Fast and reliable, very friendly and very reasonable pricing. Replaced my iPhone 6S Plus Screen in 10 minutes and took a look at my MacBook Pro 13, which had a keyboard problem. Excellent guys, highly recommend! read more

Great family owned local business. When using a business that you find on the internet, you never know what you will get. I feel like I hit the jackpot after leaving Dr Digital. Judah is an honest businessman. I sat with him for 30 minutes while he fixed my wife's iPhone, and at an extremely reasonable price. Not just an excellent job, but great conversation while the repair was done. In the days of corporate america, when we all complain about bad service, and incompetence, Judah proves there are still friendly, honest, and competent businesses out there. It is important to support places like Dr Digital! I recommend to everyone. read more

So, went to this place to get my macbook hard drive replaced thinking I could save money. I was told to by a hard drive ($69) that was compatible and that it would be installed by the next day. I paid $80 for the installation up front. The next day comes and I'm told that the hard drive is defective new out of box, which I thought weird. I was at the point that I couldn't mess around anymore and decided to just take my computer to the Apple store. The guy who tried installing my drive swore that it was the hard drive I bought and it couldn't be anything else. He also felt that he deserved payment for taking my computer apart and doing nothing, so I let him keep $40 just to get out of the store in a timely manner. Found out that my hard drive and a cable crucial for hard drive operation was bad and the hard drive I bought was fine and could be installed. Paid apple $70, so it was actually cheaper and they had it done in 30 minutes. Didn't appreciate paying $40 for bad information and bunk service. read more

Juda is great! I told him the wrong size of battery I needed for my wife's laptop and he went to a lot of trouble to get the battery. Luckily he had one of the right size and fixed it. Very quick, efficient and reasonable. I'll definitely be paying more visits in the future! BTW, in regards to another review here...I wasn't offered any discount for a good review. I just got good service!!! Wow! What a concept!! Thanks read more

Left in a lurch by them. First try was a few months ago and they replaced glass And failed to tighten all screws. Called and was told we could drive back there , 26 miles one way or ask a local repair person to do it. The screen broke again despite extra glass cover, and we drive another 26 miles today only to wait half an hour and then be told the tech couldn't complete it today due to a medical emergency and no one else there could get it done. Terrible customer service and no respect for our time and locality as a customer. . read more

Quick easy service. I had a iPhone 5s that didnt have a cracked screen but was acting funny. There was period of no response, and periods of it sending gobbly-gook text messages to friends and I couldn't stop it. A quick stop to Dr. Digital at lunch took care of the problem. The LCD / Digitizer (not the glass screen) has removal instructions on iFixit. However I dont have the time or inclination to fix it myself. So its best left to the pro's. 20 minutes later I had a new LCD panel and a new battery installed. I had an issue with the touch sensor, but a quick call to Sam fixed that. I just needed to reboot the phone. Otherwise good job guys. :) If I have a problem, I'll be back but lets keep my fingers crossed on this one. read more

My phone looks brand new! Thank you so much! I walked in and there was one person before me, still took under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend these guys! I came out from LA and it was worth the trip, only $50 bucks for a new screen. These guys are honest and really friendly. -Satisfied customer read more

Cracked my new I phone 5 in Vegas and was expecting to pay over 150 to fix. A friend told me about this place so I went there and they took good care of me. 100$ and was done under an hour. Definitely recommend it! They also have accessories if you need them. read more

I have used their service for several cracked iphones and ipads. I am very happy with the service. I am a satisfied customer. I don't write many reviews, so for me to give feedback is unusual. If you have a cracked cell or tablet, go to them. read more

Thank you Juda for taking care of the broken screen I had on my IPhone, and along the way the good advices and tips you mentioned about the mobile world out there', and how things work. Reason for the 5 star is because of price, honesty, and timeframe. He wasn't trying to up sell me with force, he did mention I can offer you this or that. I also took the time to read previous negative Yelp reviews, which is 3 out of 800. I clicked on each individual and noticed that those so called "yelpers" are not the most happy people and appreciative like Juda himself. Their reviews are all 1 star for other business, sad. Be happy what you get and what you're provided!!! In regards to one of the reviews, I'm thinking to myself: "if somebody cracks their screen after 4 months of a repair, why do you blame the owner of the business or his products, when 1st of all = YOU HAD THE PHONE FOR 4 MONTHS, I'm pretty sure you dropped it 17 times before it broke. A regular Apple Screen would have cracked after it's first fall. 2nd of all, you have Apple, Siemens and Samsung that OVER CHARGE you in the first place by buying their OVER PRICED phones. Once again, thanks again! Cheers read more

