food would be mid and the ambiance would make it better. I get there and Dragon Ball Z is on a TV(cell saga). I guess they own the bar next door also and it was playing the new Daima episode. I ordered the Dragon Bowl and several different egg rolls. Went to my hotel and started tasting. Whoa! I felt like Whis and Beerus tasting Earth food for the first time. It was fantastic! I'm going back tomorrow and getting more. This time more egg. They must smoke the eggs with the brisket because they had amazing flavor. The best egg roll was the Texas Twinkie, basically a jalapeño popper with brisket in egg roll wrap. It's not on the paper menu, but the guy suggested it as the best one. Everything was excellent. All the people were SUPER nice. I wish this place was close by home. Oh and the cheesecake egg roll! Geez! It was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Gotta get 2 next time. read more

Visited this place from out of town and we loved it. First off, the customer service was incredible, especially Stephanie. We got multiple things, including the Korean BBQ wings, house sauce wings, shrimp tempura, brisket and mac egg roll, and Pho and ramen. All of it was excellent. We also tried the Taro and it was really good. 10/10 would recommend to visit, especially for any DB fan, because the power level of this place is over 9000! read more

Had the opportunity to try the newly opened dragon bowls. Great set up visually, Enjoyed the art they have on display. Service was friendly and efficient. This was my order: Potstickers: delicious texture and flavor Spring rolls: perfectly crispy and delicious Pho-Geta: Tofu, Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, Corn, Enoki mushroom GoGo Noodle: Spicy Stir Fry Asian Noodles The broth beef in the pho was delicious and all of the ingredients paired really well together. Loved the Enoki mushrooms. The stir fry noodles were a perfect combination of spicy ramen with tender steak. The scallions and corn really pair well and the sauce brings all the flavors together. This is one of my favorite new spots and I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. I highly recommend giving them a try the next time you are in the area! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the appetizers, are a must try read more

A very fun Pho restaurant for anyone that is into Dragonball Z and 90s anime. Walking in, you're immediately greeted by all the Dragonball Z art and merchandise. They even play old school episodes on the tv by the bar. Just the atmosphere alone is enough for most Dragonball Z fans. The food is also good with large portions and the ability to customize the spice levels (cleverly named after Super Saiyan levels). I got the Dragon Bowl Pho which was a savory pho. With it I had shrimp tempura and crab rangoon, both delicious. I couldn't finish everything. Definitely recommend this spot for any Pho or Dragonball enthusiast. I have had better pho but the experience was definitely worth it. TikTok review: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRb9SmXc/ read more

DISCLAIMER: this is not a 3 star review for service or the food... I'm giving a 3 star because I'm not 100% sure yet. I ordered 2 "build a bowl" with the S2 spice level... the only problem is the actual spice! I underestimated the level of spic!!! I typically eat spicy food so I definitely wanted a broth with a bit of a kick... this was so much spicier than I expected!! S2 spice level was so spicy I couldn't actually eat much of my bowl due to my lips and mouth being on fire!! Definitely going to try this place again but tone down the spice level for sure!!! Worth the try... but beware of how spicy it is! read more

Finally decided to try this place. I ordered a "make your own bowl" with ramen, corn, beef broth and level 3 spice. Fiance ordered something different, can't remember the name (but I know he choose the reddish sauce) and an egg roll. After waiting 47 mins for our food, we both ended up with something we didn't order. I ended up with ramen, vegetable broth with meatballs, brisket, beef and chicken and no spice. The meatballs definitely had the texture of such which was disgusting to say the least. His order had plain beef broth and not the broth he originally had ordered and consisted of primarily mushroom which ruined the overall taste of the dish. I give 2 stars since they did offer to remake it but we denied since we were already there over an hour after ordering and waiting on food, so they did thankfully give us a refund. Not sure if we'll be back or not since our first time after being hyped was disappointing. read more

Great amazing restaurant for what ever Asian food you're feeling that day. It's centered around Dragon Ball Z and I got the Shrimp Udon, Crab Rangoon, and Green Bubble Tea with Strawberry popping boba. Just those three things and I couldn't help myself! Cool atmosphere and employees are very welcoming and friendly. Food is good, and they have a lot of options available for decent prices.

My husband loves dragon ball so when I seen a tiktok video, I knew I had to bring him. The shop is tiny upon walking in. During the day, the bar next door is available to sit down to eat. The prices were pretty steep. I wasn't a huge fan of what I got. The meats were an odd combination to have with pho. Their take on bbq and meatballs added in. To each their own, so I know some people would enjoy it. All in all, for the price point I was expecting much more but left a little disappointed. I'm not sure I would make the drive again to give it another go, but if you're looking to go for the aesthetics, it's a cute spot. read more

