It was so painful and i had a hard time sleeping! My husband booked me an appointment with Gabi @ Limaha'i & let me tell you she is so sweet & AMAZING!!! When i got there she took my temperature and took me to the room. She did cupping all over my body and some massage techniques. She knew right off the back exactly where i was hurting, she could feel it (my back had lots of knots). She was also able to make the pain that traveled to my head go away!! Thank you so much Gabi for making me feel better!

Lymphatic massage in Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. My friend told me that she went to Hawaii Natural Therapy for a therapeutic massage and encouraged me to go... Okay! I attempted to book an appointment online, but I'm not that techie and I didn't know which therapist would be the best at this type of massage. When I called, Matthew was very patient and helpful. He helped me though the screening process and held my appointment with a credit card number. I received a confirmation by email and text and a reminder on the day of the appointment. The free parking on the Halekauwila Street side of the building was very much appreciated. I found the stairs up to the second floor and entered the comfy, clean environment. Matthew was very welcoming and introduced me to Akiko. She was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. My session was relaxing and helped my circulation. Supposedly, my immune system was boosted and the toxins will be drained. Thanks for the refreshments after the session! Looking forward to returning!

I've been to therapists in LA, NY, Thailand, Seoul, and Japan, but I always left feeling like they were just scratching the surface. Hawaii Natural Therapy recommended Ashley S. to me to address these issues and she is hands down the best I've ever worked with. She is a total professional with a "quiet strength" that I really appreciated and made me feel completely comfortable & at ease, which let me actually relax despite the good pain! What blew me away was her intuition. I feel like she instinctively knew exactly where to go and didn't just chase the symptoms or the transferred pain; but rather went straight for the root of the issue. She has the kind of strength that is rare to find, and uses it with so much control and technique. I did a 90-minute session with cupping, and a week later, my entire body feels significantly lighter. That decade-old knot is practically on its way out the door. I'll be seeing her regularly from now on every time I'm back home, and I'm already recommending her to everyone I know. If you need someone who truly understands the body and has the strength to back it up, go see Ashley. I cannot recommend her enough! 12/10 P.S. A huge shoutout to the front desk receptionist for being so quick and helpful with my initial inquiry. You guys nailed the recommendation--thank you for introducing me to Ashley!

So on 11/11/24, I booked a 90 minute massage with Melanie. It was so worth it! Melanie was so nice as the elevator door opened, she kindly was at the door welcoming me. It is a very nice location and I immediately felt relaxed. Melanie asked what I was looking for and she delivered! I could not have asked for a better experience. Afterwards, tea and chocolate was waiting. That was such a nice touch. Don't hesitate to book a massage. It sure made my vacation complete! Tip: Since I called to book the appointment and mentioned I would walk over, they texted me the code to enter the front door of the building. Once inside the building, I took the elevator to the 3rd floor. Make a right and the spa is at the end of the hall. Enjoy!

Oh, this one is so good - I almost don't want to share!!…read more Okay, so if you know me, you know I LOVE a good massage. In Hawaii its really hard to find someone that is reasonable and good. Well, today we are adding Chelsea North to the list of awesome providers in the islands. Chelsea works in the Hawaii Wellness Spa which is a little oasis in the midst of town. This was my first time here, and I was very impressed with the facilities. When I walked in the waiting area was warm and inviting; after a quick introduction I completed some paperwork while sipping some water. As I entered my massage room, right away I noticed the room had a shower and tub both were very clean. Then the main event! Chelsea probably has magic fingers that radiate healing rainbows from each fingertip. No kidding. My shoulders and neck were so tight and she gently yet firmly worked those muscles back into shape. She doubled checked on me, to make sure the pressure was to my liking but other than that, kept the chatting down to a minimum (likely because I was snoring 10 minutes into it). I also like that Chelsea used a variety of techniques to ensure the tension was relieved - meaning she customized for the situation (aka my rock hard neck and shoulder muscles) rather than stick to a cookie cutter variety. Towards the end of my massage I was surprised when Chelsea informed me that I was welcomed to take a quick shower if I wanted to wash off some of the lotion/oils. WOW, cool! Then I was offered some nice tea while cashing out and was on my way. Definitely will be back!! I think I'm in love......

We ended up finding street parking not too far away though. They were so welcoming when we arrived. The place was clean and the decor was nice. They walked us into the room, allowed us time to change (never rushing us even though we were late), and still gave us the full 50 minutes. We both like a lot of pressure and they definitely accommodated our requests. My fiancé has had a bad knot near his neck and they really worked on it to try to relieve his pain. He said it felt much better after he left. We were so happy that we purchased the Groupon. Sometimes they can be hit or miss, but this one definitely HIT!

The parking structure is difficult to find but located toward the back of the building. The ambiance with soft & serene music could be heard melodically throughout the spa & stunning with the beautiful array of hanging flowers that mirrored the title in its name of Elegance and beauty. Upon arrival we had to use the bathroom first which was outside and upstairs in the building. I want to put in a good word for Dustin who was most helpful providing excellent customer service with escorting us to the bathroom to show us the location. I was fortunate with having him do my hot stone massage as well. The professionalism and personable demeanor as well as having very skillful hands with the accommodations of pressure provided the most relaxing massage. The hot stones were a nice addition. Being a mom to a toddler having these nice vacation breaks are so important and valuable. Excited to return and try the different massages offered.