I just bought a new laptop for school from Judah at Dr. Digital and let me tell you, I am VERY satisfied. I am actually typing from it right now from it and I can already see the beautiful works that Judah did with the laptop. Not only does he run his store with highly considerable prices, but he does it with great compassion and concern for his customers' wants and needs. He really pays attention to the kind of customers he works with and makes phenomenal offers. I just walked into his store for the first time, by recommendation of a very close friend, and found Judah a very welcoming and polite man. When I told him I needed a laptop within the 200 dollar price range, nothing special, but perfectly efficient for my school work, he found me exactly what I was looking for! We talked about the specs of the computer and my dad paid an exceptional price for a fairly powerful, durable, and light computer. After the payments, Judah was very secure and knew what he was talking about and asked me if I wanted to take the laptop home right away or keep it overnight at his store so that he could add especially useful, paid softwares such as Microsoft Word and Excel for free! I came back the next day after school to pick it up and I've been typing on it, doing hundreds of internet searches and website activities and everything has been running so incredibly smooth! He also informed me of the few spam softwares that are not needed on a computer that slow it down and he conveniently removed them for me at my consent in a jiffy (though I already know how to myself). Most importantly this thin, portable laptop does not overheat and has a very long battery life for how 'weak' the specs say it is. (about 3 and half hours) Overall I recommend Dr. Digital for any electronic savvy, advanced as the common 21st century teen (like me) or for basic beginners! Judah is one of the few electronic store vendors that does the job with trust, efficiency, security, and kindness! I know I can go to him for any of my electronic issues and not just get my electronics fixed, but learn something new. read more

I shattered my iPhone 5s by shoving it off my bed while snoozing the alarm at 5am. Oops! Spent the whole day at work researching and calling up different phone repair businesses to replace the glass. I narrowed it down and based upon convenience (location), availability,(store hours), price, and prior Yelp reviews, I decided to go to Dr. Digital. The worker greeted me instantly and said my phone would be ready in 45 minutes (longer wait time because he was the only worker and was helping other customers). Not a problem as I walked across the street to HomeGoods and Victor Benes Bakery in Gelsons. I arrived back to the store and the worker was putting final touches to my new screen! The screen seemed faintly tinted than before but I actually like it! Overall, everything was a breeze working with Dr. Digital - friendly service from the time I called them until I left the store with my repaired phone. There is a small parking lot behind the store, which I luckily found a spot. I appreciate the 3-month warranty. Also, there is a check-in offer at the time for iPhone screen replacement for $65 but its only for iPhone 5 and not iPhone 5s. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Ok this guy is great. Really great. I dropped my iPhone and the screen shattered. I debated for about 4 days if I wanted to repair the screen or upgrade from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. I decided to repair it and I'm so happy I did. I showed him my phone. He told me the price. He took about 15 to 20 minutes. And I was out the door. It was that fast and that simple. He's really nice too. Very friendly. Funny guy. I honestly am glad I chose to come here. I hope I don't have to go back. Not because I didn't like the place; I just hope I never shatter my screen again. BUT if it were to happen again, I would go back here. read more

I went to several places to find out prices for replacing my iPhone 6 screen. This place has by FAR the best prices. The guys are super nice and helpful, even put a screen protector on for me. I left and came back in 15 minutes and my phone was as good as new! I am so impressed with this place. Btw the Apple Store takes a few days to even fix your screen. The fact that I got my phone fixed during my lunch break is remarkable!! Thanks so much Dr. Digital, I will never go elsewhere. :) read more

Hands down...the BEST technology repair business, IN THE VALLEY!!! I don't usually write reviews. But, in our tech world today, I'd rather have my phone and laptop, over my car!! So, it is very important that we all have a place to call HOME, for all our electronic needs!! After a crazy evening, I had the worst water damage done to my MacBook Pro...which IS MY LIFE AND WORK...and my iPhone 6 was destroyed!! I have been coming to Sam and Judah for almost a year now!! I make the trip from aways, just to get their service. This time, there was little hope in my heart for my Mac to be fixed, and I did not expect any luck with my iPhone 6 either. It was shattered, but, I did not want to get into contract and or sign up for another 2-year contract to get another iPhone. Dr. Digital to the rescue??!! I was crossing my fingers, and after only a week, Judah and Sam fixed what the Apple store was going to charge me $850 for...and were not even friendly, but arrogant!! Judah & Sam FIXEDDDDD!!!!! ALLLLL my work, like new!! Completely fixed and saved my LIFE!!! My MacBook was saved, and saved me SOOO much $$$$. Judah and Sam are more than efficient and perfectionist, they are SAVIORS in the tech world! The Valley is lucky to have such a business in our neighborhood! Yes, there are great stores and plenty of repair for cheap stores, everywhere, but, it's about QUALITY!! These guys are beyond QUALITY. My iPhone?? Sam and Judah gave me a price that could not be beat, so, for the less than what I could have ever dreamed of, I got my MacBook and iPhone (brand new), and walked out the happiest guy in the Valley!!! No exaggeration!! I not only highly recommend Dr. Digital to anyone and everyone that cares as much as I do about their electronics, but, I recommend using your $$ to invest in businesses that invest in US!!! F*** Apple Store...Trillion $$ companies don't care about the little man, and this will be their downfall!! If Sam & Judah, begin to make their own electronics, I'd be first to sign up! This was one of many of great experiences for me, with the ONLY Dr. Digital!! read more

