Worst Company i've ever worked with. I'm a big advocate of having a reliable shop to trust with…read moreyour car , and i even wanted this to be the shop for me being that my shop that i've been going to for 5 years recommended them and they were close to my job. i gave the shop my car to check out the transmission due to jerking that i was experiencing in the trans, the shop told me that they did not see anything wrong with the trans. From there they tried to sell me another service. I was not against the other service that they offered, but i wanted to hear more in detail about it. The bad experience stated here. I asked to speak to the tech about it, and they refused to let me speak to the tech and give me more detail on what i was paying for. and it left a bad taste and my mouth but i took it for a grain of salt and assumed i was over reacting. later in the day after receiving my car back my girl noticed that our seat would no longer adjust and the button for the seat was pushed in. I then called the shop to find solution. they then tried to charge me another 100 diagnostic to check the situation rather then just looking at the seat that was damaged after. I took it to the shop to talk to the owner and he yelled in my face as i remained professional and calm as i had my work gear on and could not make my employer look bad,and i have it all recorded. At parts i asked him why is he yelling when i remained calm. He then digressed and then went back to yelling. Probably the most frustrating experiencing i ever had. It was like talking to a controlling parent. I won't bash the shop because i'm sure they do good work. but working with a company that has integrity is important and this is just not that shop. i also noticed that another customer had a similar experience.

I had to buy new tires and needed a complete brake job including a new caliper. The Southwest Land Rover dealership wanted to charge me $5,600 for throttle body replacement, front and rear brakes and replace the caliper. And another $255 for an alignment and in a few months they recommend i come back for a mileage service for $1,200. So I thought that was outrageous so I pulled my car from LR southwest Houston to British Unlimited in Spring, Tx where I got a hell of a deal. Instead of replacing the throttle body they serviced it for $150 vs $1.8k at the dealership then they did the complete brake job for $1,295 + $285 for a used caliper w 1yr warranty Vs $3.7k at the dealership. They Also bleed the brakes, did an alignment, an oil change topped off fluids, replaced cabin filter and reset service light all for wait for it $2.3k out the door! Never mind the reasonable prices, their consummate customer service was amazing! I was able to get Multiple questions asked. We communicated via text and phone call throughout the entire process! If that's not great care and service I don't know what is. I say all this to say if you're in Houston, Tx and you aren't getting warrantied work done at the dealer it is worth the drive to Spring/ The Woodlands to British Unlimited where Luis And Steven will take good care of you!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Steven Herrera engages in deeply…read moreunethical and deceptive business practices, particularly toward young, first-time buyers. This is, without question, one of the most dishonest and predatory automotive experiences my family has ever encountered. I have over 15 years of experience buying and working on Land Rovers. Based on that experience, I can say with confidence that we were repeatedly misled and overcharged. I made the mistake of trusting Steven Herrera to assist my daughter with the purchase of her first vehicle--a used Land Rover. That trust was completely misplaced. The vehicle was grossly misrepresented, poorly serviced, and priced more than $2,000 above its actual value, under the false impression that we were receiving a fair deal. Since the purchase, the car has been plagued with ongoing mechanical issues, compounded by substandard workmanship and a continuous stream of excuses and false statements. Taking advantage of an 18-year-old purchasing her first car is indefensible. This level of dishonesty and disregard for basic ethical standards is unacceptable in any business, especially one dealing with customers who rely on professional integrity. This experience has been absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this business at all costs.
