I am a female who grew up around cars and learned a few things over the years, so I feel targeted for upselling. Anyway they installed the new Cooper tires after commenting about other more costly options. Today, I rolled in with my new vehicle, that only has 22k miles, for a flat repair knowing it was possible due to location. When dropping it off a technician also agreed it could be repaired, then the phone call came stating it wasn't safe to repair and I need to purchase a new tire. I instructed the upselling caller to put the wheel and tire back in the cargo area, that's when he offered to install the spare tire. It was obvious that he had not seen the tire himself as the spare was already installed as I had driven to them on the full-size spare tire. I promptly took it to the dealership 20 minutes away for confirmation and repair. Females beware! This place isn't honest unless you are purchasing a new tire and even when purchasing an entire set they tell you there are better options for a different tire as an upsell.