I am back in business!!! No thanks to Sprint but a 1,000,000 thanks to Dr. Digital! I dropped my phone and completely shattered my screen; to the point that it was blacked out. I couldn't see any of my icons, couldn't read/send texts, answer my phone, turn it off, nothing!!! After spending almost hours on the phone with Sprint; I know entirely longer than I should have, I googled phone repair for Galaxy S7, Dr. Digital came up on yelp...5 stars and over 800 reviews I knew I couldn't go wrong. Dropped my phone off, they were nice, professional and fixed my phone in less time than I was on the phone with Sprint for!!! Hopefully I won't need them again, but should I find my screen shattered or any other issues, definitely taking it to them :) read more

Very reliable, knowledgeable and great communication. Would recommend for iPhone repair!

I came here because I cracked the screen on my android. Originally when I called I was told that they had the phone screen in stock and could do a same day repair. When I got there however they told me that it was the wrong screen and they would order the part. I left my phone there and they took about a week and a half to let me know that my phone was ready. The store is nice and clean, the employees are very friendly and the price was fair. I got a few dollars knocked off because the part that he ordered was a little more expensive than the one that he had already quoted me for, so he charged me the original price. The work itself looks good. The screen has no cracks in it, but it does have some weird white dots under the screen on the bottom portion of it. read more

Just came in today and the service was amazing! Mike and another man helped us and they were so nice and professional. Mike was very fast and efficient with the other customers as well and with fixing my phone! I cracked my entire iPhone 6s Plus screen and they fixed it within 15-20 minutes! Highly highly recommend this place! WITH tax my total came up to $81.56 which is way way cheaper than going to an actual Apple Store and probably way faster. Will definitely come back (but hopefully I won't need to haha) Updated: my phone glitched. Fixed screen but didn't connect things properly, I say just go to the apple store. It's only 30-40$ more. And it's fast. read more

I found this place literally by chance! I was on my way to a bar after I was convinced not to get my cracked iPhone. Fixed. Parking was rough and I ended up parking right next to this place. I walked in and I spooked the beautiful dog laying in the middle of the store. I then proceed to walk to the counter where I spooked the coolest shop owner I've ever met. After I apologized for my ninja skills, this guy took my phone and repaired it for me in 20 mins and I was super satisfied with his work! He even sold me a tempered class screen protector with discount since I got the repair! Great customer service and a great finished product! Thank you J! read more

This review is overdue. For that, I apologize. I cracked my iphone 4 screen and left it that way for about 2 months. I waited for two reasons: I was afraid that it was going to cost me a lot of dough. I was afraid to take my phone somewhere and get it back in worse shape than when I handed it over. That was the opposite experience I had with Dr. Digital. It cost me about 50 bucks and my phone came back beautiful and new. It has been now 6 months since I got my screen repaired and I have had no issues. I have even dropped it a couple times on tile and still no issues. Thank you for your kind customer service and a job well done. read more

I dropped & shattered the glass on my Nexus 4 & called around to a bunch of local places only to find that the majority couldn't provide the service in the time I needed until I found Dr Digital on Yelp. They close at 8pm so it gave me enough time to swing by after work. Finding the place was easy as it was just off the freeway. Parking was OK - lot located behind the building with limited spaces though I'm sure street parking wouldn't have been an issue. I walked in & Juda greeted me, seemingly anticipating my arrival. He asked if I wanted to repair my (outdated) phone or upgrade to options he also had on hand. He answered my questions & was pretty thorough with his explanations. I was surprised at how well he was able to acknowledge & tend to other customers while simultaneously working with me. (Edited) I had to come back because the phone I had just purchased from them wouldn't update. They offered to replace it with the same model from their buyer when & if it was available OR exchange it w/ another at the same price point from their current inventory. frustrated, and to keep myself from additional headache, I decided I was just going buy a more current phone from their stock & be done with the whole thing. read more

Update #2: I had an issue with the last screen replacement I got here but Sam and Judah are awesome and totally stand by their work. They replaced the defective screen without any hassle. I appreciate what they do and highly recommend them for cell phone repairs. Thanks guys! Update: This is my 4th time using Dr. Digital since I am a total clutz. They always come through with a fast & cost effective repairs. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and don't break my phone again but if I do - I will be here! Fast & reliable service. Broke my screen and came to get it fixed after seeing this deal on Yelp. Got to chat with the owner while I got my phone fixed (like 10 minutes). This guy started his shop 6 years ago and employs 3 techs now. Fast service, friendly staff. Either way...it's cheaper than getting it at the Apple Store. read more
