We did encounter some issues, however, Matt had his team work with us to correct them as we encountered them (i.e. faulty pre-wire causing false-positives on the alarm). The tenant recently notified us that they will not be renewing the lease so, now we are free to cancel this service. My process for canceling the service took nearly an hour, included multiple employees, multiple hang ups and chat "disappearances". When I was finally able to get to an employee who would stop offering "offers" and finally allow us to cancel .. it turns out you don't even need to contact them via phone. Simply send an email to DOCUMENTS@VIVINT.COM. In the body of the email reference 1) your account number, 2) the service address and 3) the reason for cancellation. This will trigger a 30 day cancelation process. Now, to be fair, we are only day 1 into this process so, I fully expect more problems before we are released from this albatross of a company.