First off, let me begin by saying that I want this place to succeed. Conroe really needs more diversity with it's restaurants and things to do downtown. Pros: The staff seem very attentive and nice. My family has met the owner who seems very active in the area and speaks highly of his demeanor and ambitions. You can take your food to the pub adjacent to the restaurant and share the table space, which is super creative and smart for business. I hope more places follow this business model, as we have been to many other places it seems to work out well. Cons: However, being a lover of ramen and pho, with experiencing many restaurants in other states and from DFW, this place needs work on the prep and flavor profiles. First, the kimchi fries were almost inedible. Freezer bag fries with COLD kimchi dumped on top of them. They were saturated and cold. I've never had kimchi fries where the kimchi wasn't chopped up and flashed grilled with the sauces incorporated before placing on the fries. This really needs to be addressed for $13! The seasoned eggs that came with the ramen were very hard boiled and obviously came right out of the refrigerator (still cold inside), and the curry broth tasted like milk-water, also I interesting because the hubby and I requested spicy when asked at the counter how we prefer our food. If I were to compare this place to Jinya, EAD, or other places we've tried in the area, there's just isn't a comparison... I'm sure I'll give this place another go in the future, but only because my sister likes it (excluding this experience)..but I'll be cautious before ordering a lot off the menu like we did our initial visit and not feel as if $75 was ridiculous for what we were served. Again, it would be nice to see this place succeed. The majority of the reviews seem to be great, but with the other places we've had the opportunity to dine, we know DBC can be better. I would love nothing more to come back and update this to a much better experience!!! read more

We have been coming here since we moved up to conroe a few months ago, and having tried MANY other boba/noodle shops in the area, this spot cannot be beat. Not only the atmosphere of the facility, but the workers' kind and friendly engagement with us and other customers make for a comforting experience! One server in particular... ms. Rebekah... I can't say enough positive words about her. Her kind and welcoming attitude never fails to warm our hearts as we step into this beautiful establishment. ALL of the workers here are amazing don't get me wrong, but ms. Rebekah takes the cake this past visit. I would also to take a moment to mention the new fantastic food item... PORK BAO BUNS!!!! Steamed or fried, these things are like heaven in the form of a soft, warm, fluffy bun. Man, it just gets me every time. Trust, y'all will be seeing us again and again, thank you for all of the wonderful times! read more

The food and customer service were AMAZING!!! :D totally recommend, even if you're not a dragon ball fan. I never watched the show so this is not biased. Stephanie helped me pick what I wanted (I'm terribly indecisive), she even went as far as giving me a sample of the Tom yum broth and recommendations based off my taste before I ordered! Someone give her a raise please lmao. The decorations are also soo cool, all the murals are so impressive. Even the bathroom and ceiling!?! It's so creative too!! They play Dragon ball episodes the whole time, so you can watch while you eat!! Would definitely go again. I'm craving their pho right now! read more

Awesome fusion spot where the build your own bowl option really is nice. Multiple styles of noodles and broths and to be honest I would give someone 6 stars for the Vegeta statue alone as he is my favorite character in anime. BUT, the lack of the 5 star was for one reason, the meat in the ramen was not 5-star level. Soup was still really good, pot stickers were awesome, workers were very friendly, and the DBZ vibe in the main LITTLE area was great. Maybe as this place grows and they get a bigger location where they can theme the whole spot AND fix up the meats a little, they will be the go to spot for pho/ramen fusion in the whole greater Houston area....I would be down to see that "come up." I will definitely be back read more

This is it! I hesitate to tell you how good it is because it will be more crowded, but it's too good to not share. I have been to some of the BEST ramen and pho places in the country but this one is IT. I ordered their Dragon Pho with the curry soup after the server recommended it, and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered the potstickers which were flavored so well with a tang and a little heat and very crispy. Sooo good. For drinks we did the exploding boba in a fruit tea - and we will be back with our Dragon Bowl cups for a refill discount with them! Dessert was a spiced fried apple filled eggroll. FYI you order from a counter (from a very welcoming and amazing lady) and sit in the bar next door to eat. Food came out fast and great - would highly recommend. read more

This place sucks. Food is tasteless as their memes on their Facebook page. Will never go here again.

One of my Canadian friends knows that I am a fan of Dragon Ball so when she saw a video featuring this place, she sent it to me and I had to try it. The woman working the front was the nicest and most helpful person that you can get. It seemed she was really knowledgeable about the menu. I got the Sayian Bowl and it was really good. From ordering, it probably took 7 or 8 minutes to get the food. The interior of the place is small, but it is connected to a pub where you can sit and eat if that is your preferences. I would certainly go again if I am in the Conroe area. read more

My daughter was in from out of town and is a big anime fan. She lived in Korea for two years teaching and loves Asian food. Counter girl helped us with ordering and was very nice. My wife and I picked different types of noodles just to try them. Unfortunately when we got our food we had the same exact noodles. I got the dragon bowl pho, wife got some type of ramen and my daughter got one of the noodle dishes. We each got a different type egg roll appetizer. The egg rolls ended up the star of the show. They were very good. Our entrees below average to average at best. They looked nothing like the menu picture. I had no egg in my pho and it was almost all broth which was mostly tasteless. My daughter, the Korean expert said her noddle dish was just OK. Wife said the same about her ramen. I don't think we will be returning. read more

If you're a fan of ramen, this is the place for you! The staff was pleasant, all smiles, attentive, and very helpful. They went over the menu with me to help me pick the perfect bowl. Once I had my bowl, the aroma was delicious pleasant. I order the Dragon Bowl Pho $15 with Ramen noodles and mild. It had a lot of meat, boiled egg, the soup was a little spicier than expected but was still amazing, I could not put it down! It is one of the best ramen places I've ever been to. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered two bowls. One spice level 3. That one was completely inedible. Like so hot that nobody could eat it. The second was ordered spice level 1 with a comment for no spice. But it was covered in mayo and so hot it was also inedible. I was so disappointed. We added a comment to add no spice to the second. He got dragon balls from the machine which takes tokens and it's randomized. The food was great and the atmosphere was great as well.
