They were brand new and beautiful, but the person we hired to help us move them ended up transporting them on top of greasy and dirty tools. Now my brand new, beautiful, WHITE couches were covered in dark smudges and stains. My husband began panic searching upholstery cleaning companies and came across Quick Nick because of their great reviews. They answered his call and got us scheduled immediately. John came to the rescue! He called 15 minutes before he was set to arrive to let us know he was on the way and he even respected my "no knocking working from home" sign. He was so friendly, professional, and truly quick! I expected the service to take a lot longer than it did. He did an incredible job and my couches are right back to looking brand new! If I ever needed this service again, I wouldn't hesitate to call. I anticipate using them for carpet & tile cleaning in the future.

Their technician, John, did an incredible job…read moredeep-cleaning our carpets--he completely removed stubborn pet odors and stains that other companies couldn't touch. He also restored the tile and grout in our master shower to look brand new. The results were way beyond expectations. Their steam generator system, built right into their vehicle, cleaned better than any carpet or tile service we've ever used. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. The technicians are full-time employees (not random subcontractors), extremely professional, and take time to clearly explain pricing and exactly what's included--no surprises. Even better, the owner Nick actually answers the phone himself and is always available for questions. That kind of personal service is rare these days. If you live in The Woodlands and want your home to look and smell amazing, go with Quick Nick's Cleaning. Five stars all the way

We had a free inspection scheduled quickly. Guy came out and performed a thorough inspection complete with photos. He explained the service and answered all my questions. Even better he was able to quickly accommodate a same day service! Guy's team was respectful of my requested timing, my home, and furniture and my pup. They prepared each space to prevent messes and cleaned up well after themselves. I will definitely continue doing business with Elite Attic Masters for my ongoing duct and dryer vent maintenance. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They also had me inspect post-cleaning before they sealed the ducts and plenums back. I had a bad experience before with a different company years before so I asked a lot of questions, Guy was very good and gracious about the whole thing. Overall process took four hours which was pretty quick and also considering it was super hot in the attic. The two crewmen (Carlos and Axel-unsure of their names) were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves too.

Refilling freon every 3 months, pressure…read moreissues, leaks, etc. After more than a year of attempting to ascertain the derivation of the issues, we were advised to rip out the sheetrock from floor to ceiling (where the HVAC lines were located) in the hopes of figuring out a reason for the issues. What was found: 1. Our 5 ton mandated by manufacturer's instructions a 1-1/8" copper supply line. Tom's installed 1-1/8" from the condenser to just inside the outside wall of the house. Once inside the bottom of the wall - Tom's cut the 1-1/8" and crimped 7/8" copper from there up the wall for more than 16' into the attic - to a location just before it came through the floor to the unit in the attic. At that location, Tom's cut the copper again - and installed 1-1/8" to the attic units. So - 1-1/8" to just inside the wall, then 7/8" up the wall to the attic, then 1-1/8" from just inside the attic floor to the units. Had we not cut out a 2' wide x 10' high wall of sheetrock of our laundry room wall - we never would have known and would have continued to experience issues that were costing us thousands of dollars. The copper entry lines into both condensers were not only crimped to go from 7/8" in the wall to the proper 1-1/8" at the outside condensers, but the copper lines at the condensers were crimped together with trash pieces, i.e., 5-6 separate copper pieces less than 4-5" each were patched / crimped together. All of the above not only against manufacturer's instructions, but also against code with some of their deceit hidden inside walls. 2. The coils that Tom's installed for our home were KNOWINGLY recalled for coil leak issues. He installed them anyway. We ended up paying thousands to replace them less than 2 years after moving in. 3. Tom's piggybacked the electrical supply to the 4 ton condenser via the 5 ton condenser. 4. Tom's did not use protective grommets for the wiring - so you can see from the photos what occurred after mere months. Once we replaced the entire crimped/patched run of copper - uninterrupted from the outside condensers to the attic, installed a separate electrical supply for the 4 ton unit, installed grommets as well as replaced the coils - all issues ceased. Tens of thousands of dollars to fix/replace Tom's faulty work after paying Tom's almost $30,000. Pay to have an independent inspector (NOT a City inspector) check all of Tom's work. Better yet - don't use him.
