I have been a patient since moving to Vacaville in 2018 for my annual vision checks and lens…read morereplacements. The reason for my initial visit back in 2018 was because they were the only one in the area to have a specific Hoya lens available as an option. Through all these years, my encounters with the staff have been courteous and professional. More importantly, I appreciate the consistent customer service level extended by the staff. As an example of their customer service, I accidentally broke a lens this past summer that was just replaced in late 2023. I was expecting to pay full price for the replacement even when the staff informed me that she will see what can be done. To my surprise, I was informed that the lens was still under warranty and would be replaced without additional cost. As a result, I would recommend Vacaville Optometric Center for any of your vision care needs.

No sorry from them just excuses and was told it would take another week. Then I called the next week and was told the lab just got the frames and it would take another week to get them. The receptionist argued with me when I said why it takes 6 weeks to get a pair of glasses and she said it was only 5 weeks. Still no sorry.
